Owning a Real-estate Redevelopment company here in Tucson it is very difficult to find an affordable, honest, and readily available plumbing company in town.
After having not one or two but THREE quotes that where all outrageous and didn't really substantiate or elaborate on the exact job that they would do and why. I was recommended by a few colleagues to Code blue.

The technician that came to the house did a great job, wrote up a report with pictures (we're out of town so couldn't be there to meet with him). My water heater broke down last night and I couldn't get anyone to return my calls to repair it. Very early this morning I later referred to Code Blue by an HVAC person I know, and after I called at 7:30 a.m. to make an emergency appointment, Code Blue promised to shuffle their schedule to accommodate us, saying someone would be at our house between 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Thankfully, a worker named Alex arrived at 9 a.m. and by noon he had installed a brand new water heater to replace our 7 year-old one that had aged quickly. Alex installed it for us and was a pleasure to have on the job. He was very professional and did his work efficiently and thoroughly. I've got Code Blue in my contacts now in case I or anyone I know needs similar work done in their homes. High recommended.

The plumbers were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable; they explained the issues, what they needed to do and presented a clear, comprehensive and intelligent breakdown of cost. The church was built 45 years ago which presented some challenges with installing an updated drinking fountain. They were able to figure out a solution that was cost effective and ensured a quality install. They cleaned up after themselves and the install looks great!

I then called Code Blue under the recommendation of my manager who has used them in the past for the business. From the moment I spoke with Marilyn and the time she sent over a very nice and qualified gentleman by the name of Johell Gonzalez we knew we had made the right decision by contacting Code Blue. Johell did a fantastic job with the installation and left our kitchen the way it was before he came.

Had a leaky toilet at my place. Relatively simple issue, but plumbing is one thing I don't like to mess with. Living in a condo complex, I don't want to risk water damage to others' homes as well as my own, and the building itself is old enough that there's only a single shutoff valve--meaning if I mess things up it could affect 7 other residences. I prefer the peace of mind of letting a professional handle this sort of thing.

I've used Code Blue before (previous residence) and was pleased with their service, so I called them again. Even though it wasn't an emergency situation, they had someone out not only same day, but several hours earlier than initially scheduled. The plumber they sent, Alex Fernandez, was able to quickly identify and fix the problem, and was happy to answer a few questions I had about plumbing matters in general.

I also think it worth mentioning that in both of my experiences with Code Blue so far, I've found their pricing to be very reasonable. Other plumbing companies I've dealt with in the more distant past have always seemed to charge exorbitant prices, but both times now I've been pleased with what I've ended up paying Code Blue. I will continue to use Code Blue in the future, and would unreservedly recommend them to others.

I called Code Blue Plumbing after getting a recommendation from a friend. I was so distressed about a competitor's quote (after about 30 seconds of looking at my problem) requiring me to re-plumb my bathtub because we couldn't get the cartridges out. I called and spoke to a lovely person who listened to me and sent Mike out to rescue me. Mike and Dillon arrived the same day, on time, and fully assessed the problem. Mike was compassionate to my plight and went on a mission to make things right for me. Mike proceeded to work tirelessly to fix the tub amid a few frustrating challenges! He finished the work and the final cost was 25% of the competitor's estimate. I am SO impressed. Everyone was wonderful to me and the quality of the work is without comparison. I contacted Code Blue on Monday morning about a leak inside the slump block brick of my house. Alex arrived about 12:30! The job was completed at about 5:00. He was knowledgable and professional. Answer all my many questions. Completely cleaned up worksite when done. I could not be happier with the work that was done and at what seems like a fair price.

I have other plumbing work to be done both inside and outside. Outside I have an estimate from them, which I will probably accept but do need to get one more, on replacement of the water line from the meter to the house. I will have them do some inside plumbing I have been wanting to get done. And, I will request Alex do the work.

Mike has been here many times. He installed our new water heater, a kitchen faucet, 2 toilets, and repaired our shower. Most recently he came out and dug up my old poly drip irrigation line in my front yard and replaced it with a new pvc one. I cannot say enough good things about Code Blue. Called them with plumbing in master bath backing up. Another company failed to show up on a Friday when scheduled. Called Code Blue on that Friday. They came out that afternoon. The technician was professional, respectful and worked hard to resolve the problem. After 3 hours of snaking and trying to see/locate the problem with a camera and locator; he had to reschedule us for Monday. A big part of this home just purchased was that there were two separate lines running out to the sewer and both clean outs were buried under ground. The searched and eventually found them nearly a foot underground and one of the covers was left off and soil and rocks eventually blocked it. They spent several more hours here on Monday and resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction and at a cost that equally impressed us. We’ve worked with many professional service companies in our life and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with the professionalism and quality of their technicians, supervisors and office staff. We will only work with Code Blue for all of our plumbing needs and do yourself a big favor and do the same!

water leak continued

4 mos ago i wrote a raving review of the amazing job that these folks did on re-plumbing my ENTIRE home...on time and on budget....

so this morning as i am leaving to go on vacation, i find a leak under my sink! i am leaving in 4 hrs! i called them and they were there in 20 mins!! fixed the leak and cleaned up the mess!!... none of it had anything to do w/ their prior work! they are amazing...spectacular.....this was all at 7am!!

john, i would really like to take you and your staff out for cocktails when i get back!!...Kim, Steve, Jose, Hector, and lord knows who else yet you and your team are simply amazing..its such a pleasure to have the knowledge that they will be there and take care of us on short notice if necessary..they have proven themselves!! well done every one and i am very serious about a happy hour when i come back.!

where do i start! groupon..a groupon for a hot-water heater flush...arrived on time...did the job and we had an intelligent discussion regarding replacement..pros and cons!..it was replaced....

they followed up to flush it a year later as they promised....!!...i then get a call from the local water company. i have used 100,000 gallons (normal is 3000) ....called code blue...they came out..assessed the issue, broken pipe between street and home...fixed it on time and on budget.......now this last trip..i just called them to re pipe the entire house. BTW, called 2 other companies and they didn't show up!...
these folks showed up at 6 am..worked til 7 pm...3 days in a row....holes, sheet rock, plastic covering everything, and what mess....whew..done...

now what do i do with this mess at my home?? they recommended Anthony atMaximilian construction to fix all the holes etc..He came in from 2 pm til 2 am, two days over the weekend!!...done!!..

this is not an easy thing to accomplish yet john, Steve, Kim , Jose, Victor and Anthony absolutely rocked...!!..spectacular....on time and on budget....there were no surprises....!!

i then called familiar cleaning...Lourdes and her mom, came ,...cleaned all the dust thru the entire house in one afternoon....this team ( all 3 businesses) are amazing...

should you have any questions or doubt..Don't !...JUST DO IT...........i no longer have any stress about leaks happening when i am not there..also i have complete confidence if i needed them at 2 am, they will be there....!!....

purchasing a home can be exhilarating and a torment on the soul, all at once. after months of stress and hardship, my family and I were able to finally achieve what many have tried during the pandemic. it was hard, but it happened. Now in the midst of building the house that will become our home, the trials of doing so begun. it was small at first, but when Alex, a technician with Code Blue, came by to see our issue, he was attentive, knowledgeable of his trade and concerned for us. we will be using code blue from now on.

Response time was great. Jobe was very professional and got right to work to fix our problem.

I called after my tub and toilet stopped draining. Code Blue sent Manny the next day. Manny was professional and responsive to all my questions. He was able to identify a problem and worked diligently at removing debris. When the problem came back a few days later, Code Blue again came the next day after calling. Manny again sent a camera into the pipes, identified another problem that was not able to be seen before. He had to dig to complete this repair and was professional and respectful through the whole process. Code Blue didn't charge me for this repair and just included it with the previous repair. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work, professionalism, and responsiveness.

Try to work for these guys they are a rip-off they lie and their deceitful no matter what they say their staff is anything but plumbers I've been plumbing for over 20 years of my life and licensed in four different states and I've never been treated so poorly in my life they ripped me off on my last paycheck by thousands of dollars I made them tens of thousands of dollars and just the two weeks I work for them and they paid me $800 for it I do not like the company and do not recommend them for anybody

I have known Tim for over 15 years. I know I can always call him with any problems or questions I may have regarding plumbing. He has been the only plumber I deal with no matter what company he is with. Always explains what needs to be done. Never leaves a job half done and is very sure that what has been done is done correctly. Would never call anyone else and have recommended him and the company he is with to whomever I know that need reliable, trustworthy plumber.

Second time doing business with Code Blue and not only do they do great work at a fair price, but they are friendly and on time.

Our new dishwasher was set to be installed, but the installer couldn't get the valve to open on the water supply. He told us we needed a plumber to work on it, as he wasn't comfortable trying to force it. I needed this done ASAP, so the dishwasher could be installed the next day. I sent a photo to the office, and after a brief conversation with the scheduler, I had service scheduled in jus 3.5 hours!

Alex was our plumber, and he was able to open the valve, but the age of hte valve meant we'd run into this problem again. He gave us the option of leaving it as is (and with the price of the service call), or to replace the valves. I appreciated that he gave us the options, when it easily could have been an upsell situation. We went with replacing the valves and the work was done quickly and professionally. Alex was very helpful answering other questions about other future plumbing projects. I would call Code Blue again for plumbing needs, either planned upgrades or on an emergency situation.

Called Code Blue for a loose toilet. They were able to get someone out the same day. They arived at the time specified. Jose and his helper were both professional and respectful. Had all needed parts available with them to complete the job. Worked efficiently and the repair was done in a timely manner. Very reasonable price compared to other plumbing companies we've used in the past. Overall very satisfied, and would definitely use them again!

Called Code Blue at 6:30am when water was gushing out of our main water connection. There was someone in the office already and was very responsive in getting someone out to the house within the hour to take care of the problem. Very reasonable charge for the repair. Highly recommend, especially for those early morning emergencies. This will be our only plumbing company to use in the future for any water issue.

Manny did an excellent job scoping our sewer line, determining the location of the problem, then digging and installing a backwash valve and clean-out for us to more easily flush our sewer in the future.

We had a new shower system installed recently and all we could get was cold water. As we had the shower installed for our 91 year young mother it was a huge problem. Alex from Code Blue came to the rescue! He figured out what the issue was, took apart the shower, got everything right and we are in hot water!!! He was awesome it was not a quick fix it took a little fiddling around but he got it and even gave Mom a lesson on how to use the new shower system. We called another plumbing company and they came in, put a hole in our wall, and cut the pipes for no reason then quoted us $15,000 to fix our issue. Then we call Code Blue Plumbing and Jobe came out and fix the issue in 10 minutes and the cost was significantly lower. Jobe was very helpful and friendly. So we just moved in to our new home 6 days ago. We noticed that on day 3 of being in the home, sewage was coming up from the shower (mind you, all of plumbing passed inspection prior to moving in). The company that came out on Monday (will not say who) did not correct the issue. Today when we ran our first load of laundry the water started shooting out of the wall due to the back up in the pipes causing water to cover the floor and wall's in the laundry room. Cane promptly, cleared blocked drain. Extremely efficient and had no problems since then.

We discovered a major problem with our sewer line when both our line and our neighbor's became clogged. Further inspection by several plumbing companies showed our line had been connected to the neighbor's line, which was completely different from orignal blue prints and information we obtained from the town of Oro Valley and Pima County. Code Blue's estimate wasn't the cheapest, but we had noticed John (the owner) had done more leg work to collect as much information as possible to complete our sewer line repair. Our neighbor chose a different company to repair their collapsing line and the end results were evident that we chose well. Code Blue's team, headed by Tim, took 5 days longer than expected to excavate, redirect and connect our sewer line, repair the drveway and sidewalk, and clean-up the yard. They stood by their estimate and didn't charge extra for the addtiounal 5 days of work. We are extremely happy with the work we recieved from John, Kim, Tim and all the additional workers! Thank you for saving our tree!

So very few plumbing business in Tucson care about fixing your problem; the very first statement from a plumbing receptionist to you is: “There is a (fill in the amount) service fee to inspect your problem.” In some cases if the repair is beyond the first hour, you are hit with additional fees which do not include the cost of materials.

Not Code Blue! They greet you warmly and ask YOU, “What is the issue that you are having?” The technician listens carefully to your answer and tells you right away if someone can come right then or later in the day. The technician, or assigned plumber, calls you when they are en route to your home.

My home is 21 years old and several plumbing issues have arisen in the last three years. Each one one was assessed, repaired, replaced, or newly installed. No rush on any job, no unnecessary wasted time on the completed work, and in my most recent repair call, no charge as it turned out to be a simple fix! I couldn’t believe it! Any other plumbing business would have charged an inspection / assessment fee just to come to your home!

We had all drains backing up into a shower and couldn't use any of the drains or toilets, we calls Code Blue they said they could have someone here within the hour. Tim arrived assessed the problem gave us a quote that we thought was reasonable.. then had the job (snaking the main line) done in less then an hour. Orlando did a great job of cutting out roots that had grown into our sewer line. They had to dig up an area in our garden to reach the line, and when they finished, you couldn’t even tell. I’m sure this project will save us big headaches down the road.
