We have had Andy come for 3 different jobs the past 3 weeks and he’s been great! Prompt, professional, trustworthy, friendly and we are very happy with everything he’s installed… his work is meticulous. Patiently waited for 20 minutes until I got home.Julian thoroughly explained the issues I was experiencing, and what it would take to correct the problem. He also prepared me to expect that this could be an expensive procedure.I will certainly use/recommend El Coronado plumbing (Julian) for any plumbing work Because I appreciate the honesty and professionalism.

We had a water heater basically disintegrate and block every faucet, line etc. $$$ damageEli gave us 3 options. We chose 2 of the three.They cover all the floors, and clean up when done. Water heater went out right before the new year, AL Coronado had us back to hot showers in no time. Huge thanks to Miguel for getting us up and going on New Year's Eve. He tackled our water heater, provided excellent customer service, and explained everything he did along the way.

As my grandpa used to say, They ain't cheap. But that's not the whole picture with these guys. They set a high bar for responsiveness, timeliness and customer service. That's what you're payiing for, in addition to professional performance and high quality products. Did I pay too much? Sure. If I had gone out and bought a similar disposal and hired a handyman vs. a licensed plumber to install it. But would I have felt as comfortable that it was done right? I doubt it. This is a high-quality company do high-quality work for a premium price. I'd use them again anytime.

Had issues that turned out to be a root tearing apart our sewer. These guys came out and took care of us, with budget in mind, and did a beautiful job! They were even able to do a big job in a very small area, keeping me from paying for street excavation. Phew! Thank you Rossindo, Jesus, Kevin, Alex, and there is one more whose name escapes me. Nick arrived at our house, found the problem and fixed it. The job took longer than expected, but Nick kept us updated on the progress as the day went on. He was thorough with his work and a complete professional. Would highly recommend both Al Coronado Plumbing and Nick for any plumbing job.

Jiovanni did a great job. We had to have some pipes, and other parts of our shower replaced and it looks clean and beautiful. Even better than what the original contractors did.

Marty Oros did a terrific job diagnosing and fixing my disposal and shower problems. He was friendly and knowledgeable and he worked quickly. I will ask for him personally next time I have plumbing problems.

Al Coronado was responsive and came the same afternoon that I called. Julian was there for about 2 minutes when he determined my cleanout pipe's flapper was stuck. He proceeded to get his plunger and pumped it twice when the water freed up and the issue resolved. He did not require more than 5 minutes to troubleshoot the issue and clear the issue and charged me $249. He spent more time after that putting together an estimate of replacing a 5' section of the cleanout pipes (which I won't be doing with Al Coronado) than working on my issue. I felt I was working with a salesman rather than a professional plumber, and the charge was exorbitant considering the issue and resolution and how quickly he completed the job.

Andrew is another one of Al Coronado's great sales reps! These, honestly, are among the nicest people I've ever met. They actually want to make any little problem right. They explain every little detail, answer any small question, and never make me feel rushed. They really are the good guys.

Al Coronado Plumbing Company did a small repair of a single threaded pipe joint for me. Although I thought it was rather pricey, the work was Great!

Outstanding customer service. Alex Z went above and beyond to ensure that the ;problem was fixed and we were taken care of. He worked until 9 on a week night and had to return Saturday. Extremely ;professional and courteous. I recommend him with highest confidence. I am very satisfied.

I was very impressed with her determination to get all of the wet particle board out and she also wiped down the inside with Chlorex. I would highly recommend her for any future repairs that I might need.

Thank you so much for an amazing job. I had a hot water leak under my slab and Jesus, Russindo, Kevin S, and Kevin K were so professional, fast and great Plummer’s. I Needed a complete repipe, my wife and I both work and felt so comfortable leaving them to do their jobs while we were at work. On 05/08/18 we found a water line that caused major disruption to our water supply from the front yard into our home. Not knowing who to call we began calling anyone who would be willing to immediately assist us in this emergency situation. Craig of Al Coronado Plumbing responded and after talking to us and giving us three quotes we agreed to allow his company to do the plumbing work. We had water in the house before Craig left and we were relieved to know that the work would begin the following day. Craig is such an friendly, attentive, solicitous, sympathetic person as well as knowledgeable. So refreshing to find such great customer service. We were very pleased with the quick response we received when we first called. Kevin came right out to assess the damage. Bobby S. was very good at explaining the reason for the problem we were having with our shower and telling us what our options were and how much they would cost. He was very friendly and efficient and we're very happy that our problem is now solved. We previously had another company look at our shower but that plumber was not certain the solution would fix the problem so we called Al Coronado and are very glad we did.

Bottom Line up Front: Al Coronado are absolutely fantastic. I can and have recommended them without hesitation.We recently moved to Tucson, and have had to work with multiple contractors in our new home, from Handymen, roof repair, HVAC, pool, and 3 separate plumbing companies. Al Coronado have been, hands down, the best people we've worked with. We had our Main Line spring a leak, and Andrew, one of the managers came out immediately to do the initial assessment. Replacing a main line is pretty involved, and all the other plumbers that came out, Alvy, Logan, and Kevin were also top notch. Communication was great throughout, they were minimally intrusive, work was done quickly, and I'm more than satisfied with the final product.

Eli was great! He was detailed and informative helping me understand the situation and calling Metro water on my behalf since it was an issue with their meter. Everything was fixed within a few hours of the initial phone call to Al Coronado.

We called Al Coronado Plumbing to our home to repair a pipe leak behind the wall in our kitchen. The plumber arrived at the promised time. He quickly found the leak, made the repair, and got us up and running. This all happened on a Saturday. Since this particular pipe failed in the past, Al Coronado's men returned a few days later and did a complete inspection of the suspect pipe to make sure that it was not compromised. After careful inspection they determined that the pipe was fine and that no further repairs were needed. They even went the extra mile and wrapped our outside pipes with insulation so we won't have to worry about pipe freezes next winter. We were extremely impressed by their great service and professionalism.We highly recommend Al Coronado Plumbing. Their work is outstanding.

Al Coronado has been servicing my home for many years. George and Jesus were fantastic. They replaced the entire plumbing in my home. George was extremely communicative, professional, honest. Demonstrated great care and compassion throughout the disruptive and stressful process.

New update on 9/11/2018The owner called me and explained to me their cost structure. Now it makes sense now. He also sincerely would like to make things right - very good attitude. I was glad they listen to our feedback. Overall they have very good high quality services.Below is the old review====================They have very good services - if you are in a wealthy family, I'd highly recommend them. They answered the phone calls quickly and very friendly customer services. They reason why I gave them three stars was mainly because they were overpriced. First, when I called them to ask for a very quick quote for garbage disposal installation. The lady was very nice and friendly. However, she was hesitant to give me a quick ball park number (it's reasonable because they have to take a look and decide - I wish they would tell me it would be triple the original installation fee). Then, when the plumber came, the quote was three times higher than what I heard from other plumbers. It's a 5pm service after-hour service so I expected to pay overcharge but not triple it. Again, the service was great but I paid almost $400 labor for 30 minute of work - the plumber was great and efficient. I had a choice of paying them $89 and do nothing so it was my choice too (they did mention $89 fee so I was ok with that too because I thought they would at most double the installation fee). Again, I just wish they could be more transparent when I called them and make the overcharge more responsible. It's a lesson learned for me too. For a very good business, being reasonable is very important. If it's reasonable, customers will come back and use them again and again. In this particular case, the price was not very reasonable.

Technician was Neils B, did a great job of diagnosing and especially explaining the problem of the luke-warm hot water. We have a new Water Heater installed by Al Coronado, so needed to resolve the issue which Neils did by installing a new shower valve. Problem fixed!

Al Coronado Plumbing installed and updated safety features, flushed hot water tank and secured pipes in kitchen. It was preventative work. The professional on-site was Eli Mann. Prior to the work, I was given a written and proposal detailing the work to be done, with options. The work was exceptional, professional, executed with experience and top quality materials. They were on time. This company also offers great warranties for their work.

Al Coronado Plumbing has some new lifetime customers! We had some old plumbing in the shower fail after Ive been changingvthe faucet cartridges for years it was finally unfixable. Julian came right out and drove all the way out from Green Valley to see if he could help because I had to shut all the water off to the house. He took a look and tried to re seat the cartridge but it just kept leaking through. Since it was after hours on a Friday night the visit did cost $129 but it was later credited to the full amount.Julian wrote up the estimate and said he could not return to complete the job until the following week. Well, we could not go that long without water with 2 seniors in the house so I called and talked with Andrew and he was able to send Kevin right away the very next day we had a new shower and running water.Kevin did a great job, was an excellent plumber, and did excellent clean work.The following week Julian came backed inspected the work and collected the payment.This type of service gives me the impression the owner cares very much about his companies reputation and that means something. Because he hires the best. Thank you again Julian, Andrew, and Kevin.

Andy was absolutely excellent. We had just installed a new water heater and had a sediment problem shortly after installation. He finally told us it was probably the anode being eroded. Bingo! A hard problem to find and he nailed it!

Service man was on time. Very polite. Explained the problem and gave us a quote to do the necessary repairs. We agreed. He left to get us a new faucet and other parts and returned within an hour. He installed the faucet, valves, and hoses check for leaks, cleaned everything up and went over the warranty. He made sure we were happy before he left. We had a leak in a shower drain that damaged several walls and caused mold issues. Eli confirmed the source of the leak, gave us a reasonable estimate to repair it and completed the repair in short order. He then tested to make sure the leak was fully repaired. Eli was professional throughout the entire process. He contacted us to let us know of his arrival time and kept us informed of his progress throughout the repair. I am absolutely happy with the entire process.

When I first called Al Coronado Plumbing, I was freaking out because I was out of town and had just been notified by the water company that we had a massive leak in our main line. The dispatcher, Jaycee, immediately calmed my nerves. She assured me that the job would be taken care of in my absence, and even offered same day service. She was a consummate professional, and very knowledgeable and friendly. The plumber, Eli Mann, called as soon as he got to our home. He exceeded my expectations by miles. He was also super knowledgeable, and very friendly. Eli immediately identified the cause of the leak, communicating clearly, in a language that a lay person would have no trouble understanding. He continued to communicate with us throughout the repair, making sure that we understood and approved of all charges and repairs before they were completed. The level of professionalism was incredibly reassuring, especially since we were out of town. I have used plumbers before, but never like Al Coronado's Eli, and Jaycee. Amazing service!Thank you Eli M. Nick C and Jaycee O for the best service ever. Last Friday, our gas was red-tagged by SW Gas because of a small leak of the fire pit shut off valve . On Saturday(same day that I called) Eli came over, assessed the situation and provided a quote. Then on Monday, he with assistance of Nick identify and fixed the problem, pressure tested and the next day, Eli came back again for remote county inspection.Please note that the first emergency Plumbing co I had called had told me that the inspection could take up to 8 weeks. I am so grateful to Eli for his clear communication and prompt and thorough service, to Nick for assisting Eli on Monday and to Jaycee working in the office, assisting with providing the fastest service anyone could get. Tomorrow which is Wednesday, SW gas is coming to restore our service.So, I no longer need to shop around for future plumbing issues, because I know which company to call. George came out to our house on an emergency basis, after normal hours and in the middle of nowhere (Picture Rocks). He was so very professional and easy to talk to without making me feel like I didn't know or understand anything. He climbed up on our roof, IN THE DARK, to check the air vents. He told me what needed to be done, what could be done in the future and what didn't need to be done at all. George is very knowledgeable and explains things in a very understandable manner. I've been with Al Coronado Plumbing now for almost 19 years and every job that they've done has been amazing. They've worked on three of the houses I've owned, I can't praise their workers, quality of work or integrity enough. Gabriel fixed my two showers in a very timely manner. He worked carefully and did a thorough job. He is a thoughtful person with a nice personality and he really knows his work. I am very pleased and will always call Al Coronado Plumbing when I need a job done!

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. We worked with Kevin K and Alvie- and both were amazing! Kevin responded to a weekend emergency- a broken pipe under the sink in our only bathroom. He not only walked us through the process, but also helped coordinate for the restoration/remediation company to connect with us so that we could ensure that no mold or other issues happened with the wall around the pipe. Alvie worked well past standard business hours in order to make sure we had working water again on the same day. Both Kevin and Alvie communicated with us to coordinate the plumbing repairs amongst the remediation and wall repair that was being done concurrently.When part of the remodeling left one of the plumbing fixtures broken/altered, Alvie worked through a number of different options to find a solution that worked for us and wouldn't involve further damage or expense for us.I truly cannot say enough positive things about these people and the work they did. I will be calling Al Coronado for any of my future plumbing needs- no doubt about it.

Al Coronado Plumbing called me in response to my online request for service. I spoke to Cathy in the office. She answered all my questions and scheduled a service visit. My technician Shawn arrived on time, knew what was wrong and how to fix it. He gave a reasonable quote. I had a broken hose bib on the front spigot. Shawn worked fast and effectively. He even left the spigot area cleaner than when he found it. I will use Al Coronado Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues. I just wish I had called them sooner!

Saw Al Coronado's commercials. Called them, people very courteous, on time, everything on time, tech was courteous and knowledgeable, properly diagnosed the issue. What seemed like a simple fix, turned into a technical challenge, and didn't leave until the problem was solved and taken care of. The way he laid the pipe was in the way of my drawer, and he didn't see that. Simple fix, I'm not angry like some people might be. He didn't know, I'm a mild guy and didn't make a big deal out of it.

I had an emergency on a Saturday and they were able to respond before the end of the day which was helpful to me as I had to shut off water in main valve. He was courteous, explained what he had to do and finished the job. His estimate of job changed while working on it so he gladly resubmitted a new invoice reducing the price. I was appreciative of the service and can certainly recommend them.

We just moved to Marana, AZ and bought a house with a water softener installed. Unfortunately, it was not plumbed correctly, and there was absolutely no soft water. Brandon found the problem in the attic immediately, confirmed there was no possible way we could have had soft water, and scheduled our job. Kevin Saucedo and James, along with Brandon, came out the first day. Kevin returned to finish day two. The three had a complete understanding of the issue and worked hard to replumb the system so that once our new Culligan water softener arrives, it will be an easy install. I would not use them again, quoted me 263.00 to snake a drain for 10 minutes.It's my own fault for paying , but was leaving town and had to get the work done. I think the plumbers are told raise to prices once on site, since they don't charge a fee to come out and give you an estimate. Update, Talked to Steve and had a good discussion I am changing to 5 stars.

From the start after dealing with another company that did not follow through with what they were suppose to. Goes to show,everything happens for a reason.I was impressed with the young lady that scheduled appointment, Marty that came for the estimate. He scheduled one of his strong workers ,Rosendo for the work. Great worker!We had greater issues after the work was started but each time these professional gentlemen communicated with each other and then gently gave me the bad news.It's all done and even though the cost was unexpected , dad is glad it is done. I would recommend these 2 valuable employees that Al Coronado is fortunate to have in they're employ. Please make sure these employees and the powers that be, know how much they are appreciated.

We had very good service. Julian did a very good job and fixed the problem. We just were not happy about the price. We had a toilet that was not flushing properly because it had something clogging it. He told us the cost before he attempted to unclog it. We agreed to the price because we were just ready to have it done. I had a $25 coupon that at first he said we could not use unless he had to do repairs. He did end up giving us the $25 credit which I was very happy about. It made the $189.00 that he quoted us only $164.00. He was not even here , but maybe 20 minutes at the most. All he had to do was run an auger through the toilet bowl. What is so hard about that? Needless to say we will never call Al Coronado Plumbing again.

Dallas did show up time, that's all I can say. He was supposed to call the following day to let me know when he could shut off the hot water (he apparently didn't have a part) so that I'd at least have cold water. He never called back. Maybe he didn't like that I needed time to come up with the almost $3400. to replace the 40gal water heater. When he didn't call back, I looked online and Rheem heaters are only $375-1500. Charging over $2000. for labor is ridiculous.

Excellent work and great employees make calling Al Coronado a no brainer. Jasper had everything under control in no time. Highly recommend.

Sharon was very professional but also personable. She was the hardest worker I have encountered.She worked from the moment she arrived until she left at 5:30PM without taking a break. And the job was not easy-I wanted a new water heater and the shed where it sits had to be totally refitted.I am extremely pleased with her and her work.

Al Coronado advertises on their website and on Google that they offer free estimates with no trip charge. However they wanted to charge me an $89 trip charge that is only waived if I use them for their work. To me this is deceptive and would not trust a company who is advertising this way. I called Megan at the office and asked her to explain this but she said that some people qualify and some do not.

Who said customer service does not exist anymore. This company obviously only hires the best. Francesco showed up on time and is the most professional plumber I've ever had in my 28 years of home owner ship. He explained every aspect of the service he was doing and made sure I understood. And could not have been more polite will doing so. He cleared my clogged sewer line and gave me a 90 day warranty. His field supervisor showed up and videoed my septic system and show me the condition of my sewer line live on camera. How cool is that? I will only recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of pluming service.

One evening a couple of weeks ago I noticed water bubbling out of the ground in my front yard. First thing the next morning I called Al Coronado Plumbing, among others. Eli from Al Coronado was the first to arrive on the scene, in about an hour and a half. He assessed the situation (leaking water line between the meter and the house), and quickly had options and prices printed out and reviewed them with me. I picked one (replace the line) and he immediately got to work setting me up with a temporary water line so I wouldn’t be without water while the work was going on.Throughout the entire repair process Eli was extremely professional. He was always on top of things and kept me informed about what was going on, and what was going to happen next. He was a pleasure to work with (something I rarely say about anyone, much less a plumber!) and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been.On the subject of keeping me informed, it wasn’t just Eli who worked that way. It seems to be the company way of doing business, as I also received calls from the office folks (thanks JC!) letting me know the status of things like permit applications and when crews where next scheduled to arrive.In summary, having the leak was not what I would call a “fun” experience, but I feel Eli and all the other folks at Al Coronado Plumbing took very good care of me, and were very professional throughout the whole process.

service that I had on Monday July 31st. The plumber whose name was Brier was very knowledgeable and professional.

Marty was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. He took care of our drain problem and was very helpful. We dont know if he was aware of it or not but there was a tiny nick on the wall and a slight nick on the door jam.

What to do at 1;00 a.m. and your main water pipe is broken and leaking all over your back yard, while you call Al Coronado plumbing as soon as the sun comes up. Within an half hours of Kevin's visit to my home, I had temporary water to my house. Within two hours Junior and his crew were digging up my yard. By the next afternoon everything was done. I was so shocked to see that there was no addition charge for the crew to work on Saturday. I was very impressed by the professionalism that everyone should us. Kevin, Junior and the crew would explain any question that we had in a courteous manner. Al Coronado Plumbing I can see why you all are number 1! Keep up the fantastic work.

Andy was able to solve a plumbing problem that baffled 2 other professional plumbing companies. Andy was succinct, professional and friendly. Not a man of too many words, he stood and stared at my pipes and clean-out for several minutes before formulating a theory of what could be wrong then getting to work to implement a solution. I honestly wasn't expecting my clogged drain to be cleared because I tried so many times and 2 other pro plumbing outfits tried and failed and we have been living with this backed up drain for over a year. Had a dishwasher installed and hose bib replaced. The work was done well, but the fee was inordinately high. In their defense, I shouldn't have accepted the estimate, but I was in a big hurry to get the appliance installed. Also the tech, Marty, did not wear a mask and didn't seem to have a sense of social distancing. I feel that anyone going into private homes in this environment should always wear a mask to protect their clientele.I am updating my previous review primarily because the company agreed to refund some of the cost. Although the final price was still high, IMO, I appreciate their effort to temper the issue. As for recommending them again, as mentioned their work was very good. If you choose to use them, I would strongly recommend securing at least one or two other estimates.

We have had some recurring issues with our water heater and have had to have Al Coronado come out a couple times to get it fixed. The technician, Marty, was very professional and provided a real patient and genuine experience in his interaction with us. I got the sense that Al Coronado truly cares about their customers and wants them to have the best service. Definitely recommend them!

I have used Al Coronado plumbing in the past and have been pleased with their work and professionalism. For this job, they were able to schedule quickly and conveniently. Brandon explained what would be required to find and repair the leak and was upfront about pricing. Although he needed to chip away around the hose bib to access the plumbing, he meticulously patched the area.

They provided an estimate to replace a water softener. Early for the appointment, but Jasper called ahead to ask if it was ok. Understood what I needed and suggested what were the better softeners based on experience. Found water leak in old system and drywall damage that needs to be repaired. No pressure approach on services.

Julian our service pro did a great and thorough job. He was very professional and offered many great suggestions on how to improve our plumbing systems. I'll definitely be contacting Al Coronado Plumbing for all of our future needs. :)

I had a horrible, awful, terrible toilet clog that I tried to undo myself. I'm usually good at plumbing and toilet problems but this turned out to be a job for a pro. I called Al Coronado and the receptionist was able to schedule me today!! I was ecstatic. And ERIC RODRIGUEZ called to verify and came when he said he would. He was friendly yet professional and gave me an estimate. He kept me apprised of everything that he was doing. He did a great job and I'm delighted. If I ever have plumbing or sewer problems, I'm definitely asking for ERIC and Al Coronado.

Called and got someone to take a look at the work needed on a Sunday. They were quick to evaluate what was needed and provided two quotes as options. Scheduled work; was performed quickly and professionally. Documentation of work was provided with warranty of work (2 years). Great job and awesome experience, would highly recommend.

We had a particularly bad problem. The previous owners of our house remodeled and built around the water heater. The door they put in as too small to get the water heater back out and service it. Rosendo had to hammer both side of the old water heater to make it slim enough to get it back out. We then had to install a smaller water heater with a mixing unit to make it appear larger. Big horrible job. Rosendo worked hard without taking a break for at least 5 hours. The result was excellent. Everything is redone except for the door. Thanks to the hard work and ingenuity, it won't have to be. Great professional service.

I was referred by some friends and was pleased when the tech came and replaced our toilet. We then needed to have a gas meter moved to a different location. This required up to code pipe and fittings and an inspection by the city, before Southwest gas would come and relocate the meter. The work was done and the tech installed all new pipes to the point where SW gas would tie in. After this work, I was told by the Al Coronado tech that I could then call SW gas so they could do their work. So I called SW gas and a relocation tech came out and I signed a contract and paid a fee for relocating the main gas pipe and moving the meter. So a few weeks later SW gas called and said they would be out to do the work. SW showed up and did the work, but when it came time for their plumber to connect to the house line they needed to see the inspection that all was up to code. It was then up to me to call AC and obtain a copy of a successful inspection and then the SW plumber could hook us up. After several calls between AC and SW, it turned out that Al Coronado never followed up with the inspection. So, SW gas could not restore gas service without a valid inspection. To say we were upset at this disconnect between SW gas and AC is an understatement. As I was told by AC that once the house line was in place, all I had to do was call SW gas and have them come out and then give AC a call when this was being done and I did on the day that SW gas did the work. Now all this grieve and the headache of having to be told by SW gas it was AC fault and then AC telling me that SW should not have started the work without the inspection in place….did eventually have a good outcome. It should be noted that all this happened on a Thursday and we thought there was no way to get the city, SW gas and AC to do the last minute inspection and we would be without gas for one of the coldest weekends in Tucson. Well we didn’t count on Andrew….who keep in constant contact and assured us he would get us gas the next day. Andrew was very professional, competent and made sure we knew he would get things fixed…..and he did. So, will I use Al Coronado again….a definitive YES, as ‘things happen’ and the way Andrew made sure we were made whole means more than one oversight. The mistake was fixed immediately and with a lot of apologies. So…the fours stars is only for this episode and not indicative of the previous service we had.

We have always experienced first-rate service from Al Coronado, but when we had a mystery issue pop up unexpectedly this week, the attention and quality care we received from Jasper Williams was truly above-and-beyond exceptional. Not only was the dispatcher very knowledgeable, but a first-rate professional was at our door in a matter of hours. Jasper called ahead, asking specific questions to help narrow down the issue, and it was immediately clear that he was incredibly skilled and experienced, as well as really nice guy. When he arrived, he inspected and tested the plumbing lines, finding the issue (and showing it to us very clearly) in less than five minutes. Even better, he was able to fix the problem himself during the same visit, since he had the necessary part with him on the truck. Kevin K. and Jesus are amazing plumbers. Very good work done running an entirely new water line to the bathroom, kitchen, and water heater. They even got our water heater up to code. Jesus worked almost a 12 hour day to make sure we’d have water. Excellent communication and the work itself looks (and works) great. I will recommend Al Coronado to anyone who needs quality plumbing done on their home.

Saturday Plumbing emergency! Flooding in master bathroom and called Al Coronado Plumbing thankfully we were able to have rapid same day service. Grateful for Marty Oros, his years of experience was evident he was able to find the best location in an older home to resolve the issue as the clean outs are not visible. Marty was very professional, treated us like family and explained the process while being very efficient. I highly recommend Al Coronado Plumbing and their team for all plumbing services!

I can’t believe this dishonest company is still in business. I had my water main line replaced by Al Coronado Plumbing. The technician said he had to remove my outside facet and irrigation line in order to get the work signed off by the City. He said he would come back the next day and put it back in. I should have realized something was wrong when he said that but I trusted him. He did come back the next day and said it would be $750 to put the facet and line back in. I told him that was not the agreement and he said my “parts” alone were over $400 and the parts were no longer to code. I refused and he insisted on taking the old facet and piping saying it was no longer my property. No longer my property? What a joke! I took the old stuff the Home Depot and bought news parts for less than $50. The Home Depot guy even said my stuff was code and really didn’t need to be replaced. I bought new stuff anyway and put it in myself thinking it was silly not to. The only reason the technician wanted the old stuff is he wouldn’t be proved a liar. Never again Al Coronado!!!!

Shawn came to fix the basket strainer in my kitchen sink that had been leaking steadily. I noticed that the seal around the drain looked like it had been disintegrating and he explained why that had happened, then replaced the seal with a higher quality sealant that would last longer. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and did a fantastic repair job, also double-checking the other lines under my sink to ensure there were no other leaks. I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the work and would recommend both him, personally, and this company. I am most definitely going to ask for him if I have any future issues.

Alex was professional and cordial in manner, did a clean job in removing the old water softener, which was the culprit of the current water damage in the home. Although the first design of the drain pipe for the next softener gave me some concern, he came back with a new design which alleviated my concern, and it was done beautifully. He even showed me how to change the hot/cold sides of the shower valve. I appreciate him.

I’ve had a drain block forever and finally took action to get it resolved. Little did Kevin K and Alvie from Al Coronado know I’d be walking them into plumbing hell. The block ended up being a two foot long copper rod that fought like crazy to stay there. Kevin and Alvie worked through all their equipment and skills and finally dislodged and removed they block. It was the happiest moment of my year to see that rod appear. I now have peace of mind over this issue and can relax when guest use that bathroom. Thank guys for going waaaaay past the extra mile here!!

Jim W and Tyson were amazing! They were very respectful, friendly and thorough. We have used them before for plumbing related work and this time had safety bars installed in the bathroom/shower area. We wanted someone we trusted to do the job. Jim did the estimate, drew up a sketch and measured everything after discussing the installation. He took his time and answered all questions we had. All work was completed efficiently by Tyson, and everything was done in the time promised. The guys were very professional, the mess was minimal and the work impeccable. I called Al Coronado plumbing for a leaky pipe ,mainly around the water meter. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Had a small leak at the main meter box which needed some repair. Called and got a timely response with someone out within a couple days because it wasn't an emergency or anything. When John H. showed up, he was on time and very friendly. He was able to detect what the problem was and recommended some solutions regarding fixing leak and a better valve than what was put in by builder. I was so pleased with the work by John I went ahead and showed him a few other plumbing issues I had put off around the house. He was more than happy to look at each item and give some options about how to resolve. In each case he was able to explain what might be needed and how he would go about fixing each item. He was up front about pricing and I think the quotes were very fair for what he was offering to do. After the work was done, I was very happy with the work which included garbage disposal, pipes in garage, water heater, new hose bibs, water hammer prevention on washer. The work was done in a timely manner and looked real good when done. There was attention to detail and I know that he was truly interested in doing the job right and making sure I was happy with everything being done. I would definitely recommend Al Coronado for any type of plumbing issues and just want to say if John H. represents how this business operates normally, then I am extremely impressed!

Andy was awesome. I originally had him come out to finish water and gas line hookup for a water heater that was in our new addition. During his inspection of the lines under our manufactured home he notice I had a water leak but was not exactly sure where the source was. Great & professional service. Alvy replaced a defective kitchen faucet and also replaced the valves & associated hardware for the bathrooms sinks and toilets. He made sure everything was done correctly, no leaks and explained everything he did. Very thorough service. Everything was cleaned up when he left. Even my dog started to warm up to him at the end! Needed to replace our hot water heater. Alex (and his co-workers) were pleasant, helpful and hard-working over a very hot weekend when our sewer backed up because of a broken back-water valve. They were all competent at their jobs, and forgiving even when I had to dump a waste bucket into the standpipe before they got it exposed enough to replace.Even working on a Sunday with temperatures in the 100º range, they worked quickly and efficiently to put our plumbing back into service.As an extra benefit, the toilet was reseated and grouted after having had to be removed to allow the snake and the camera to get to the clog.Al Coronado Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing service.

Brandon came out late on a Thursday night to evaluate our leak and back on Saturday to repair a busted pipe in our kids bathroom. He was prompt and did the job well. Super professional. Our kids and the neighbor kids were playing baseball in the front yard and the ball went on the roof and when Brandon was done with the repair he got on his ladder and using his tools was able to get the ball down for the kids. I would recommend him and this company a thousand times over.

Marty was a real professional. I had a blockage in my sewer pipe.Because of the configuration of the the pipes in my 73 year old house, He was unable to get the clean out snake into my pipes. He tried from the outside through the clean out,and even from the inside were the toilet sits to no avail.The company did not charge me because they could not fix the problem. Greatly appreciated

I want to commend two Al Coronado Plumbing employees who did a GREAT JOB on my water main repair/replacement.On Sunday AM the 1st of March 2020 my water main cement casements were run over by an auto or truck. The resulting break in the pipe, pressure regulator & elbows caused a fountain of water which filled the wash on the side of my home & backyard before I could get it turned off. I talked to a neighbor who recommended Al Coronado Plumbing as they had “used them for a very good repair.” I put in a call on Monday the 2ed & a very pleasant & helpful woman at the office got everything in order, & said she would have someone out to see me ASAP. Within an hour, Kevin Khamjani was at the door! & he was writing up the repair estimate as we spoke.He also estimated the work would be completed before noon the next day....I was impressed, I had some real disappointments in using “really good handymen” in the past 15 years of living in Vail. Kevin K.advised me that another Kevin, would show up soon to do the work. And so he did, about an hour later.Kevin K. Was one of the most professional, pleasant, knowledgeable people I have dealt with in this area in a long time. He assessed the damage, gave a time frame, & a $ amount that was quite reasonable considering the damage to my water main. Thank you Kevin Khamjani!When I went out to the driveway to see if Kevin S. Needed anything before I left, I found him hip deep in a hole in the rain!He was about halfway thru replacing the broken equipment& putting it at the proper height etc. His workmanship was excellent, everything was replaced with new copper pipes & new meter, new shutoff Valve & Pressure regulator. He explained that he would return the next am to check everything & turn the water back on. Kevin S.was really professional, his work was neat clean & detailed. I'm a tenant of a house by the U of A, but my toilet clogged up randomly on a monday morning when I had to attend school. We couldn't use the shower, the toilet, and it was a stressful situation. My landlord immediately called Al Coronado Plumbing and made an appointment for them to arrive within the next 8 hours! Not only was this shocking because these appointments can take a few days, but I was very relieved. Bobby Shawgo was my plumbing technician and worked diligently as I was inside working on homework. He explained the issue with the pipes, how it was going to be fixed, showed me pictures of the backup, and then proceeded to help me bleach my shower and tub, as well as explaining why he was cleaning it up - the dangers of hepatitis! I'm so thankful and relieved that he was my technician because I would've been possibly contaminated if he had not explained to me. I've never had a problem with plumbing issues, but if I do, I at least now know who to call. Thank you!!!

The replacement of my water heater was incredibly easy and efficient from dispatch to installation. Chris Thompson (Technician) was on time, friendly, professional, and more than knowledgeable of code and installation requirements. The whole process took about a day and a half from first contact to completion, which I may add, was not even an emergency.

We began a kitchen remodel knowing we had some issues with the pipes behind the wall along with 2 leaks out. Called Monday and we had someone out that day. We had an emergency issue with drains at our restaurant and service rep (Andrew) who answered my call immediately responded and understood the urgency of getting a tech out ASAP. Called me right back to let me know a tech was en rout. Marty was our technician and was awesome. He identified the problem and had us cleared and back in business in short order. I have used Al Coronado Plumbing before and I will not use another company. Andrew is amazing and honest. He has a zero tolerance for B/S and will shoot it straight. I highly recommend him the price is well higher than normal plumbers but you cannot put a price on a piece of mind. I would gladly pay the $500 more than other companies quotes to know that the customer service and quality repair are done right the first time.

Gabriel L was superb. It was a very difficult situation and a very small, confined area that he had to work in replacing our water heater that had sprung a leak and caused water damage to a bedroom closet and garage. Gabriel worked tirelessly, staying until nearly 10PM, finally having to cut the old water heater in pieces to remove it from the closet that the original builder had placed it in, and returning the next day to finish the drain portion of the job. We also had a circulating pump in this system and when we discovered that it appeared not to be working, Gabriel returned yet again to repair/replace the pump. His work is neat, clean and, in such confined quarters, nothing short of a miracle. Thanks, Gabriel. We will request your services the next time we have need of a plumber.

Sharon did an awesome job on my bathtub plumbing. She was meticulous, professional, was customer friendly. She returned two day later to replace a board in the closest. Last Thursday morning, I called Al Coronado Plumbing regarding a kitchen sink water dispenser, filter issue. Within an hour I got a call from Marty Oros who did a thorough job of trouble shooting the issue in more detail. Within a few hours Marty arrived, inspected the current, old cold water filter installation. We agreed we should replace the old system with a simpler, easy to maintain dual filter design. Marty was professional, polite, very efficient and well prepared with two options to address our problem. The parts needed to complete the job were on the truck. When the work was completed, Marty's documentation was very detailed and he took the time to explain and write in our paperwork the maintenance we need to do to maximize the systems effectiveness ongoing. Lastly he spent some extra time after the work was completed inspecting all water connections, to ensure no leaks.We are 100% satisfied with the work done by Marty, representing ACP. It was a difficult install and hard to maneuver in the small closet the older one came out of. But it’s perfect and Alvy stayed until it was done so we could have hot water! Kevin was amazing to work with! He went above and beyond just replacing our hot water heater. He made sure we understood everything that he was doing and what was going to be done. Do not use them. NOT Recommend!!! We attempted to used them. Company made excuses and canceled two different appts. Wasted our time. We made arrangements on two separate days to be home for them. On both occasions they canceled on day of service. Definitely not what you expect from a company who claims to be in business for 40 years.

Andrew Coronado was able to quickly diagnose the problem and the cure and start right away. He offered me a fair price with a great warranty.The technition that did the work, Resendo, was courteous, friendly and extremely hard working. He hand dug over 4 feet deep through asphalt to remove the root infested tee and replace with a bi-latteral clean out system. The work was completed in one day. My sewer system now works like new. Plus, I feel this will be a great selling point for my home should I decide to move.The professional commercials on TV are an exact representation of the quality of service I received from Al Coronado Plumbing.I highly recommend Al Coronado Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

I had a true emergency on Friday Sept 27,2019. I punctured the hot water line in the wall of my bathroom installing a new vanity. I had to shut off all water to the house and shut down the hot water heater. Dallas was at my home within 2 hours of the accident and put a temporary splice on the line so we could have water in the house until he returned on Saturday morning and made permanent repairs. Dallas was a polite, considerate, efficient, and friendly plumbing professional. His work was top quality and his willingness to make my mistake a schedule priority was very much appreciated. Highly recommend his services.

When Dallas came for the quote he was very professional in the way he handled himself and presented all the information we needed. He explained everything in detail on how the job would be done from start to finish. Dallas also explained in detail what we would be getting for our money. When he said we would get a 25 year warranty on parts and labor we had to ask a few times about the labor. He assured us that the 25 year warranty was for real. When we saw it wrote down in the contract twice we were sold. When Jesus and Eli came to start the work they explained everything to us again and they were very professional and polite. They cleaned up every day before they left and told us what they had planned for the next day. Dallas came off and on to check on things and asked if we had any questions or concerns and made sure they were answered and remedied. My husband was home for the entire job and he said he never saw two people (Jesus, Eli) work so hard and always checking their work over and over to make sure things were right. They would come together ever so often and discuss what they were doing and if one had a better way they would both agree. My husband said that's teamwork that he wished he had at his last job. Overall we very happy with the results of there work. It wasn't the cheapest of quotes I got, but with a 25 year warranty on LABOR how can you go wrong. I forgot to say why they were here. I had a complete repiping done on my house because we had the old gray pipe and had two leaks in 4 weeks. It was a major job done very well. Thanks

Al Coronado Plumbing and particularly Julian Hernandez stood behind their warranty on workmanship when the initial new water heater install failed to detect that the cold water supply line and hot water outline to fixtures were reversed (probably when the condo was built) within the walls. Therefore the new Rheem electric water heater failed two function properly. Julian redesigned the connections, without a need to tear out a wall portion, and full function of the water heater was restored. The redo was done without charge to us and we definitely would use Al Coronado Plumbing again.

Francesco installed a gas line for a fire pit. He asked a lot of questions and found the most affordable option for our family needs. He showed up on time and was prepared to do the job. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I will use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I had a burst pipe at 9 am on a Saturday. Rob and Kevin were extremely responsive; they came quickly and a new system was repaired within a few hours. In addition, the entire area was cleaned and all the door and debris removed.I have used this company for over 10 years. Their work is excellent and dependable. I was very relieved to have this issue resolved so quickly in a Saturday!

Was well pleased. Had a leak outside by the meter, and the City of Tucson said I was responsible. Called Al Coronado Plumbing, and they showed up on time within a few hours and fixed the leak.

Help arrived sooner than expected. Julian provides awesome service and communicates everything before and after the job.

Called them to unclog a toilet. Plumber arrived and spent 50 minutes trying to upsell services, with prices of 5 upsell options ranging from $219 to $693. I kept saying over and over I just needed the toilet unclogged so he finally agreed, spent literally 2 minutes finishing the job, and charged me an excessive $219. I felt he was on commission based on his approach. He spent 55 minutes from start to finish. I will never use them again nor will I refer them to any of my friends and neighbors, I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. A bad experience!

We had a leaking main waterline to our home. We called and they were great on the phone. Christopher came out and he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He worked hard to find the leak. It ended up being a two day job. Both Johnny and Christopher came the second day and finished the job. The pipe was about 4’ down. We will call Al Coronado for any future plumbing needs!We recommend Al Coronado Plumbing!

I had a drain backup that occurred on a Sunday morning, when most plumbing business are closed, except Al Coronado Plumbing. They answered the phone, made a timely appt for Monday afternoon. Monday AM they called to say they could be early, and Alex was there in 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, fixed the blockage, ran a camera to look for further blockages, and in addition fixed a problem with the caps of 2 of the drains. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and very professional. I can’t say enough about Alex and the company itself. And the price was extremely reasonable. What a pleasant experience!! If you can’t tell by this story, I think they are great. I can very highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Due to a computer glitch, our appointment was lost track of, but a phone call to the office with an understanding employee led to Charli coming promptly to check and adjust our toilets. Charli has fifteen years plumbing experience and it shows. Super knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and hard working. She did much more of a complete job than we were expecting, but wanted to be sure there wasn't anything being missed. After she was gone she left behind totally satisfied customers who had confidence that everything was completely taken care of, and in the way it should be.

Paul was amazing, we had broken a water pvc pipe in the back and Al Coronado was responsive, i got an answer same day, with the tech coming out quickly. Paul was super knowledgeable and offered advice with the amount of time to wait for the fix to be completed.

My husband and I have had many good experiences with Al Coronado Plumbing beginning with the correction of a flood and the addition of a water conditioner to our home. Since then our regular plumbing needs have been met with prompt and courteous service every time.

The man who came out because I thought I might have a leak in my water line under the slab because my water bill was 5 x higher than normal. He went to the meter which did not show that it was not spinning rapidly as it would with a leak. When I asked him to check around the house, in case it was something intermittent, he looked at all my faucets on the outside, said they all needed repair. He proceeded into the house and to the bathrooms, flushed each toilet and said that doesn't sound right to both of them. They are old toilets, and as I found out from my new plumber, they have 2 flaps instead of the newer 4 flaps. I have no problems with them emptying. I felt treated like an idiot because I'm a single old woman. He wanted to replace or refurbish the toilets, sell me a new water heater because I told him it rumbles (no leaks), he took of the metal tape around the pipe that takes excess heat to the outside, told me that plumbing was all wrong. He gave me a quote, with a 10 year guarantee on parts for 10 years of over $8,000. He also said that the under slab plumbing was copper. When I had to have my slab jack hammered a few years ago, that plumber found I had galvanized pipe. I asked him what the cost of redoing the pipes under the slab. He said $15,000. I gave him an advance on my credit card of 1/2 the price to start the work on the following week since they were recommended by BBB. After speaking to an architect and builder friend, I started to question my decision. I had another plumbing firm come out who agreed I did not have a leak. My faucets really did not need any work right away and would replumb the house over the roof. The cost for that was just under $8,000 and relieved my worry about an under the slab leak. I called 3 days before Al Coronado was to begin work and cancelled the work order. Thank HomeAdvisor for their recommendation for my new plumbers. Now I hope Al Coronado will refund the advance I paid.

We bought a house that had some odd add on outdoor faucets installed very low to the ground. One was corroded and leaking and needed to be replaced or terminated and capped. We chose Al Coronado. The Customer Service representative was very personable and professional getting us scheduled. Our plumber Al arrived professionally dressed and personable. He gave us options explaining everything in detail with pricing. We chose to have the line terminated and capped. Al dug down, checked the pipe, terminated it and let the sealant set. He went to another job in the area then came back to do a leak test. Everything was successful. Then he covered the area over. Total professional in every aspect. We received a follow up call. We are very pleased with the service and will have Al Coronado do the installation of a new toilet and some sink plumbing for us in the near future.

In trying to diagnose why we were having more sewer line obstructions. Al Coronado was able to diagnose our aging sewer lines (60 years old) and give us fair estimates to resolve the problem without major interior destruction of walls and floors. I liked Al Coronado plumbing for the good quality, good value, professional, on time, and responsive nature from Krysta-Bell the receptionist that helped set up my appointment. Also Brandon, the plumber that came out to my house to investigate my situation. I was in the middle of remodeling my master bath shower. I notice a bunch of water in the shower pan once everything had been gutted and removed. I was concerned about a possible leak somewhere I couldn't see. I instinctively Googled plumbers in my area. Al Coronado plumbing was my first suggestion, so I gave them a call. The first person I spoke with was Krysta-Bell who informed me that I was within the area that they would offer me a free estimate. That was already off to a great start in my book. Next, she was able to get someone out to my house the very next day. The next day Brandon came out to my house. He investigated EVERYTHING! He then broke down what he thought could be the problem. Then he personally walked me through why he was thinking this way. He took time to answer absolutely ALL of my questions. After listening to his professional advice I ended up not needing any service at this time from Al Coronado plumbing. The problem turned out to be extremely faulty work that lead to 7 years of water leaking into my shower pan, after every shower. It just needed time to dry out. With the simple FACT that Krysta-Bell was so intentful on helping me in a timely manner. The fact that I was treated with the utmost professionalism, knowledge, respect, and care I received from both Krysta-Bell and Brandon. If I ever am in need of a plumber again, my ONE and ONLY source I am turning to is Al Coronado plumbing. Marty O initially worked on this lavatory drain repair for us a couple of weeks ago. It's an old house and the pipe size is atypical for today's standards. He was unable to procure one of the fittings needed to install to current codes at that time so he explained he had managed to make it work but would come back after he could get the right part. Today he was here for a short time to make the correction. He could have left it as-is and I would never have known. Great job, Marty! There's a big difference between good customer service and a good customer experience and I appreciate the way you and your company took care of us.

Francisco is very professional. He confirm that he’s on his way to the job site and to confirm when he is leaving the job site. He is accurate at what he does. Explain to you what the problem is before he does services and gives you an estimate how much it’s going to cost before he starts. He even communicates with the client about approximately how much time it is going to take to complete the job. Al Coronado employees always got the job done.

I called Al Coronado Plumbing to get an estimate on replacing my hot water heater a few days ago. Kevin K. was my advisor, and he came out a day or two after my call as scheduled. He checked out my current system, listened to my requirements, and gave me several options for replacement. He was thorough and left me a written quote. I called four plumbing companies for this job, and Kevin was the most thorough in answering my questions as well as getting the job set up in minimum time. I would also like to recognize Tyson, the plumber who came out to do the job. He showed when scheduled, set up to keep my home clean (drop cloths from the door to the water heater closet). He was meticulous with every step of the job, keeping us informed as he went along. There was no rushing to get the job done. When done, he cleaned up right out the door. I am very pleased with the work performed by Rosendo. I needed a utility sink installed in my laundry room. This entailed extending the drain and water supplies from the existing location around an inside corner of the room.Julian came out to give me a quote along with two other established plumbing contractors from the Tucson area. Their bid was not the least; it was the middle one. I chose Al Coronado because Julian was knowledgeable and mentioned several issues that neither of the other companies told me about. This showed me that he definitely knew what had to be done to install my new sink. Julian was polite, pleasant, and professional, and represented his company very well.Rosendo was a terrific workman. He worked efficiently and wasted no time in beginning the project. He was very respectful, professional, and worked tirelessly to do the job. He answered my questions when I was curious about what was being done. I could see that he knew all the little things that needed to be done to complete my project well.Al Coronado Plumbing will be the first company I call if I need plumbing work in the future. As mentioned before, they weren't the lowest bid I accepted, but I am very glad they did the work I needed.

I've had good experiences with Al Coronado with Kevin. This time was terrible. Not only did Marty show up to our house unannounced if we didn't return his call, he scammed us. He told us that he would fix our shower by replacing the cartridge, then he charged us $407 dollars for 5 minutes of work. The shower still did not work!!!!! We talked to him about it not working still and he scammed us. Our poor renters won't have a shower that works now. This happens to us a lot because of our age, people try to take advantage. I will not be letting this slide!!

Marty Oros was helpful in explaining several things about our plumbing features. His performance in draining our Water Heater was rapid and made sure he was clean before entering our house. He is a big asset to your company.

The faucet at the house I'm renting out was leaky and I called Al Coronado to fix it. They installed a new kitchen faucet and charged $700 for what was little over 2 hours of work (2:15 to be exact). Even a high quality pull-out faucet is at most $200 (There's no way to check the check the price because the brand they used is only available to contractors).They advertise that they charge by the job and provided the cost estimate upfront, but if if had tried for another company my renters would have been without water in the kitchen over the weekend. Charging by the job is probably just a way to not have to disclose insane labor rates (at $250 an hour, I should probably be a plumber!).The plumber disappeared for another ~1.5 h in between to get parts, but home depot is 4 minutes away.They showed up on time and did a professional job, but I do feel taken advantage of.Edit 07/14/2021: In response to Al Coronado's answer: There's no point in wasting my time to tell Al Corona how to do their job and listen to excuses for overcharging. The issue was also not resolved within 24 hours, but on a Friday when I called Wednesday morning at 8am. If had known about their price gouging practices, I would have called another company. It would have been easy to get it fixed before the weekend at that point.Regarding the faucet, the one that's installed looks like a very generic made-in-China chrome pull-out faucet and they are available in varying qualities in any home improvement store. If installing a faucet from their shop means driving from eastside Tucson to Marana and getting lunch in between, this is nothing the customer should be paying for. I even told the dispatch lady that the faucet most likely needs replacement, so it should really be on the truck. It's the most generic kitchen faucet you can buy! I don't see why I should pay for the technician's mistake, I also don't get paid for unnecessary driving time if I forget equipment at home (again, installation time was a little over 2 hours). If anybody thinks that $700 for a simple job like replacing a faucet is appropriate, this is the company for you!

Called mid afternoon with a leaking water heater. Tyson called and came before the appointment time. Water heater had been replaced 4 years earlier. After checking it out, Tyson told me that the heater should not have failed and called Andrew. They worked with the manufacturer to replace the heater under warranty. Tyson brought a new replacement the next morning and installed. He explained to me the reason it probably failed and the best way to prevent problems in the future. While they could have added extra charges, they were looking out for the customer. I had used Al Coronado Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so, and would be happy to have Tyson do the job.

Super excellent customer service. All my questions about our reverse osmosis water filter were answered by Robert who was very patient. He fixed a weird faucet issue too. I would request him back to fix any other plumbing issues we might have. I commend Robert and Al Coronado plumbing.

From the moment Michelle answered the phone late at night the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend, I knew I was in good hands. She sent Jiovanni and Tyson out to handle a whole house water pressure issue that was eventually diagnosed as stemming from the hot water heater. Al Coronado plumbing is the best! We were just getting ready for Easter Brunch when our showers and toilets barely drained. When we got back, they were completely backed up. We called a different emergency plumber and was told they would try to get to us today, but it would probably be tomorrow. We then called Al Coronado and they sent a technician right away, on Easter. Andy arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (a clogged main line), and gave us an estimate for repair. We accepted the bid and Andy fixed the problem pronto. I called Al Coronado for a burst water pipe on my roof following a hard freeze, resulting in water to my house needing to be turned off. They initially told me the soonest appointment would be late afternoon the following day. Which I was perfectly fine with because I know how Tucson gets with broken pipes during cold weather. But they put me on the list for a cancellations and I was surprised to have someone there within 4 hours. Alex came, ready to fix the problem. Was willing to spend time answering my questions about a possible bigger fix to help avoid more breaks in the future as this is a recurring problem. I went with the bigger fix which took another day or so but he did a temporary fix that day to get my water back on immediately. Very friendly and professional. Excellent communication. I got a next day service appointment, the plumber (Julian) called when he was on the way and he arrived on time. Julian removed and then installed a new garbage disposal. Julian was courteous, and cheerful, he wore a face mask and shoe covers in the house. He brought in covers for the floor and the cabinet base and had towels to clean up drips, and had a container for discards. Julian performed an efficient removal and install that included taking away the old disposal. I was very pleased with execution of the total job. I would be pleased to have Julian back to do additional projects.

I have never been exposed to water heater installations whether in a large area or small one. The entire repair pre-installation and post-installation took 2.5 days with 2 technicians; they did not work as a “team”, rather 1 and then the 2nd one. The water heater these gentlemen installed is a work of art as was the entire process from start to finish. I could write a book on what I experienced however, the most important point was listening to what they did and why; their level of professionalism and their individual abilities to seamlessly work together towards a completion. This was very tight working conditions and even though it was hot, they did the entire job which as the true professionals they are!!! And yes, I could go on and on. He told me “you’re going to have to pay for the $129 service fee then”. I was more than happy to pay him $129 to leave.I found another contractor for hire that almost didn’t even charge me for the installation. Only took him 30 minutes.Choose your contractors wisely.

Albi arrived at the scheduled time and did an outstanding job with the installation and the cleanup. He did a complete system checkup to ensure proper operation. I had a water line break in the ceiling of one of my bathrooms. When the pipe was exposed, there was a pin-hole in a section of the pipe that caused the leak. I regret not doing the repair myself. 9 ft. Of 1/2 inch pipe was replaced and a few pipe fittings. I was charged $1069. I later got on line, and could have bought 100 ft. Of the the same water line they used for $62. And all the fittings they used for less than $40. Corporate America always charges outrages prices for services rendered. The American Greed has engulfed most businesses in our Country. I hope I never need a Plumber again, if I do. I will look for friends or someone that can do the job ,Or myself....my advice to anybody who needs a Plumber. Do it yourself or find someone who can!.......I had Wildcat Plumbing install a new toilet flange and reset my toilet. Their work was professional and affordable. They charged me $165 total. I showed them the work Al Coronado plumbing did, and without telling them who did the work and how much I was charged. I asked how much would they have charged to do the same work Al Coronado did. After measuring the length of pipe and fittings that were used. They told me around $300! Compared to what Al Coronafo charged $1069. After I told Wildcat Plumbing who did the work. They told me ,that is where I went wrong. I wouldn't recommend Al Coronado to my worst enemy!!

A week ago I was notified by the city that I had a leak in my water line next to my meter box. I called Al Coronado Plumbing and spoke with the ever pleasant Tiffany. She said a service man would be there tomorrow. Jasper and Matt showed up on time and the 70 yr old galvanized pipe to my house needed to be replaced. Johnny and Rosendo came Thursday morning and went to work in the brutal heat wave we have been enduring. By Friday at 4:00 they had the job done just 2 hours before the big storm hit at 6 Pm and power was out for the next 7 hours. Would no longer recommend this company. They were called for a leaking water heater. They brought in two other companies into the situation who are attempting to defraud us. The man who came out for broken water heater said he would recommend that Steamy Concepts be called in for mitigation. Said it was the only company they recommend. The owner's son just texted me that he basically had never heard of Steamy Concepts. Or Pack Out. Interesting. Rebecca Taylor at KVOA is starting to research the relationships. The Al Coronado team replaced the primary waterline at my home after the old galvanized pipe had a major leak. The first help arrived within a couple hours after my phone call and a workaround was implemented that day. The quick response and the effort provided by Logan to implement the workaround is very much appreciated. Rosendo and Kevin dug the long trenches and installed the new waterline. Their work was excellent. They were very professional and courteous. Rosendo refilled the trenches and restored the grounds, leaving no evidence that significant plumbing work had occurred. This restoration was very well done. I am very pleased with the Al Coronado team's work from start to finish and am confident that the high quality waterline will last a long time.

We had a call from metro water stating our water usage was very high. So we called AL coronado to come and find a leak, it was discovered that there was water in our meter box and the ground was soft at the base of our Oleander plants and the pipe at the meter was broken. We had Metro water fix the meter leak and Brandon come out right away to give and estimate on the rest. He gave us an estimate that included boring under our driveway to redirect our plumbing away from plants. They came out the next day and hooked up a temporary water supply and a few days later the did the final work. This company by far is excellent. On time, efficient, polite, very knowledgeable. Carlos was excellent at attention to detail thru out the whole project. They left the project site better looking then when they arrived. Without a doubt we highly recommend this company.

As usually, Al's employees do much a great job. Craig and Xavier did my annual service of my water heater and soft water system. Sharp guys, they checkout the house and noticed all of water shut offs were frozen and needed to be replaced. Work scheduled. Why would anyone use another company? During our time living in 3 different, not-so-new homes in Tucson, we've had many occasions when we needed plumbers, often on an emergency basis. Each time, we've tried a new company because we've never been completely satisfied -- until we found Al Coronado Plumbing this summer. Now we'll never use anyone else. A neighbor recommended them when we had the same problem they did, a broken water line from the meter to the house. They came out soon after we called, and once we'd thoroughly reviewed our repair options, they installed a temporary hook-up so we could have water until they could obtain the necessary permits and start work. Xavier, an exceedingly polite and competent young man, did most of the work, which included a lot of hand digging in extreme heat. He always called to let us know when he was coming or leaving, he was punctual, and he was unfailingly good natured! A true professional. Once Xavier had the new copper water line installed, we had to wait for a city inspection before the trench could be filled in and the landscape restored. Andrew Coronado constantly updated us about timing. When the work was approved, another fabulous young employee, James, made our yard and patio area look as if nothing had happened. This fairly major repair could have been an ordeal, but thanks to the profesionalism of Al Coronado Plumbing and every employee we encountered, it ended up being only a minor inconvenience. As a footnote to this review, and as further evidence of the professionalism and caring of this company, I'll add this detail. I just accidently called Andrew Coronado while looking over our numerous text message updates. I quickly hanged up....but Andrew called me back almost immediately to make sure everything is OK and I don't need anything. That's the kind of service that makes me stick with a company!

This technician over priced the job by a factor more than...2 !!!Well, I called Al coronado to change a tankless water heater leaking badly.They arrived promptly, in time to have a look. The technician was nice and gave me a quote. He gave me $4300 to replace the heater, installed. I knew the heater price in the range of $1000-1200 (new). I asked him to justify the difference: he said it needed ~6hrs labor (let's say $600), and needs an inspector to come, inspect the installation,....I told him it was a replacement not a new installation. Listen, customers are not dum people.Well I got a quote just after from another company in Tucson, very nice and professional people, who quoted me half the price, which was fair $1200 heater + $600 labor, I paid $1800 !!! He got the job, and it was well done, in time.I will not recommend Al coronado plumbing.JM

Francesco was very helpful and professional. I had a serious leak that happened suddenly and looked like it was a flood risk in our bathroom. I had multiple concerns and many questions that he answered thoroughly and with patience. The leak looked like it had been occurring a long time and there was mold present so it will take longer to fix, but he helped us get a good idea of what to do next. I highly recommend this service, ask for Francesco he did a great job.

Great experience. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Signed quote upfront. I was on a time crunch and they looked at the water heater the same day I called, and did a rush install the NEXT DAY! They actually did more repair work than quoted and didn’t charge anything above original price. Marty was great in explaining everything to me, and Nick did the actual install. Within two hours of our desperation sewer back-up problem phone call, Julian from Al Coronado Plumbing was at our home (on the weekend!), addressed the rather involved plumbing problem, explained procedures necessary, and went to work! He was thorough, professional, explained the problem and potential future issues and how to avoid them, gladly accepted our $25.00 off coupon from the phone book, informed us of his company's 90-day guarantee, wore booties into our home to avoid tracking in dirt, and scheduled a follow-up appt. by his supervisor to take an underground picture of what was occurring (or not; i.e., root invasiveness, etc.). We were extremely impressed, and would not hesitate to use this company/service tech in the future...hopefully, we won't have to!

Honestly the service provided by Al Coronado was amazing. I called today at 8:30 and They surprisingly got me an appointment at 10 same day right before Holiday. Our plumber, Francesco was quick, efficient, extremely friendly, and just a joy to chat with. I would recommend calling Al Coronado if you’re in need of a quick plumbing service.

We called Al Coronadoand received next day service from Kevin K. Polite, courteous conversation about our hot water heater issue. He sent Russindo to install a new hot water heater...Russindo was a pleasure and helpful beyond what was his job. For instance we needed to move the refrigerator, it wouldnt budge. Russindo got on the floor and vacuumed underneath it. He was kind and we appreciated that so much...thank you for sending out two exemplary people to help us out...well done Al Coronado!!

Alex, went above and beyond helping me figure out what was causing my water pressure issues. He walked me through the process and gave me a couple of options. I didn’t not feel pressured or rushed. Will definitely use them again in the future for any other issues.

Xavier and Edgar came out to descale and jet both the cast iron under the house and the clay pipe to the city sewer. They were very conscious about the cleaning process, often repeating the same section until they were satisfied. Very happy with the results and the excellent work!

chris was great. on time, efficient, clean workspaces, can't say enough. give him a raise. he left a crescent wrench and a channel locks, i don't think that comes with the service. i'll leave them on the shop porch. he can pick them up anytime. what a good guy.

Robert went above and beyond in unclogging a kitchen drain that was old and so thoroughly clogged that my son, the maintenance man in this mobile home park and a well- meaning neighbor hadn't gotten to budge. He was prompt, courteous and kind, and clean. My warranty company uses another plumbing company that told me I had to live with a double sink full of nasty water for six days before they could get here. Robert from your company was here in a matter of hours. I'm in my eighties and live alone. It's comforting to know you'll be there if I need you again.

Brad, Kevin and Ben were so helpful redoing our bathroom to a walk in shower. Brad did an amazing job putting the new shower stall in and Kevin and Ben were wonderful about answering questions. Rosendo was professional, on time and did an absolutely fabulous jog. He corrected the plumbing issues in the kitchen and hooked up a water line to the new refrigerator. He removed wall concrete to get to the joint area where the copper and galvanized sections joined, replaced the galvanized joint and filled the hole so it looks like he was never here, other than all works superbly with all new pipes and connections. Excellent work. On time, dedicated to making all aspects correct and the work area was as clean as he found it to start.

Hot water stopped working on Friday, called Saturday and were able to get a technician to come out on Sunday within the time period they stated. We have a big job and they were great about the price and doing the work in this excessive heat. Where they are digging looks clean and well done. They contacted the city about some things and seem to be taking care of everything for us.

This is the first time I have used this company and I most definitely will again. My kitchen sink, bathroom showers and sink were draining very slowly or not at all. I called at 7pm and had an appointment the next afternoon. Jiovanni called me about 15 minutes before arriving and was extremely professional and kind. He assessed the problems and had everything working again quickly. He went beyond what I called about and took the time to explain the problems with my drains in the kitchen and wrote me an estimate for them to come do these repairs, which I plan on doing in the next few weeks. I really appreciated him and it was very apparent that he knows exactly what he’s doing!

I called Al Coronado Plumbing out on a Sunday morning because my main sewer line was backed up. Alfonso came out, snaked the line and recommended a camera inspection. The camera inspection done by Kevin found roots in the pipe line and it was recommended to have a hydro jetting & chemical treatment to kill off the roots. The following day Alex and Alfonso came to do the hydro jetting and chemical treatment and Kevin came back for a final walk thru. The guys were all great, personable, answered all my questions and explained in detailed the whole process........I would certainly recommend Al Coronado Plumbing to other homeowners and as a matter a fact......I already have !!

They were fast and efficient and billed us way less than what we were expecting! Plus the technician was friendly and did an overall excellent job. We would definitely use them again!

Soon after I made the appointment, I received a courtesy call from the office to let me know that Marty was going to arrive a little later than expected. A short time later Marty called and said he was headed my way, and would be here in about 45 minutes. When he arrived he asked me questions about the plumbing problem, looked at what he was going to be working with and made out an accurate hand written estimate, so I could approve or cancel before he started any work. I approved and Marty immediately went to work. Our problem was resolved in about an hour, and Marty presented me with an invoice that included a 90 day warranty for work performed. I paid the very reasonable amount, that was exactly as estimated, and I couldn't be happier with the great service that I received from Marty and Al Coronado Plumbing.

We had both bathroom sinks plugged up. We Poured pan after pan of boiling water down in the hopes of clearing the drains. We failed, so we went to the yellow pages and found the ad for Al Coronado. We had seen his ads on TV, so we called. Shawn and Bart showed up and tried with the snake in the pipes but it went from one sink to the other in the next bathroom. They went to the roof to see if it would be possible to come down the vent pipe. When they found out that wouldn't work, Shawn made a drawing of what he would find behind our bathroom wall and told us what it would cost. He saw the shock on our faces and said we might want to get a second opinion. We talked it over and decided to go with them. When it was finished, both baths were clean and all the drains worked better than they had for years. We will recommend Al Coronado to everyone with a plumbing problem from now on. We had a water leak at the meter in the drive way. I called Al Coronado Plumbing and Andy came out within a couple hours.Andy determined the problem quickly and wrote up a proposal which was less that the others I received. I told him to get it scheduled and he did for the next day.The work was started in the morning with a lot of digging on the side of the drive way to get to the line to the house where a new connection needed to be made. All the work was completed by mid afternoon.My insurance covered service line repairs. I started a claim on Monday and asked Andy to re-write his proposal with parts needed, description of the work and pictures of the work performed. I received this from Andy on Wednesday and had a call from the adjuster that morning. I forwarded Andy's Proposal and Pictures at about noon to the adjuster. I received a call from the Insurance Company by mid afternoon telling me a check is being issued for the covered loss.I Would recommend Al Coronado Plumbing for any and all plumbing related work. Rosendo was courteous, friendly and extremely efficient. Installed 3 faucets, an outside hose bib and piping plus a recirculating hot water system. He was very detail oriented and checked his work every step of the way. His work ethic is off the charts. He did whatever it took to get the job done. I would recommend him 100% for any plumbing job.

I called on May 2nd about 8:30 am. Elaine (sp?) answered and listened to what I needed. I expected an appointment for my non-emergency in a future day, but she said would today between 2 and 5 pm work, and I said YES! Then she asked if she could put me on a do it earlier list if something opened up, and I said YES! Fast forward to a bit after 1 pm, and we get a call that they could come earlier if that was alright, but that he was about 45 minutes away; again I said YES! Jiovanni was at our residence before 2 pm. After some pricing and answering some questions of mine, we spoke with his manager and the deal was agreed to; installation of two faucet sets I had available. Jivanni set right to work and when he was finished we had two wonderful and fully functional faucets for the first time in about a year. (The time lost was my fault...that is about how slowly I move these days.) FIVE STARS!!!!!

These guys tried to charge me almost $5000 to replace a 40ft water line. It was an emergency and the guy told me I’d have to agree to sign the estimate in order for them to TEMPORARILY fix the line. My regular guy did it for $1400. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES! You’ve been warned …

I recently had a full drain service on my entire house along with a new water heater installed. Four gentlemen performed exceptional. My 93 year old Mom was coming home after breaking her pelvis. At the last minute, we realized we should have had a higher toilet installed for her. Al Coronado plumbing had someone out the SAME DAY to look at the job and give us an estimate. They installed three comfort height toilets for us just TWO DAYS later! HUGE SHOUT OUT to Jasper, Tyson, and Carlos. Super professional. On time. Left everything clean. We were VERY HAPPY with the whole experience. STRONGLY RECOMMEND this business!!

Exceptional Service and company. We had issues with my water storage tank and booster pump. Eli was sent to help us out. Not only was Eli extremely friendly and professional, but showed a great work ethic and dedication to the customer. Eli made multiple trips to my house in one day and stayed until 9:00 p.m. He wanted to ensure that his work was completed and everything was working correctly. I recently called Al Coronado Plumbing to replace my hot water heater. Kevin K the Plumbing Advisor was very helpful as to which water heater I needed for my use. Later, Alvie a Technician came to install the water heater on a Saturday afternoon and used his Sunday to complete the job. The workmanship he did even impressed the inspector who came later to approve the installation.

Well upon going to check the mail my Dad noticed it was wet around our water meter box. He came inside and got me and it was soaked around it. I called town of Marana and they told me it was most likely my problem because it's on my side of the meter. Marana was nice to send a guy out to check and yep it was on our side. So I called our regular plumber and he could not come out until Monday/Tuesday and it's Friday at 3:30 so I remembered seeing Al Coronado commercials on TV. I gave them a call and they came out quickly to give us an estimate. We were given three estimates for the job and they were all costly. We were told we needed a new water line from the street to the house. They would trench a new line and put all new copper hardware on the side of the house. My wife arrived and was able to get us a hair off the price. We choose to have the work done and they did a very professional job. Ran a bypass line so we had water Friday night and the whole time they did all the work. Now we choose option two on the estimate sheet they gave us and we also got a ten year warranty on the work. I would recommend this company, but I would also recommend getting three estimates if you can wait and ten decide on who gives you the best price.

We had a very pleasant experience with Coronado. Service Pro Marty Oros was very thorough, professional and courteous in describing the process of installing and use our new water heater. Alvi installed the water heater and he also was very professional, courteous and thorough. He also cleaned after he finished his job. We very very impressed with his work, a very nice young man.

We. had a problem with our recirculation pump which had hot water in our cold lines. Ely was dispatched and was very knowledgable. He had the problem fixed by replacing a faulty comfort valve. He was a very nice technician.

Update 1/28/2020: Robert came out to help me and I could not be happier! Once again Al Coronado is fantastic!About a week and a half back, we had a pipe break outside of our home, water valve and everything was disconnected. It wasn't covered under our house warranty, and we needed a plumber badly. We had worked with Al Coronado plumbing before, and called them up. And you know what? They got out there to check it out so quickly I was kind of in disbelief.I have Kevin K and Gabriel to thank for all this, Kevin came out lickety split and diagnosed what needed to be done, got me my price (which was very reasonable!!!) And was just generally the nicest guy you could talk to.Gabriel did a perfect job on the broken pipe, installing new parts, making sure everything was good, and kept open communication while working. My washing machine water was coming up in the sink. Alec Z was my serviceman. He examined the problem discussed the options for repair and went straight to work. He was polite, professional and did such a great job my washing machine drained the best it has since it was new.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink that required cutting an access in the wall behind the sink and lowering the drain line to repair correctly. I called Al Coronado as I had seen their trucks around Tucson and they were well rated online. Alejandro came out to assess the problems and gave us a quote to repair in a very timely manner. Xavier came out to perform that actual repairs and did great work! The person that re-finished the drywall that had to be removed for access even commented on how straight the drywall cuts were and that it made his re-finishing easier. Sticker shock! But they did unplug my sink and were there within 6 hours. When tech arrived he looked at the sink, then went out to the truck then came back with an estimate....charged me $314 to snake the line.Whatcha gonna say when your kitchen sink is clogged? I couldn't decline and start over with another company. I'll try another company next time.

Switched plumbers to Al Coronado and so far I couldn't be happier. The staff is extremely helpful. Edward our plumber is professional and explains everything. He goes out of his way to check the finished product, leaves job site very clean and makes it easy for the customer. Is there an 11th star? 5***** just doesn't tell the whole story of how impressed and happy Helen, our family's treasure and owner of the home that needed attention, as well as Helen's family, is with Al Coronado Plumbing. Their pleasant, courteous, conscientious, fair and professional associate Alex, who supervised the project we hired to be done, was outstanding. While Alex was project manager, he really was more -- and did more -- than that. For one he made Helen feel comfortable and confident with her choice of the method to be undertaken to permanently fix the issue (there were more than 2 ways to skin this cat). Alex took a photo of the area that needed to be disturbed before his crew began the project and wasn't going to accept payment or leave our 87 yr. old mother's home until it looked as good or better than before Al Coronado Plumbing was hired. In the end Alex took off his dress shirt got down on his knees and personally re-installed the pavers that had to be removed to access the underground drain leading to the main sewer line under the street. My mother was so impressed and thankful to have Alex in charge. Al Coronado Plumbing was very quick with an in person estimate for water heater replacement around 12hrs after initial contact. Jasper was clear, concise, and provided several requested estimates for us. They were able to schedule the install quickly as well, just 3 days out from the initial contact. On installation day, Tristen arrived punctually, installed the water heater et al in a timely manner, and was friendly and willing to answer questions / survive my intermittent badgering. Last week (July 8) Al Coronado was hired by Royalty Rennovations as a plumbing specialist to install a tub as part of the planned restoration of the shower area in our guest bedroom. Jim did a great job, clearly explained the problems and the solutions. He was polite and courteous. Cleaned up the area when done so well that you could not even tell he had been there unless you knew what to look for. I would defiantly recommend him to anyone.

The job was done in less than half an hour to remove and replace the cartridge in my shower faucet. It costs me $204 with$25 coupon discounts and I provided the part. Alex did a good job in explaining and fix my leaking faucet. However, I feel that the price is too high for the job. I feel that I was overcharged because I didn't have a choice. I just found out that most plumber charge approximatly 50-80 dollars per hour but in my case I paid $200 per less than an hour which was too over priced.

I am very impressed with John. I have spoken with him once when he was troubleshooting an issue with a faulty Watts Premier reverse osmosis faucet, that I installed. I obtained a new faucet and had John come back to install it for us. He did a professional job, checking the schematics of the R/O system at my request to ensure my previous work was done correctly and he ensured me it was done correctly. He installed the new faucet properly with no leakages whatsoever and he educated me on the R/O's system's 6-year-old tank, which does need to be replaced. John is very knowledgeable and wasn't afraid to share his knowledge with me; I did learn a few things from him!

The day before Christmas we awoke to a major leaking in our main water line. It was flooding our yard. I called Al, told them my story. They were booked up for all of Saturday which I figured and the next day was Christmas. So no chance there. The dispatcher said at first it would be Tuesday but then said she would put us down for emergency repair on Monday. On Monday at noon a fellow showed up and started digging. When he found the problem he called in another fellow to do the repair, who arrived before the first fellow left. The Main was repaired by five o'clock, but they wanted to let the glue on the PVC set over night. Next morning the fellow came to turn on the water and found another leak in the copper pipe. He fixed that and we had water on by ten thirty. I was very happy with the work and the response of Al.

We had plumbing issues and they rapidly worsened. We wanted a business we could trust, was licensed, bonded and no sub-contractors. We went in late morning, had someone scheduled to come that afternoon SAME day. This was Monday, Alex assessed our plumbing issues. He never tried to up-sell or bully. He was professional and knowledgeable. Wednesday morning Rosindo came and started our repairs. He was with us Thursday too. Friday Tyson changed out our hot water heater. Alex would be available by phone anytime we had any questions and also stopped in periodically. Rosindo and Tyson worked and they worked hard and they put in very full days. They both spoke with us about their progress and were in contact with Alex if we had questions they couldn't answer or for unexpected plumbing issues that came up, and they did. We had a pipe leak under the kitchen sink. The first plumber sent by our home warranty company did have the proper tools or experience to fix it and took 3 days to schedule us. I called Al Coronado Plumbing and Carrie was here the next morning and fixed the leak so we could have water. Due to the age of our home Carrie gave us a reasonable quote for replacing the PVC pipes with copper. She was out early the next morning and replaced all of the pipe to the sink so we won't have any more issues with the old pipes. It was a difficult job (she had to work under the house in 100+ heat for most of the job). Carrie was extremely friendly and professional and made sure there were no problems with the installation before leaving. Everything was cleaned up. We are very pleased with Carrie and the work she did. We will definitely call Al Coronado Plumbing for any future work we need.

After 23 years, our water heater gave out.I remember seeing a commercial for AL Coronado recently and they really seem sincere about doing a good job.So I called Al Coronado and Chris Jackson came over. He explained everything well, showed me what I needed to bring everything up to code and then got the ball rolling by getting a technician out here the next day and updated the water and gas lines to the heater and installed the new hot water heater itself. Then technician did a really nice and professional job.Very happy with the work.

Laundry drain to washer was backed up drain snake was used to get to to and past the trap to pull out plastic grocery bags making the pipe back up washer now drains out without backing up l recommend AL Coronado l have used their service several times this year on two propertiesVery professional and customer service focused. I had a water heater that burst and it was late on a Saturday evening. Charlie came out and immediately helped to turn off the water and assisted in getting another company that assisted in getting my wet flooring out. If it were not for Charlie the “fairy God Mother” Plumber helping to calm down the situation and act quickly, the situation could have been much worse. I had my hot water up and running quickly. That hot shower felt so good! I highly recommend Al Coronado Plumbing and especially Ms. Charlie.

I called Al Coronado to come find a leak that was causing water to come up through my vinyl plank flooring. It was 9:00 PM when Brandon arrived. He was very professional, & put on shoe protectors before entering my house. He was in a crisp uniform and looked totally fresh and ready to work. I would have expected that at 9:00 AM, not 9:00 PM. But it's very apparent to me that Al Coronado plumbing is top notch. Brandon accessed the problem - dishwasher installed incorrectly causing a leak, fixed the issue and kept me posted and informed during his entire visit. Francisco was a great technician. He was very knowledgeable and was not only able to unclog my toilet but my tub. I would recommend this technician and company. I had another plumber come out about a month ago and was told that there was nothing that could be done to unclog the tub. Within half an hour everything was unclogged. Great company!

Alex fully explained what he was going to do and quoted the price up front. His work was thorough and when he completed the job he took the time to explain what was done and to contact him if I had any further needs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had just moved to the area and called them for an emergency. I had a clogged sewer line, this took 3 days which I felt they had created part of the problem. I had pipes separated by them, had to have the wall cut out, they had pulled the toilet, said they couldn't reset the toilet without replacing the bolts and replacing the pipe for a $1,000. They had already charged me $2,000 for the work so far. So I refused for them to reset the toilet and fix the wall. I had another plumber replace the bolts and reset the toilet for $100 and had the wall fixed for a $100. I felt like they had taken advantage of the situation. They were prompt, polite and respectful but I would never use them again.

Just had new water heater installed. And thanks to Kevin K, Rob, and Brandon everything went smoothly and to my complete satisfaction. I switch from a gas water heater to an electric one so there was additional things that had to be done. It was a very good experience.

We had 2 toilets replaced, a laundry sink installed, our washer and gas dryer hooked up, and a shower rod extension installed by Julian. His work and attention to detail was excellent! Next, Alex and Gabriel installed a water filtration system. Both Alex and Gabriel were thorough and did excellent work. I called Al Coronado Plumbing on Tuesday afternoon about a water leak and they were there the next day. They sent Jasper Williams and James to investigate the problem. In a little over an hour they traced the problem down and resolved my issue. Jasper is not only knowledgeable, but upfront and honest. I will definately be a returning customer. I had a plumbing problem, so I called Al Coronado Plumbing. Xavier was the first one to come out. He was extremely professional and hard working. Unfortunately the problem was too bad for just a drain cleaning. He tried from two different spots, and didn't want to give up. I really appreciated his effort. Another extremely hard working and professional employee came to my house the following day. This was Brandon, who also was unable to clear the drain after much effort. My only solution was to remove the floor in my bathroom and expose the pipes. This is an expensive process which I could not afford, so I had to do some of the work myself to save money. Brandon was kind enough to stop by my house and show me where I needed to cut the concrete and dig to expose the pipes. His information was perfect!!! Then Kevin, the plumbing advisor, came to my house to see exactly what needed to be done. He was quick, thorough, and very informative every step of the way. Kevin had Brandon come back to do the pipe repair. He did a very fast and perfect replacement of the old pipes. After removing the old pipes, it became very clear why he and Xavier had troubles trying to clear them. There was no way a snake was getting through my clogs. Due to the hard work and information they provided me, my problems are now a thing of the past. I would highly recommend Xavier, Brandon, and Kevin to anyone who needs assistance with their plumbing needs. I cant thank the three of them enough for the help they provided me. We had a last minute project come up, called AL CORONADO PLUMBING late on Monday to install a commercial 3-compartment sink, commercial dishwasher and floor drain. They had a Supervisor at our location within 2 hours to physically inspect the job, offered great advice, provided a written estimate of the work and scheduled the job for the next morning, while on-site. The workers were on-time each day, they finished within the time estimated and came in UNDER the proposed budget. We worked with Kevin K and Jesus closely for a full house re-pipe. Both were incredible throughout the entire process. Kevin kept us up to speed on every little thing that was going to be happening, what the steps would look like and started our project in a timely manner. Jesus came out and worked his BUTT off to finish up the first part so our house would be more livable while the work was being done (it was a multi-day project). They also did their best to make sure we got a fair price for the amount of work and time put in. I can not put in words how pleased I am with their work, and if needed I will use them again. I called Al Coronado plumbing when I found out I had water leak in one of the bedrooms in our home we just moved into. I was surprised of how fast they were able to come out and fix the problem. My shower and toilet backed up in my little old adobe house(1936). I called Al Coronado at 8:30 a.m. asking for an appointment. I got one immediately! Andy arrived soon after. Kevin was our plumbing advisor and Tyson was our service pro. Our hot water tank burst on Memorial Day, and Kevin came out that day, and thoroughly reviewed our options with us. The installation was completed by the next day. They replaced our hot water tank, the ventilation system was updated to pass Pima County inspection, and safety features were added. Tyson did an incredible job, his work was meticulous! Kevin even helped provide documentation for our homeowner’s insurance claim. We plan on contacting Al Coronado Plumbing for maintenance of our hot water tank system, and other services. We will be recommending the company to our family and friends!

We needed our home water system completely redone AND a new water heater. This was not an easy job complicated by the fact that we have three dogs and a very old cat that needed to be accommodated but Tyson, along with Arvy, was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Looking at what they accomplished, I would characterize it as a work of art - they take great pride in doing the best job that they possibly can. My bathroom's plumbing backed up late Saturday evening. Places a request with my Home Warranty company at 6am on Sunday - soonest they could send a company out was between 3-8pm on Monday. I couldn't wait 48 hours to have this fixed. Calle Al Coronado first. Michelle was great on the phone. Andy was on time, explained what the issue probably was - gave me an estimate - I Ok'd. he was done in 45 minutes - checked and double checked that both sinks and toilets were working. They have been very professional. It was an evening weekend emergency. My main line had burst. They helped me to find the main shutoff. And they then found the leak. They came out early the next day to set up temporary water and gave me my options on repairs/replacement. As of now still on temp water until they can start the replacement work. I met Kevin from Al Coronado Plumbing when my garbage disposal began leaking a few months ago. It was lucky that I did, because when my downstairs bathroom began to back up with raw sewage I needed help immediately. I called the number he left from the last job and he was at my house in a matter of minutes. After stopping the backup and figuring out the problem he had Adam there digging up my old pipes and replacing them the same day. Adam worked through the day and was back early the next morning. Neils was so friendly and helpful and offered us different quotes for the service we needed (it was clearing a blocked toilet today). He started with the easiest and cheapest one without trying to push a more expensive option which we appreciated a lot, and that method ended up working out the best. I am very pleased with the work performance of Jesus, he was very professional, explained everything he was doing and readily allowed me to watch as he worked. The work required replacement of the exterior service unit to my home, including the main shut off valve, pressure regulator and outdoor irrigation line. The replacement parts used much higher quality than the original plumbing installed by the builder. Jesus finished off with quality insulation and protection from the elements and left the area very clean and tidy with no evidence the landscaping had even been disturbed.Kevin took my initial call and responded immediately on a weekend scheduling services since the main valve broke in the off position I no longer had any incoming water. He also made a return trip about a week after the work was completed to inspect for quality and make sure I was satisfied as well. I have never received such great all around service from a plumbing company before and I have already recommended Al Coronado plumbing services to several friends and will continue to do so in the future. Very impressed and happy with the services provided.

We promptly received a callback from Al Coronado and within only a couple hours George H. came to our house and brought his kindness and knowledge about our plumbing issue. He asked questions and educated us about the problem and provided us with all of our options. He ended up fixing our issue and I couldn't have had a better outcome.

I called Al Coronado plumbing prior to opening today and left a message. Before 7am I received a call back and shortly after 8am a plumber arrived at the house to problem solve and fix a backed up toilet and drain. The plumber, Briar, identified the problem quickly, informed me of the issue, and completely the repair before 9am. Briar went the extra mile and cleaned out the tub too of any debris and mess left over from the backed up drain.All in all, very prompt and professional. Super helpful company and I would gladly use them again.

Repair was expensive and had to call for adjustment to valve after the new cartridge and mixing valve were installed. Technician was polite, friendly, and wore a mask, but repair and cost fell short of the quality and value I anticipated from this vendor based on other reviews.In response to my concerns expressed in initial review, the business reached out to express their regret for falling short and made an adjustment to better reflect the value of this transaction. Based on their responsiveness and attention to customer satisfaction, I will consider engaging them for plumbing repairs in the future.

This group was excellent in remodeling my bathroom that was built in 1972. I was anxious at first but they were very reassuring and sensitive to my feelings.
