This company has new owners. They no longer warranty their workmanship. Had a problem 2 weeks after their visit and they would not guarantee their work.

Mike , came out today and unclogged my kitchen sink. He gave me options on how to do and it was done in no time. Highly recommend this company !!

I have used DrainMasters Plumbing and Drain Service for at least 10 years. They have always responded promptly and were able to resolve my problems. Living in an older home I truly appreciate them fixing the plumbing without tacking on unnecessary charges. After Covid their prices have increased but other plumbers have done the same and are not as reliable.

Had an issue in one of our rooms. DrainMasters came out to fix the issue. The issue happened again. Ricardo came out right away without hesitation and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Would most certainly call DrainMasters again.

Drainmasters saved the day again! Mary made every effort to expedite our stopped up double sinks. Mike and Pedro were on time, efficient and explained what they had to do and why. They did not waste time and cleaned up everything when they were done. Old houses have varied plumbing issues ( toilets, sinks, water softener lines) and we have had our share this year. Drainmasters has. never disappointed us!

I had a plumbing emergency after hours at 7 P.M. My house was flooding and I was panicking because I had to work the next day and I can't miss work! I called around to a few places including Drainmasters and they gave me a free quote. It was much more reasonable than the other places I called. They came out immediately. Approximately 4 months ago I had a drainage blockage in my rental house and called a different company. The young tech spent almost 2 hours trying to unclog and use the snake to fix my problem. Last night the exact same clog occurred and this morning I called a different company at 7AM to set an early appointment so I wouldn't miss a whole day at work. After 1 1/2 hours and 2 additional calls that company still could not schedule me. I then called Drain Masters. They immediately scheduled me for 2 hours out. Dave showed up and was able to fix my problem in less than15 minutes. While watching Dave work, I could tell he knew what he was doing and how different he did it compared to the other company 4 months earlier. Dave explained why he did it differently and since it worked almost immediately, he obviously knew what he was doing. I do not use a plumber very often, but Drain Masters, who charged me EXACTLY what was quoted on the phone, is now my go to company.

My sewer main was clogged and everything was slow to drain and backing up in the house. I called DrainMasters on a Saturday evening and they had Zach come by in about 20 minutes. I had a gnarly clog and he worked til 8pm after the sun had gone down and got everything cleared out. I had some confusing plumbing in my yard and he checked everything out and patiently explained the situation to me. He was super professional and friendly. Would recommend!

My whole house was clogged and another Mr. Company came out and failed to fix it. I asked my contractor buddy for a good company and he recommended DrainMasters. They came out right away and Zak did not give up until everything was flowing. They even had to send a camera up the line. They were courteous, quick, friendly and they got me going again. I will keep their name in my go to list of services. Their price was also very reasonable.

I called Drainmasters in the early morning and I was able to get them scheduled within a few hours. Billy and Cody were super friendly, efficient, and cleared out our drain! We’ll be using them again in the future.

This repair turned out to be more extensive than expected. I am so grateful that Zack knew what to do to fix the problem. He explained what happened, why the toilet could not flush and he explained what needed to be done for him to complete the repair. Zack is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and takes pride in doing the job to perfection. He is also courteous and truly cares about helping people. Have had root intrusion into main sewer drain line for a couple of months and no service clean outs installed. Ricardo did an amazing job installing the service clean outs. Quick, clean and professionally done. Highly recommend!

At midnight, my apartment complex had a plumbing emergency and I had to contact everyone and ask them not to use the water or flush toilets until fixed. I called 6 businesses that advertised 24 hour service. DrainMasters was the only company that came out immediately, and came out the next morning as well. The woman on the phone was prompt, courteous and responsive. The guys that fixed my emergency: Mike, Andrew and Matt were all so very helpful. Thank you, DrainMasters! Now I know who I can rely on ! ! !

The rating I gave reflects more on the employee than the company as a whole. Since I have not dealt with every single employee, I can't say whether this instance happens often or at all. I do not appreciate some random guy coming into my home to repair a hot water leak underground using my radio without my permission. If you want to listen to music while you work, bring your own radio. If you do use a customer's radio without permission, have the common sense to change the station back. I proceeded to remove the cord on the second round of him coming out, and he was obviously displeased by this because, in a child-like fashion, he changed the station anyway and left the button on AM. Aside from the radio bit, I am amazed by the lack of respect for other people's homes that this guy had. No shoe covers were worn at any time, so I had dusty, dirty shoe-prints all over the house and all over my black rugs (one of which had chunks of mud on it). At least stomp your feet a couple times near the work area to make some sort of attempt to remove debris from your shoes before tracking it all over the house. The guy also left mud all over my walls and didn't even bother to wipe it down. Again, common courtesy, when you make a mess in someone else's home, CLEAN IT UP. He could've closed the door to the bathroom where the work area was before filling in the hole, but that obviously didn't occur to him, so now I have a fine layer of dirt all over my entire house. This employee had ZERO respect for my home, and that reflects very poorly on the entire company. Luckily, there are dozens of other plumbing companies here in Tucson, and I bet one of them would be more respectful of my home.

Edit: In case anyone wants to know, the employee was Chris. I've read other reviews where people were happy with him. All those instances seem to point to the customer being there watching him, so naturally things will go smoothly. I was not so fortunate and had to let the property manager let him in. The property manager also was unhappy with him, due to the fact that he broke my sink which the HOA will now have to replace due to his incompetence, and also the fact that he was told he needed to bring a jackhammer for the leak was underground and he did not. I found out later that he left and was gone for 2 hours getting a jackhammer.

Had a toilet that was slow to fill, so thought I would replace the plunger myself. Quickly found a leaking pipe and plunger that was difficult to install, so decided to look for a skilled plumber. Found DrainMasters which is local and family-owned. They set an appointment and the plumber arrived with parts. Within 20 minutes, the toilet plunger was properly installed, and a new braided stainless flexible pipe and water pressure handle were both replaced and secured in place. Licensed plumber, Mike A. completed all T&C's -- tested & confirmed that the water pressure was appropriate and ensured no leaks. Mike A. brought the proper tools and worked diligently; he was respectful of my property and even cleaned the floor! Overall, an excellent job! I can confidently recommend DrainMasters in Tucson AZ.

There was a misunderstanding with pricing. However, company fixed issue and we are pleased with the service and the solution.

Cut off water to my complex three times this past week. The third time I was in the middle of a shower. When my wife called to ask why we were never notified they would be shutting of the water there office girl was extremely rude to her. Altho the tech got the water back on pretty quick, the rude tone from the office staff was very unfortunate.

Zack was incredibly professional and friendly, and was able to fix my kitchen sink in record breaking time. I will be using DrainMasters again if for any future plumbing issues.

After some phone calls I was able to get ahold of the owner and sent out a couple guys and they made it right. He apologized and explained some transition problems as new owners.

I have been a 20 year customer of DrainMasters. Once or twice a year we have to have our sewer line cleaned. We have a 225 foot line and reminded as we always that the person they send out would need two cages of rooter line since each cage is 175 feet. The driver showed up with one cage and says his truck only has one when we asked him about the second cage. In the past they gave a 30 day guarantee so we agree to have him clean the line and then he says don't worry he could tell he got the clog. Two days later our line is backing up again. I call, explain the situation and the receptionist apologized and says they will make it right and asked what time will work. I tell her I'll call right back so I could check to see what time would work. I call back 5 minutes later and a different receptionist answers. I explain again the situation and tells me there no longer guarantee the work and that they no longer piggy back two cages together unless we pay $750 for some other service. I asked why they just didn't tell us they don't do anything over 175 feet and why they agreed to send a driver out that had two cages. She again said they don't guarantee the work. I told that wasn't right and I said we would take our business elsewhere. She just said okay.

It was Sunday Thanksgiving weekend 12:30 pm complete stoppage. Called all the big names advertising 24/7 service . Yes an answering services only no response. Then DrainMasters a company person answered the phone and said they would have someone out between 1:30 and 3:00pm. At 2:30 Zak showed up and cleared the problem in about an hour.
Professionals honest, courteous and a reasonable charge for a Sunday. Highly recommend them look no where else.

Zack and Pedro were out today to help us out with a faulty garbage disposal and leak in our laundry room. They answered questions and put up with our doggos. Would recommend all around!

The technician showed up at the early end of the service window and was able to fix the leak in my copper pipe quickly. I have used Drain Masters for unclogging sewer lines in the past, they are very responsive and get the job done.

Beware folks, price increase from $79 an hour to $ 165.00 an hour.....I used Drain Master several time and they were really good and quick but this last time it took the guy a good part of 1hour to switch out a kitchen faucet. Checked the shower mixing valve real quick , which it needs replacing but will cost another 165.00 the next day. That not honest work right there.

Major emergency at a rental and Mike and Pedro showed up at 6pm on a Saturday and left after 9pm. Job was a big one. They were pro all the way. Efficient and cleaned up so well you would never guess they were here at all. Five stars and highly recommend!

Our kitchen drains backed up after years of sludge build up. I called at 8 pm on Wednesday night and Mary answered and was pleasant and professional. I said it could wait until next day. Thursday morning Mary called and asked what would be a good time. We agreed to 8:30. Manny arrived 5 min early and fixed the problem quickly. He was also professional and pleasant and the price was fair. We would use them again and we highly recommend this company. By the way, one of our best friends who is also a custom home builder told us to call them in the first place.

I'm very happy with the service that Drainmasters provided. I had a leaking faucet in the tub of my main bathroom. The service tech (Chris) was very courteous and professional. He was very efficient and when he was done with the faucet he asked about any questions of other issues. We are big supports of local business and are really appreciative of the friendly service. The owner, Mary, is incredibly rude. Last night I called to inquire as to why our water had gotten shut off for the 3rd time this week without any notification. She immediately got and attitude told me that they don't deal with that I should call my landlord and gave me and very sarcastic Okay? Thanks. Then this morning when our water got shut off again, I called our property management company. Drainmasters had not told them that they were coming back and shutting off our water. When I called to ask Drainmasters again, Mary started yelling at me and saying rude things like Oh, honey.. (Rudely and sarcastically). I will never recommend this company just because Mary can't deal with other people. If you can't handle complaints, you shouldn't be dealing with customers. She never even apologized for the inconvenience.

They called when their tech was on their way and Zack arrived on time and was very professional.
He was able to fix the problem and ran multiple tests to make sure our sink was draining properly before he left. Zack answered all of my questions and did a great job.

I found my sewer system was plugged and called another plumber. They could not come to my house for 8 days unless I paid an emergency fee. I called Drain Masters and they were at my home in about 45 minutes. Zach G and his apprentice quickly fixed the problem, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and had my problem fixed quickly. I will never call another plumbing business. Thank you!

I had a clog in the laundry line. The issue was cleared out. Just past the one year warranty the same issue occurred. I wish they would have tried to discount the next visit to make it right. The Problem coming back right at the one year mark means the issue was not fixed. Once a line is cleared it should stay cleared for several years. Too bad. The staff were really nice and were also tipped above the price they quoted. I'll try anot her company next time.

Drainmasters has always come through for me, and this visit was no exception. I had 2 leaky shower faucets, and vintage hardware that I didn't want to be damaged. Zack and Ben went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done thoroughly, and with care. They were professional, polite and on time. I will continue to call on Drainmasters for my future plumbing needs.

Amazing people, amazing service

Ricardo did a great job installing a clean-out. There was a a delay related to getting some parts but fortunately the hole I dug wasn't far from the line and finding the line is the hardest part of the job. He also raked the gravel back in place and you couldn't tell there had been any digging going on. All on a hot humid August day.
