I highly recommend this company. The response time was very quick. The technicians were professional, honest and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix my sewer back up. The technician recommended fix for now and the future was appropriate for industry standards. My Dad is a plumber who lives out of state who questioned the recommendations of another plumbing company I had out yesterday. Cal’s plumbing recommended what my Dad wanted done without knowing what he thought. Pricing is comparable to 2 other quotes BUT Cal’s has the expertise and the best equipment for the job. AND there’s no busting up my foundation in two rooms to do the fix. The technician explained EVERYTHING unlike several other companies in the area.

Called Cal’s Plumbing to get a quote to run a Fire Pit gas line. From the very beginning, I was very impressed with the responsiveness and the way appointments are handled. I received text messages and an email right away to confirm my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I received a call to let me know Leonard would be arriving in a half hour. I also received a picture and profile for Leonard, so we knew exactly who was coming to our home.Leonard was very knowledgeable and professional, and had the patience to answer all my questions, and to explain my different options. Once Leonard left, I received my formal quote within minutes. Making an appointment for the actual work was just as easy. I’ll get my gas line in a couple of weeks.

The team over at Cal's Plumbing has been phenomenal so far. I called in the morning and the customer service representative was very kind and accommodating . The schedule was full for the day, so she couldn't get a technician out to me until the day after, but she told me that she would call me right away if a time slot opened up. Unfortunately, no slots opened up, but the next day I received a call about an hour before my time slot informing me that Leonard could arrive in 20 minutes if I was available. I accepted the offer and Leonard arrived promptly. I can not say enough good things about Leonard and the quality of service and information that he provided to me, and better yet he was extremely kind and respectful to my dog that was excited to see a new person come to the house.Leonard first asked me to explain the issue that I was having and proceeded to give me a quote for the general diagnostic he wanted to run on the unit before starting his work (giving the price to a customer before doing any work is an A+ in my book; also the quote was exactly what I ended up paying, no hidden fees). He was more than willing to explain exactly what/why he was doing certain things and showed me how I could even do some of the easier diagnostics myself. After making a call to Takagi (brand of the water heater) to verify that all work was done to the manufacturers specifications, they both agreed that the computer inside of the water heater had gone bad. Leonard explained that the price of a computer replacement (the part and the instal) would be nearly as much as buying a new unit, and that may not have even solved the problem completely. He was not pushy in any way and explained all of my options. I decided that I would go with buying a new water heater and asked him for a quote. He gave me a quote that included providing a brand new unit, the instal, and an extra buffer that included any additional work that may be needed to adjust a pipe's placement or ventilation. However, he suggested that the cheaper route would be for me to buy the water heater direct from a manufacturer/supplier and call them back to do the install at a rate of $100 per hour. This was clearly the most rewarding part about working with Leonard; he was genuinely there to help make this project as easy and cost effective as possible. He went the extra mile to tell me exactly what brands to stay away from, and gave me all of the specifications to look for to fit my house and make my installation as quick and easy as possible.I just ordered the new water heater and I will definitely be calling Cal's Plumbing back and requesting Leonard to do the installation. I can confidently say that I will be a repeat customer the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Danny and Jonathan are great plumbers. I've been working with Cals for many years and if there was one word to describe Cals it would be HONEST! These guys get straight to the problem and fix what's broke fast!

Dan, CAL'S plumbing person who installed our kitchen sink faucet was very fast and clean. He installed it within 45 minutes. We couldn't be happier with the work he did and are very happy with the fixture. CAL'S is the best in town here in Tucson. We have used them in the past for other work and have always been pleased with them.

Disappointed is an understatement. This is a summary of our personal experience with Cal’s Plumbing. We had hoped we had found our “go to” plumbing company. Based upon the many 5-star reviews we found, we expected much more than this.Our tub faucet was broken, would spin all the way around, and needed repaired. We contacted our Home Warranty company and was prepared to use their services, which would have only cost us $75 and they would have paid the rest. We weren’t too thrilled with the reviews received by the plumbing company the warranty company was planning to send to us. So, we researched and decided to go it alone. Based on the many 5-star reviews we contacted Cal’s Plumbing.We were advised prior to scheduling the service that there is a $79 fee just to come out, which is typical of most service providers. However, if we had them perform any work, the $79 would be applied towards the work. We scheduled the appointment and the soonest they could come was a week later. My wife was home when the tech arrived. He found the problem, had the part needed, and finished the job. All total he was at the house less than an hour and spent most of his time trying to find where the water shut-off was located. The actual repair was less than 10 minutes. We were charged $262 for this service. My wife paid the tech because what is she supposed to do? It seemed like a lot of money, but what do we know.Upon further reflection, we decided to do a little research. The part that the tech replaced was a plastic piece called a bathroom faucet cartridge replacement. A quick search online and discussion with any hardware or plumbing store reveals this part can be purchased for as little as $9.99 or even as expensive as $34. Hmm? Seems like we were charged about $225 for labor and that’s assuming they will tell us the part they used was at the high end of cost. I must be in the wrong profession because $225 for less than an hour of work (more like 10 minutes of actual work) is a great wage! Surely this is a mistake.We contacted Cal’s Plumbing and were told that they charge by the job and give no regard to the cost of the part or how long they are actually on the job working. We were basically told tough, this is the charge, nothing they can or will do. Even after bringing our concerns to them, nothing. Their website says they are honest, trustworthy, and have integrity. We did not experience this.Not sure how they got all those 5-star reviews. We were happy with the tech and the scheduling process, but the charges are outrageous. $262 for less than an hour on site, 10 minutes of work, and at most a $35 part. Buyer be warned. If you want to be overcharged, then Cal’s is your plumber. Otherwise, I suggest seeking someone else.

Leonard arrived promptly. He listened to me explain the problem and made great suggestions. Leonard is an expert that takes pride in his work. The job was completed in a timely manner meaning time was taken to do it right but time was not wasted. Because of Leonard and his company's satisfaction policies, Cal's is the company I will call in the future. BTW, the price was appropriate for quality work.

Don was on time and did a careful exam of our toilet supply line inside and outside the toilet. His diagnosis of the problem was professional and accurate. We got three estimates for different updates on the necessary repairs. His manner was professional and polite.

Water heater Cal's installed 12 years ago needed some preventive maintenance. Cal's took care of it timely and professionally as expected.

I really dreaded calling a plumber but had no choice. I was so relieved when they fixed the problem (quickly) and wasn't nearly as expensive as I feared. I won't hesitate to call them again if I need them in the future.

Dan came to give an estimate on moving the main drain under the foundation for a kitchen island we’re redesigning. He was awesome and had a good attitude, even at the end of the day the day before thanksgiving.

Leonard was brilliant! Super knowledgeable with a great personality (a Chicago guy, too.)4th of July weekend and I thought I had a pipe leak (dreading bad news for my old house) which turned out to be an AC problem with a broken drain line. He got right on the fix, found a couple of other scary electrical problems, called in Dan for backup and got me setup with a remediation company. AC is up and running like a champ, Steamy Concepts have their gear in here now and all this in less than 3 hours at a great price!It pays to go local. As they say: Plumbing trouble? Ya' better call Cal! Da' best!!

Called Cal's with an emergence pipe leak at the salon shampoo bowls on a Sat morning and Billy answered and said he was in the neighborhood and could be there in 15 minutes. We had a busy day at the salon and Billy saved the day. Ended up being a total blockage, hair or course.

Cal’s Plumbing did an excellent job with a problem I had been having for 24 years off and on in my master bathroom. Sewer gas would sometimes invade the shower when the toilet was flushed. After cleaning the vents, replacing the toilet, and cleaning out the drain numerous times, I finally decided to have a plumbing company look at it. Not sure at all they would figure out how to fix this, or even believe me, since the smell would come and go periodically, the two plumbers from Cal’s took their time to diagnose the problem and find a way to solve it without ripping up the walls or doing expensive testing. They climbed on the roof (which is a two story flat roof), they determined that the roof vents were not high enough to work properly. They extended them. They also used a snake to fully clean the vent, which extended at least 32 feet to the ground floor, and cleared some kind of obstruction. After they left, the sewer smell has not returned. I am so pleased. They were professional, knew what they were doing and took the time to listen to me. I would highly recommend Cal’s Plumbing.

Very professional and personable man. He prepped the area to be fixed and protected household items. Did the demolition, found the leak, and repaired it. He explained everything before, during, and after everything was done. Site was cleaned up and water was put back on.

Leonard arrived on time to give us an estimate for the installation of our new Pentair NS6 Alternative Whole House Water Softener System. He has 34 years of experience and shared his knowledge with us. He had very good suggestions and pointed out issues about which we had not thought. He spent at least 40 minutes with us. We are very pleased with the service he provided and can recommend Cal's Plumbing.

We bought an old home and had an added surprise of all the sewer lines in the concrete slab needing replacement! We had five companies in Tucson give us estimates, and nobody really got what we were trying to accomplish with the repairs and added remodeling. Our last call was to Cal's, thankfully. Leonard came out and spent two hours looking at the property and came up with a bid to replace all our drain lines, and re-plumb the entire house for thousands less than the other bids. They started exactly when they said they would, and did an amazing job. Leonard and Ken each have 30 years experience as plumbers, and it shows. Other contractors I have had at the house commented on how clean the work was. These guys are the best, and honest. They were very fair on price. I won't call anybody else!

Needed a quote to compare with cost of installing new faucet and sink. Techs studied the situation and gave me quote but when I told them what I was paying through Lowe's they said stay with Lowe's because of cost savings. Very friendly and helpful suggestions.

I called at 8 am on a Thursday and was told Billy would probably arrive between noon and 2. Perhaps it was just luck with his schedule but he ended up being able to arrive at around 10 am. He was very friendly, happy to answer questions, and very knowledgeable. An all around awesome guy to deal with.I didn't have a visible cleanout between the house and the sewer so he just got on the roof and went through the vent up there with his snake and said he felt something at about 45 feet but got it moving along. He then snaked even further, I think to about 75 feet and said he found no other clogs.I showed him some of the pipes going into the house and he said they looked pretty bad and I should consider getting them replaced. He wasn't pushy about it at all and I honestly am very thankful he pointed it out. I can't deal it currently but now I know I have to put it on my list of things to do.He also told me that I might want to look into getting a cleanout installed and told me how to contact the City to see if they had any record of a one being installed in the past.Long story short, I am very happy with the service provided and will be calling Cal's in the future if I have plumbing issues.

Efficient and honest! Dan came to the house early in the morning gave us an estimate for the work we needed while our house was on the market. I wasn't sure I wanted to have the work completed that day, but after talking it over, decided to have the work done and Dan came back that afternoon and finished the work in less then an hour.

Set an appointment but couldn't keep it and didn't call. When I called I was told they were on there way. I called again 1 1/2 hours after the original appt. And was told they were on the way. If they had just called instead of me having to call, I would have allowed the appt. but since they don't know how to treat clients I cancelled

We had an urgent need on a cold Saturday morning when we awoke to find our front yard flooded due to a leak in our main line. I called Cal’s and Nick answered immediately. He can straight to our home and diagnosed the issue inmediately. He worked diligently to run a temporary line. Nick was excellent. He explained everything, worked hard, and fixed the problem. We were very pleased with the service he provided.

We had a backup in our master bathroom. Cal’s plumbing was very responsive to my inquiry and made our call a priority even though they were fully booked. They serviced us the same day and took care of the backup with professional and friendly service. I definitely recommend Cal’s plumbing.

I chose to give this business three stars just to be neutral. My technician was nice friendly and punctual. The reason for the 3 stars is because out of all the other estimates this estimate I received was priced out it almost $500 when another estimate was only $125.The lower-priced estimate was a licensed contractor. They also came out to my house on a Sunday and did not charge me a emergency fee.Make sure you get at least three estimates when looking for work to be done. Of course always read reviews. I did not use this business

Shower plumbing repair. Someone else installed a shower system and the pipes were moving in the wall. Kenneth came out and saw the problem with the parts used. Shark bite fittings instead of copper. He changed it out and now it’s solid and works like it’s supposed to.

Travis was an outstanding technician and although the problem with the drain was massive, he never gave up! Travis worked from 10:00 a.m. until almost 5:00 p.m to resolve our issues. He was knowledgeable, he kept us informed of his progress as he worked and he was personable and s real gentleman. Highly recommend Cal’s Plumbing. These guys are A+++. Highly professional, knowledgeable/skilled, hard-working, and just good people to work with.I hired Cal’s Plumbing to add a water softener and to replace all of the faucets and toilets in my 25+ year old home in Tucson. My house never had a water softener, and did not have the required water softener “loop” pre-installed. Also, all of the faucets in the house had a significant buildup of mineral deposits, and some of them didn’t work any longer. Also – the toilets in the house were builder-grade low-flow toilets designed 25+ years ago that didn’t work well.When I called Cal’s, they offered to send someone out to my house to scope out the job and provide me with written estimates. A couple of days later, Stephen Rawlins arrived and checked out what work needed to be done. I asked him to give me a multi-phase estimate in which I could have the work done in phases. I did not have the various faucets or toilets yet, plus wanted to stretch out the payments to make the upgrades easier to afford.Stephen spent about an hour inspecting the bathroom fixtures, kitchen plumbing, and figuring out what would be necessary to install a softener loop and softener in my garage. He provided me with estimates allowing me to have the job done (and to pay) in 3 phases, as work was completed. Best of all, Stephen ** EXPLAINED ** in detail everything that needed to be done, the level of difficulty of various parts of the job, and also ** EXPLAINED ** how everything would look and work when completed. In particular, Stephen discussed the various options for water softeners, and suggested several brands / systems I could research on my own to consider. He also recounted different systems that he personally had experience with and suggested I choose the one I considered best for me after researching, and that they would pick it up and charge me whatever Home Depot, Lowe’s etc. would charge. It was clear to me that this is a person who knew what he was doing, was 100% believable, and because of this confidence from speaking with Stephen, I made the decision to get started.Stephen and his colleague James Harris did a phenomenal job. They worked from 8AM to almost 10PM to get the work done by the deadline they said they’d meet on the first phase. Stephen returned to complete additional work on a second day, and I am looking forward to them completing everything once all of the parts / fixtures are in. Bottom line is that everything works PERFECTLY, looks great, and they did a great job cleaning up after they completed each part of the job.I really cannot recommend these guys enough. Many thanks for their work. The office crew at Cal’s is also great about confirming schedules/arrival times, and explaining the invoice after the work is done (thank you to Savannah and Christopher).

We had a leaky stop valve in our master bathroom. When we tried to replace it, we found the previous person to work on it had over tightened some of the nuts, causing us to damage the old valve, but still not being able to install the new valve. Not wanting to damage any of the pipes and end up with a larger plumbing bill on our hands, we called a different company at 5:20 PM on a Saturday. We were told someone would call us back with a quote and an ETA shortly. We still hadn't heard back from that company by 9:30 PM, so we started searching for other companies so we could get our water turned back on. We really liked that Cal's Plumbing is family owned and a local company, so we called. Andrew picked the phone up right away, he was able to give us a quote right away, and said he could be out in about an hour (he had to drive from Oro Valley to Houghton/Golf Links area). He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was able to uninstall our old valve, and gave us some great advice for what to do if other nuts are over tightened in other parts of the house. Within 2 hours of calling, Andrew had our water back on (and most of that time he was driving to us). We will definitely be using Cal's in the future.

I’m new to town and had to pick a plumber solely on reviews and reputation. I’m honestly very impressed with their work. I called for an urgent issue, in which my house was unlivable, so in the meantime I was staying with somebody else until it could be fixed. They originally had me scheduled for Thursday; they pushed it back to Saturday afternoon, saying I'd be on their sooner service list, or whatever, where they could get me in if they had a sooner appointment. Then on Saturday afternoon, an hour into the designated appointment window, they call and push it back again, to Wednesday. Scheduling with this company is simply not feasible.

A very heartening result following an immensely dismaying experienceI feel the need to share how refreshing it is to find and deal with such a customer-focused company as Cal’s Plumbing. After a costly attempt at having another company repair a main waterline leak, and having it turn into merely a “quote” for the work to commence next week (no actual repair service was provided on this service call), I finally connected with Cal’s Plumbing. They quickly responded with a caring, diligent and honest repairman, Dan. He reviewed the problem area, the water service line and the difficult surface under consideration. He advised me to first connect with American Leak Detection (ALD) who could pinpoint the leak location, rather than have him attempt to do so by tearing up the concrete entry to our carport one foot at a time, without being certain he could hit the spot. He informed me of what ALD would charge for the location work—which, coincidently, was about what we paid the first plumbing company to merely provide a quote! I called ALD; they arranged for a morning visit as it was already late in the day since so many hours were lost in having the first company come and merely provide me with a quote.ALD sent a professional first thing in the morning, who found the spot in less than an hour. Then I called Cal’s Plumbing and spoke with Leonard (Dan was off this day), who had already been informed that I would be calling and he came in less than half an hour.Leonard is the consummate professional, quick, respectful, polite and anxious to get the work done. After introductions, he saw the marked spot, went right to his truck for a Jack Hammer, and commenced the work. I checked in and took photos while the work was being done and he never minded my presence. In short order (it was grueling work) he had a 2.5’ x 2’ section of thick concrete cut out neatly, dug down at least 2’ to find the line, identified the crack, cut that section and replaced it with a “Smith Blair repair coupling,” (that’s what’s on the invoice) so that it would be a stronger repair than merely applying the glue originally quoted by the first company. He pressurized the system and tested it and the meter reading. Then he cleaned up the site, removed and hauled away the busted concrete and was completely done while still early in the morning! He then settled with me on the invoice (even crediting back the original service call by Dan since they offer free estimates) and provided me with a Military Discount, something that really helped and is so appreciated. (We had discussed military backgrounds during his work and my attempts to get him to take a break.) The charge was approximately 1/5 of the first company’s quote—and that original quote did not guarantee locating the leak for that price!Leonard was such a thoughtful and honest individual. I can imagine he might come across as rough to some who do not see how direct and committed he is to getting the work done quickly and professionally. It was a pleasure to spend time with such a dedicated individual.I very highly recommend this company, Cal’s Plumbing, and along with the staff I had the pleasure to interact with, Dan and Leonard.

Our company has had the need to utilize Cal's Plumbing on 5 different occasions over the last year to do pressure tests on gas lines that the city requires after service has not been in use for extended periods. Cody did a great job and in an efficient and effective manner. Really knows his stuff and was easy to deal with. I knew up front what I was getting and the install was perfect. Love the new faucet!

They charged me $1300 to install washer outlets on my house. I thought it was kinda expensive but probably because they had a good name and I was getting quality work. After finished I looked at what was done and a supposedly licensed plumber used shark bites to connect to existing plumbing as well as trying to get me to replace perfectly ok existing plumbing. On top of that permits were not pulled and no inspection was done. To say I will not use them again is an understatement I do not recommend you use them either as they are too expensive for the type of shotty work they are doing.Update: Did get in contact with the owner (Danny) about my experience there. He stated that the the reason he used sharkbite (I know you can use them legally in plumbing code) was because cpvc to copper connection and it takes 6 hours for cpvc glue to dry. He can have the plumber come back out and change that if I wanted. Since then I've had another plumber come out and fix it so he no longer needed to do that. Also, the reason he did not pull permits was because it looked like their was work done out of permit. Danny said that he can pull permits if I want to but it would be an additional $300. I told him that I though that would have been included in the price to begin with and that again I have my own plumber doing the work with permits now. I do appreciate the call from the owner but still in all good faith can not change my review. What if I didn't have some knowledge of how a plumber is supposed to do their job? Most people I've met don't and would think that might be exceptable work when it is clearly not.

CALS Plumbing and Jacob repaired a faucet that was leaking for months after a different plumbing attempted to repair months before. They also repair a terrible clog in our sewer system. Jacob worked tirelessly until both problems were repaired. Jacob was polite and professional. I would recommend CALS Plumbing for any large or small job.

We had a bad blocked main line this morning. I called around to get a general idea on the cost of service and wasn’t surprised to hear the astronomical charges. Some places wouldn’t give a ballpark number until they came out. We are so pleased with the quick response and fix by Cal’s Plumbing. Jonathan worked super fast to clear the drain. Nick arrived on time at our home for repairs. I was happy to see him as he had come out 2 weeks earlier to diagnose our problem and to give an estimate. He went right to work and was finished within an hour. He had me go outside to show me the completed job. At that point he showed me another defective pipe with valves. He remarked that those parts were likely to fail at a later date and cause damage. This was not a hard sell, just honest advice. He was even able to offer me a reduced price on the parts. He then did that job as well. All my plumbing needs have been addressed and we have peace of mind. I give a nod to Cal's Plumbing!

Woke up to a flooded bedroom and found out the water heater decided to start leaking. Once Jonathan showed up he took out the old and put in the new. He did an excellent job and I’m glad to have hot water again. I’ve used Carl’s plumbing once before and they have never let me down. Any future plumbing problems I will be calling them again.

Finally! I think I found a good honest plumbing company in Tucson. I had a leak outside and had another company out to take a look. They said I needed to replace the main water line and that it would cost $8,600 PLUS tax! Yikes! I was pretty horrified by that number and called other companies to come out and take a look. Cal's came out the same day and took a look. They agreed, I needed a new line. I talked over the options with them and to replace the line would cost approx. $4,000. Compared to the $8,600 quote I was very happy. But then it got better. The more I talked to them about the issue they discovered that they could relocate the line to the front of the house. The total cost for the job.... $2,000! While that is still a lot of money, after getting the $8,600+ quote I felt like I had won the lottery. They did a great job. The only negative I had was that of the 3 visits I had regarding this job, they sent out a different plumber every time. It would have been nice to deal with the same person but from what I understand that was likely due to a personal/family emergency. Overall, they did great! I'm very excited to have FINALLY found a plumbing company I feel like I can trust. I recommend you give them a shot too!

Have used this company a few times. They provide good service quickly. However, I do believe they are pricy for residential work. digging down a foot to repair a broken irrigation line was over 500 dollars.

Called Cal’s emergency line, spoke with the lovely Carly. She was clear and concise, professional and very reassuring about helping us with our “Old Faithful” water line eruption. She set up a timeframe for us and said the tech would call during that window to give his ETA. Dan C called to let us know he was on the way, and he quickly diagnosed the issue. He made the necessary temporary repairs to give us time for AZ811 to mark utilities and contact COT. Stellar employees and we cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Not only did Cal's Plumbing manage to get someone out the same day to unclog my kitchen sink, but Donovan exceeded my expectations by knowing exactly what needs to be done in the rest of my house. Leonard got my house about 530 am, to fix aa outside water pipe that was spueing water every where. It took about 2 hrs to get everything fixed replace, soldered and back up and running. Billy arrived right on time to unclog a toilet. I had tried myself using dish detergent and hot water but this blockage wasn't going anywhere without professional help. Billy used a rigid closet auger clear the pipe and all was well. He also fixed a part in the tank which was allowing water to leak out.Billy explained every step as he worked and it's obvious he really knows his job.This is my fifth experience with Cal's and and they've all been excellent.

Had to shut my water off because of a bad leak under the kitchen sink. Called around noon and they were able to work me in at 4:30pm. Kenneth did a great job and we had a good discussion about the age of the home and other plumbing issues that will probably arise. I’m a realist so I appreciated that information. Cal's Plumbing replaced the entire gas service line in my older house. The technicians, Dan Caisse and Joe Osborne, were on time and finished the job in one day. They were very helpful, answered all my questions, and found ways to do the work most efficiently. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area and told me what needed to be done to have the gas service restored. I'm happy with the work that they did.

Leonard, my service tech, was on time, clean, very pleasant, and ready to go. He tried a variety of techniques to solve my toilet blockage problem but only a temporary (at best) solution was the end product. After a full morning and considerable $$ , he had done his best. Billing was by each 'type' of job regardless of work and time involved. Most seemed reasonable except the installation of an out side clean out. The part could not have cost $50 and total time involved in that task was under 30 minutes. The cost of that was excessive but some jobs probably work in your favor while others may not.In the end Leonard did try to save me money where he could. This was my first time using Cal's. I chose them do to the quality of their website, the proximity of their office to my home, and the on task nature of their dispatcher. I am sure that I will try them again somewhere down the way.

We had a big emergency after I accidentally broke a buried pvc supply line and had to turn the house water off until it could be fixed.Cal’s Plumbing is open until 7pm so I was able to reach the receptionist, who was very nice, and got us on the schedule for the next day and said someone would call in the morning with a more exact time.First thing next morning I got a call (which went to voicemail) and a text and an email to tell me Ryan was on his way. This included Ryan’s picture and a bunch of glowing customer reviews.Ryan showed up on time and was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the situation, wrote up an estimate, and got right to work. He had everything on the truck that was needed to fix the problem. Even though it was raining, Ryan got the work done quickly and did a beautiful job reconnecting the broken pipe to a new copper hose bib pipe.I will call Cal’s Plumbing first from now on. Hired Cal's Plumbing after ongoing issues with my tankless water heater. Another company came out three separate times and was unable to accurately diagnose the problem despite charging me $240. Donovan from Cal's came out and within 30 minutes had contacted the manufacturer, diagnosed the problem and located the replacement part. He wore a mask and shoe covers, which was awesome to see and is one little sign that he cares. After diagnosing the original problem, he recommended several other actions to ensure my water heater plumbing and wiring were up to code. The level of service provided by Donovan and Cal's plumbing has ensured I pick them first next time. OH! I almost forgot, I also had to move my original appt. and found Cal's to be extremely accommodating.

There is a reason Cal’s plumbing has such high ratings. They EARNED It!!! I have rental house in Vail, Az. (Suburb of Tucson). Renters found leak at faucet, I called a few plumbers. One does AC in area, not plumbing, one did not answer and the third was Cal’s. They answered the phone, Mary was super courteous, listened and scheduled service for the next day. (This was not an emergency). They email you and give you two hour window so you are not waiting all day!! Johnathan H. called me after assessing issue. Explained issue and offered resolution. He had multiple faucet options on hand in truck, which made it possible to resolve issue immediately. He texted me pictures of options and then after selecting, installed. My renters had same day resolution of leak and didn’t need to deal with it going into weekend. I’m so grateful for Cal’s plumbing service, professionalism, and Johnathan H’s plumbing skills. I highly recommend them, and you will notice I am not alone in the reviews.

Cal's and the service technician did an outstanding job installing two ADA very low water use wall-mounted toilets last week and returned today to install a toilet seat bidet. I called Cal's Plumbing for a second opinion/estimate. Tyler was very honest and transparent with information and the cost. Additionally, he was able to flush our water heater when the first company said the water heater couldn't be flushed due to too much sediment. He provided several itemized estimates for us to review so that we could make the best choice. He didn't try to oversell anything...just provided straightforward and honest information. I just had a whole house re-pipe done by Jake O'Hara, Paul Brown and Randall. These guys ROCK! They did an exceptional job...kept in constant contact about arrival time (and were on time every day), asked my opinion on several items before proceeding, showed me the work they completed at the end of each day, cleaned up the work area, protected my floors, furniture and belongings and were friendly and professional. These guys take a lot of pride in doing a good job and it shows in the work that they do. They checked and re-checked their work before moving on to the next phase and before leaving each day. They were very conscientious about making sure that I was prepared for the water being shut off to complete their work. Every day Jake shared with me the goals he had set for work completion. They even tolerated my obnoxious dog barking at them for five days. This was the second time I've had Cal's do work at my house. They previously had run a gas line to my new gas stove. I would highly recommend using Cal's Plumbing.

Came out after got a quote for my septic repair for 4000.00 by rooter king. Tech very knowledgeable and diagnosed problem in 30 min. Did not charge diagnosis fee. Came back two days later and fixed my problem. 900.00 not 4000.00! Customer for life!

Fantastic job second time here had to dig for new water line from alley to house. Very very satisfied so far. Hard workers. We were told if we waited until the 19th of June the same tech would come and finish our complete repiping job. A different tech was sent if we had known this we would not have waited over a week for the job to be completed?? We were told the outside work was completed it was not, tech today 6/19/2023 had to spend time finishing it?? More holes had to be cut in walls and company that works with Cal’s plumping has already come out to price repair work for our insurance company. Wondering who will repair these new areas?? Still no answer on getting our security door fixed from helper dropping old water heater while taking out front door causing a hole to be punched in our security door! Our plumbing is complete, our job was completed by Brian, explained things, a very very hard worker, thank you so much Brian,Travis was here very quickly and immediately stopped the leak under our kitchen cabinet, told us some one would be calling us to let us know what time someone will be here tomorrow July6th to find leak in back yard where all new piping was just installed. Cal's Plumbing saved the day. We had a toilet leaking from the base. Called and they were here within 15 minutes! They not only cleaned up the disgusting mess from the leak, they removed the toilet, fixed the problem, and put it all back together within less than a half hour and left the bathroom spotless! An outside hose bib needed to be replaced. It was a challenge because the outside wall had been sheathed with paneling on top of the original. This made the job more involved, but Ryan did a great job, and it was quick. I barely noticed the main line being turned off, because he was so efficient. I recommend this company. They also get back to you when you call, unlike some other companies in Tucson . . .

Tyler was a true professional. Introduced his self and got right to it. He found a loose pc of pvc by the meter and I don’t remember paying anyone to do that. Tyler said they didn’t even glue it. We were serviced by a plumber named Andy who was very kind and thorough. He did great work replacing our waterline outside the house. He installed new valves on the waterline, a hose connection, and insulation where it comes out from the ground. We were given a great price for the service that was fair. Highly recommend this company for responsive, quality service.

DAN IS THE MAN!! I would recommend Cal's to anyone, his profile is spot on. Having plumbing issues (and I've had some bad one's) is never fun and most people are not in the best of moods but it makes a huge difference to have someone there that's knowledgeable and able to fix the problem the first time around. I've used cheaper plumber's in the past and trust me, it's more costly in the long run....this is from a woman that had to dig a 4.5 ft deep ditch about 25 ft long to reach a broken sewer pipe! By the time I was done with that I didn't have much of a sense of humor, but Dan made the necessary repairs and got me to laugh! Best experience with a plumber ever. Our project involved 1 tankless water heater, 1 central pressure valve, 5 toilets, 6 sinks, 1 tub, 1 shower. The team finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Very conscientious, high attention to details, excellent final result.

Excellent work and communication. We relocated from Jackson Hoe and purchased an upscale home in Tucson. It is somewhat of a fixer - generally we knew what we were getting into, but did not know much about local contractors reputations. Met with several plumbing companies and chose Cal's based on the interaction with Leonard. Price was not the lowest , but reasonable. We have additional plumbing work to have done and am going to definitely use Cal's again. Leonard is superb.

Called the main office around 11:45 am to let them know that my main line was clogged up. I knew this as my water from the tub was backing up and confirmed it with the neighbor. The dispatcher said it was going to be $79. I let her know that I have roots in the line and to make sure I bring a cutter to go through the roots, she reassured me that the the tech has everything needed for the job.Dispatcher said that the Tech had 2 other jobs and would get to my house as soon as he can! I let her know that I would be in the house all day.Tech gets to my house around 1:30 pm to do the job. Pressures me into getting another service that wasn't needed and indicated that if I didn't get the additional service, there was nothing he could do? The upcharge was an additional $260! Keep in mind most plumbers are now closed on the weekends for something that is NEEDED!Needless to say I will NEVER use them again!!!! They take advantage of the current situation that is still going on... Stay far away!! Only reason I used them is because my normal plumbing company I use is closed on the weekend! Next time I may just rent a machine and let my neighbor help me out!

As always, Cal's Plumbing is professional, friendly, on time / early, up front about what repairs you do or don't need; they always provide a detailed estimate of all work. I've tried a number of plumbers and they are by far the best.

On May 10, 2019, Cal's Plumbing provided an estimate to add a 1 isolation valve into the main water service line outside our house and we established an appointment for May 21, 2019 between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. Dan and his assistant (the boss' son/grandson) arrived on-time and were business-like in appearance but very courteous as they went right to work. They explained what they were doing and answered my questions as I observed the work. After completion of the job and turning the water back on, they performed a system test to bleed the air out of the lines inside the house. I was very pleased with my entire experience with Cal's Plumbing and will certainly call them again for my plumbing needs and recommend them to my friends and neighbors. The final invoice was exactly what they had originally estimated.

Cal's plumbing did a great job at a very reasonalble price. Len, the plumber who did the work, is a highly experienced plumber. I recommend Cal's very highly.

While the water softener leak was not repaired (it's tough to find parts for this old unit), the technician was polite, professional, and did all he could to diagnose the problem (I'll keep working on it myself, if I find the parts). He had a mask on the whole time.The company is super-communicative, with text and e-mail confirmations of appointment times. I'll call them again.

We had Leonard come to our house to provide an estimate for the cost to install a walk in tub. He arrived when we expected and was very friendly and professional. He explained the process to us and was able to give us an estimate before leaving. We decided to accept their proposal and we were able to schedule the project for the following week. He did a great job and again was very friendly. We were very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Wow. Very impressive! Mine was a “gas water heater leak”. SW Gas said I had an exhaust issue. Ryan quickly determined that the roof vent was blocked; this goes back to roof repair not completed correctly. Ryan fixed it in less than 10 minutes and threw in some extra taping support. No charge!! Another Oro Valley firm was already pricing a new water heater for me because they were sure it was a leaking control valve. Wow! Cal’s and Ryan are A++!

We have a gas water heater in our home. We were away and a relative was staying at our home. She. could not get the pilot light to ignite. We asked that the company call us so that we could pay for the service which the woman on the phone agreed to. Instead the plumber explained that he had to travel from the other side of Tucson and told my sister the charge. She paid the charge and we were not happy!

Jonathan installed a gas line for outdoor bbq and water lines in my laundry room for a sink. He did a great job and left everything clean. The appointment had to be reschedule due to parts not in, but other than that, it was a smooth install.

Our plumber, Cal provided excellent information regarding the repair of our soft water system and he scoped our drain for a possible sewer drain backup. In addition, he referred an excellent restoration company for the water damage in our home.

The repair was done efficiently and with the correct type of pipe and fitting. The “other” plumber took a less expensive shortcut that costed us dearly. We will definitely use Cal‘s plumbing service again!

Ryan was very thorough, and very honest. He fixed a leak under the kitchen sink just by reattaching something that came loose, at no charge. He gave clear prices for other work, and answered questions about other estimates for possible future jobs. Cal's isn't cheap, but quality service never is.

Plumber came to my house to look at water heater wasn’t functioning . Then said I needed a replacement. I said it was under warranty. They said they’ll call the warranty company tomorrow. They never did and I called them to find that the person who helped me forgot about me. This made me very ashamed to think that I could rely on a local service that is high rated. I contacted another plumber to find that the tank for my water heater was dented. The plumber who worked at cals plumbing neglected to tell me this as well putting my life in danger.

I am very happy with the work completed by Cal's Plumbing. We replaced our old water heater with a tankless gas water heater. Leonard was my installer and he was so kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, was professional and timely. We loved the service.I gave 4 stars because the customer service phoneline was less than optimal. I would call with either questions regarding my service, or to set up my appointment and I was not greeted warmly by the woman on the other line, but with an annoyed tone and she was not helpful with my questions. I almost did not choose Cal's Plumbing because I at first thought their customer service was terrible because of this.... however Leonard our installer was quite the opposite and was the reason why I stayed with them

We called Cal's plumbing when we heard running water. They were professional, timely, and overall AMAZING! Ryan came to our house and got right to work. He communicated with us throughout the entire process. He was professional and courteous. We will definitely use this company again.

I had a lift station pump that went out. Cal's sent somebody out on the same day I called, which was very much appreciated. Leonard, the plumber who came to my house was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Within 3 hrs. he had us up and running again by correcting some of the faults that a prior plumber had committed. This was our first experience with Cal's, but we will definitely use them again. In fact, we signed up for their annual whole house plumbing inspection program.

We have been using Cal's for 10 years or so and they are one of the best businesses that we interact with in all of Tucson. Their customer service should be the model for other services and trades. They are prompt, friendly, clear, and thorough. When we use them for rental properties, they will coordinate with the tenants. He was efficient, knowledgable, and took extra time to make sure I understand how the sprayer worked and how I could clean it and modify the length of the sprayer on my own if I wanted to after he completed the job. I hope he will do more work for me at the house as the need arises.3/2/23: Tyler and his assistant came back today to install a new faucet on our kitchen sink. He was quick and efficient and knew what he was doing. I will always ask for him when I have more jobs at Cal’s.Tyler Manley from Cal's Plumbing came today to check out various issues. He repaired a problem with the toilet and cleared out debris and hair from our shower drain. He inspected our kitchen faucet for possible dripping but we decided to wait and see if that continues and possibly replace the faucet unit in the future. Tyler was extremely competent, quick, and knowledgeable and very personable. The next time I need help from Cal's Plumbing (which has always done a good job for me) I will ask that he come out as our technician. He is really an asset to that company!Update 12-1-21. Ken Klecker from Cal's Plumbing performed two jobs for us during the last 10 days. He installed fixtures in our newly built shower, and he replaced two popup drains in the bathroom sinks. We will also have him install a new hot water heater in the next few weeks. We are delighted with the work Ken has done. He is a very meticulous and careful worker paying attention to details which are important, and he will go the extra mile. For example, when he saw the screws that came with the fixtures for the shower, he told us that we would be better off not using them because with time they would rust but instead we should get stainless steel screws and fittings. Because I was still unsure what kind to get Ken himself got the screws at the hardware store for us before he started the job. He didn't even charge us for them. It would have been so easy for him to simply use the screws we provided but he was too conscientious to do that.What we also like about Ken is that even though we are paying not by the hour but by the job, he takes his time to make sure everything is just right. He does not rush through the job to get done as soon as he can. He is also open and honest and we feel we can rely on him for good advice.In July 2021 Donovan from Cal's Plumbimg came to diagnose a problem with our drain and pipes. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a good communicator. He worked efficiently and was very careful to keep the area clean and not to track any mud or dirt in the house. He will be doing additional services for us, and I do recommend him.update: sept. 7, 2021. We had to wait for monsoon rains to stop for this work. Donovan was able to repair badly installed piping which previously did not allow repair of an obstruction by drilling through shower floor, reconfiguring water lines underground and cutting through outside wall to create a cleanout for any future problems. He was the best plumber my husband and I ever used. I cannot recommend him too highly.update june 5, 2023Jack came to do a inspection of my plumbing and also to flush the hot water heater. While doing so he noticed that our water pressure was dangerously high do to a bad regulator. He replaced that too. We had Billy A. come out to our home to help with an old leaking sink. He was able to find the sink was leaking from the factory seal and could not be repaired. Billy showed us a few options and we picked the suggested Moen set up. He ordered the parts for us and returned once the items had come in.The install went great and Billy did an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself and was pleasant to talk while he worked in my home.I would highly recommend Cal's Plumbing and Billy for any plumbing issues.

Ryan did a great job. Had to work on the clog from both under the sink as well as t through he vent stack. The clog was pretty far down the vent stack, but he got it all sorted out. There's may be cheaper options out there, but Ryan from Cal's was professional, friendly and got the job done.

Explaining I needed someone ASAP as the main water was shut off in the home Andrew arrived quickly after calling Cal's Plumbing . Turn's out the water leak was a main line to the water heater and the leak was coming from the attic inside the house. Andrew efficiently checked the attic crawlspace and determined a hole in the living room roof would need to be made for access, he explained what needed to be done and covered the area so it would not get dirty. He worked efficiently and let me know what step's were needed to complete the job answered the question's I had and got the repair done in a timely manner. Matthew, our assigned plumber, came out to our house, looked at the work that had to be done, gave us an estimate, which we thought was a little high but, we went ahead and gave our ok for him to commence work. He informed us when he was going to be making some noise, and after he was through I asked him to show me what he did. He explained everything that he did. Very professional. I even asked him about a soft water kit for the future. He provided me with the information along with an estimate.

Leonard was so helpful! He came for an estimate and it turns out my issue was not plumping but instead my AC. He explained so much of what he knew about my issue and called the appropriate people himself. He helped me temporarily stop the the AC leakage into my floors also. So nice and professional.

We had a major leak in our main water line to the house at 4:45 PM on Friday, June 17. I called Cal's Plumbing, expecting a possible service days later, but since it was an emergency, Ryan came over immediately. The hope was to complete the repair then, but the water line was so badly corroded that it needed complete replacement, requiring another visit to the house. They normally don't work on weekends, but since it was an emergency, arranged to come over the next day (Saturday) to complete the job so that we could have water service to the house. We were extremely grateful!

I sadly came home to a house full of water, but Billy was very comforting and helpful with my situation! Due to it being the weekend he came in a timely manner and made sure to stay in touch with me until he could arrive. He also made all the necessary calls for me to help get my problem resolved and my house dried out. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a helping hand!

The hot water heater sprung a leak last night. The guy came today and spent most of the day working on replacing the old heater. The closet was VERY tight and getting the old one out was a pain. He did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I would call these guys again!

Nick S. from Cal's Plumbing came out to install an isolation valve and pressure reducing valve and to replace a shut off valve. I received a call to let me know he was on the way and Nick S. arrive very shortly after. I was familiar with the problem and what needed to be done, however, Nick S. wanted me to thoroughly understand what he was going to do. He took the time to explain everything, why he was doing it, and why it was needed. An estimate was given and the work was completed. When done, Nick showed me what was done and how to use the shut off valve. He asked if I had any questions. I told him I was completely satisfied. Plumbing issues can be a drag for everyone; however, it is nice to know that when a plumber is needed, I can depend on Cal's Plumbing with plumber's that are competent, skilled, professional, and a pleasure to work with. From front desk to serviceman this is a great company. Rapid response to my call, diagnostic performed confirming no current gas leak at fireplace. When the storm blew off my roof, July 28th, 2023, , it took out my rooftop gas pipe. My sons quickly turned off the gas at the meter. I called Cal's Plumbing because they have credentialed gas plumbers. Matt came and worked with a partner for two days in the heat on the roof. He went through all necessary procedures and finally signed off that it was safe. After a long wait, I had hot water and could shower and dry clothes. Still much repair to be done, but my gas line is fine. Matt was knowledgeable, professional, competent, thorough, and diligent. Matt made an incredible difference for me. Al Coronado came out the day before Cal's came out and the estimate they gave me was ridiculous. So I called Cal's as soon as they left and they were able to fit me in the next day, gave me an honest price, and Jonathan was just awesome. Use Cal's! And stay away from Al Coronado.

Ken came out and reviewed our dilemma that we needed to replace about 23-25 feet of an underground gas line to our backyard BBQ that had corroded and was leaking. He pointed out that the existing pipe was not up to code and Cal's would highly recommend replacing the entire line. We received detail quote but have not yet accepted it. Ken demonstrated to be a true professional.

We did not get the faucet repaired, only because of it's age and parts not available, He suggested looking for a new set. Which we will do and of course call him back to install it. VERY PLEASED

I wish I knew the names of the two servicemen who replaced our hot water heater. I was not here and my husband didn't get their names. But, they were professional, timely, and did an excellent job. They left the warranty with the unit. Only thing I haven't yet received is our receipt, which I hope will be coming any time via email.

Fortunately, the leak that was identified a few days ago was not coming from the hot water heater. It came from a pipe junction above the heater and was dripping onto the heater and then onto the floor. The repair involved was relatively simple with a shut off of the water briefly and replacement of the valve. We were able to discuss the status of the piping in general of this house and general preventative maintenance. I showed him the work that had been done by one of his colleagues previously installing a hot water control device at the far end of the house which continues to work perfectly. We work together to do a cleanup that would meet the standards of my wife's inspection. I feel confident that should any further problems arise there will be appropriate follow-up.

The only reason this is not a 1 star is because of the technician Paul. He did a great job and I was happy with his services. This comes down to what Cal's charged for replacing a 12 section of 1 1/2 steal pipe under my sink. They were on site give or take two hours and I was charged $1069. That is outrageous any way you cut it. If I was not in a bind I would have told them to leave my property. Let me say again the work was great and my only issue is the pricing. It works out to something insane $400 per hour and crazy mark up on a little section of pipe. Good for all you folks who seem to have zero issue with getting taken to the cleaners. Shame on you for charging people so much money for very basic repairs.

I had a great experience with Cal's! I needed to get a water-softening system installed because the hard water in Tucson really takes a toll on water taps and such (shower and sink cartridges have to be replaced because of chemical buildup); I also needed the p-traps below a couple of sinks to be changed out because, after the previous owners spent 7 years in the house, a foul odor wafted up from the drains. The plumber who was sent to our house was friendly, hard-working, and good about showing me how things work, what sorts of maintenance I'll need to perform over time, and so forth. The warranty on the water softener seems fair. We had already had a good experience with Cal's--they came to replace an aged toilet several months back--so we'll be using them from now on for any plumbing needs we have. Great job, Cal's!

I used Cal’s Plumbing to install a new garbage disposal…and to remove the old one. The plumber was here for 1 hour and did a great job. And I was charged $323! No other parts were supplied and I supplied the new disposal. How’s that for a 1 hour labor charge? Never again will I use this company.

Cals Plumbing was great. First of all, after calling at 8:15 am, we were able to get a same day appointment for repair. Ryan arrived about 4 hours later and determined the location of the water leak in an interior wall. He gave us an estimate to open up the wall, opened it, and found the leaking copper pipe weld/joint. After giving us an estimate for the repair, Ryan than repaired the leaking area with a new welded fitting, and tested the repair to make sure the leak was gone. Ryan provided great service and the price was fair. Thank you Cals Plumbing.

I called Cal's Plumbing on a Saturday evening, after hours. Within an hour Billy arrived and replaced the necessary parts for a leak under a bathroom faucet. He was efficient, courteous and the cost of the repair was reasonable given the time of the call. I can highly recommend Cal's plumbing and plan to have them replace the same thing under another sink in the same bathroom, before that one also breaks.

I called Cal's and spoke with a wonderful woman who told me that Joe Osborne would be coming out to help us. Joe was outstanding and went above and beyond. Literally on his hands and knees outside digging because we thought the leak was outside. It wasn't... but Joe was pleasant and kind and after going through the house. He put booties on over his shoes and was good about checking out the plumbing and providing the estimate (which was the onlly thing I did not like). Jonathan was straight up with me about what I needed and even told me what I could do on my own to save money if they had to come back out for the bigger job. He was super friendly, professional, and took care of things for a tiny fraction of the estimate. I'll be a customer for life.

I had two plumbing companies out to work on a very odd drain issue. I got the idea the first company was not working very hard at getting to the next step which was doubling and tripling the bill. Cal’s was out, gave me worst case scenario and then got to work. Dan and Drew were very professional and didn’t push anything as far as services or products. They just gave me the facts and their opinions about how to go about it and ended up correcting the problem fairly soon. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

We've used Cal's for decades. This particular visit was a review of our household plumbing status rather than an actual repair visit (although Jake tightened a few things for me). He was very professional and explained everything carefully. I recommend just such a visit for older homes especially!

Cals plumbing came in the clutch when our family really needed them... on New Years Eve, with extended family in town. Billy was amazing! Having a couple of rentals plus my own home, I've had occasion to deal with a variety of plumbing companies in the past...not always with satisfactory results. I did have a prominent company give me an estimate to install a pressure regulator on my water line. I suspected I was being oversold on this estimate, because not only did they want to put on a very expensive regulator, but wanted me to install an expansion tank when there was no need. I then contacted Cal's, which had just finished a repiping on a rental house with good results. Jonathan came out the next day and installed a 3/4 in line pressure regulator, instead of the very expensive 2 inch one that the other company was going to install. Needless to say, I saved $500 and didn't buy any unnecessary items, such as water conditioners pushed by the other company. From now on, I'm sticking with Cal's, since they have proven to me to be competent, honest, and they have fair prices.

Replaced leaky bathroom faucet. They do a great job! I've used them for years on jobs large and small. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for (premium, knowledgeable service).

Billy is awesome. We have used him for years, and followed him to Cal's Plumbing. As usual, he was very direct, honest and clear about the problem and how to solve it. It was a complicated leak requiring emergency blue-staking, a mini-excavator, and a lot of rocks, but he was ultimately successful. We are very grateful!

After viewing the scope of the project we were advised that it was not economically feasible to go ahead with the project. All I can is we now have a plumber who we will call on for any future needs.There was a problem with the igniter on the water heater and Billy was able to see the problem immediately and was able to get the replacement part for $4.00 plus tax. Honest and capable, can you ask for anything more?

Dan and an assistant came in to our new home and changed all of our old valves as well as put in a new toilet. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. My condo neighbors were pleased that the water was turned back on so quickly to the building.

I met with Jonathan briefly after he arrived but had to leave for work. My 89 year old mom was here while the work began and ended. When I returned from work I inspected Jonathan's work (sink repair) and was very pleased with the results. Mom told me she tried to give him a tip but he respectfully turned it down. He's a good guy and I'm happy with his work.

Had a broken pipe and Jon came right over fixed it and assisted in getting a restoration company to come check the damage I had. The price was lower than I expected it to be. Very professional. Very quick response From Cal's Plumbing when my water main was accidentally pierced during a dig. Leonard was professional, competent, very neat, and he carefully explained all the work he performed and all the parts he used. The repair was done in two steps: a temporary fix right away because the right-sized parts were not stocked on the truck, and then a permanent repair the next morning when all the parts and equipment were available. My only complaint is that the parts weren't there on the first visit--my waterline was 1 1/4 instead of the apparently more typical 1 diameter. Though I had to pay two service charges as a result, the quality and timeliness of Leonard's work couldn't be better.

Great service. Easy to reach by phone, appointment made conveniently. Ken showed up right on time, explained in advance what the cost would be to repair the outside hose bib, did it, showed me some details about the situation and his solution, and on the same day left an estimate for other work that I was asking about. I highly recommend this company.

Came within five hours of calling, very friendly and knowledgeable. Came to fix a leaking shower head that wouldn’t turn off, and was able to do so in less than 15 minutes. Took off one star because it was about double the price I was expecting and I was not quoted until the shower was fixed.

I would highly recommend Cal's Plumbing technicians. They came on schedule and even reconfigured the plumbing to move the disposal to the other side of the sink. They coordinated the water shut-off with other contractors working at my house and cleaned up when they were done. They even closed the door to my office when they had to make noise.

Nick came out on very short notice on a Saturday for a plumbing emergency and did a phenomenal job! Cal's didn't charge fees for the estimate and didn't charge after hours fees some other plumbers were and the price for the job was reasonable! Nick was able to fix the pipe and get our water running again within a few hours! He was super nice and extremely professional. We will definitely use Cal's plumbing and Nick again for future work!

Cal/s Plumbing was highly recommended to me by a friend. I have used this company several times and have been very pleased overall. The most recent was for my water heater. The service scheduler made several errors and also did not order the necessary part-- which caused me a lot of frustration and a delay in getting the actual repair work done. HOWEVER, the plumber, Ken, was professional and efficient. He made sure he got the job completed once I made him aware of the difficulties I encountered with the service scheduler. Also, I spoke to the owner, Bobby, about the difficulties and frustrations I encountered due to the service dept. scheduler. I was very impressed and pleased with how the owner listened, apologized, and did his best to rectify the problems I had encountered. This is a family owned and family run business--they take pride in their work and in their reputation. The plumbers sent by Cal's Plumbing for my repairs have been excellent.
