Some of the plumbers in Tucson that my family have used in the past charged a lot and did little, we were VERY impressed with the quality plumbers sent over by plumbing 360. Only plumbers in Tucson that we will ever call on again. Thanks Ramon

Ray came out on a Sunday morning and replaced the saddle valves that were installed under the kitchen sink.
He was very professional and kind.

Ramon was very efficient, timely and professional. I would highly recommend his team if you need any plumbing work completed!

Unfortunately we have had a few unrelated plumbing issues over the past 3 years. Without a doubt you need to call Plumbing 360! I've owned two other homes around the country and I have never found a better plumbing service. Ramon is our man! We request him every time! After hours call, but Ramon came right out to my house and got straight to work. He took care of a major clog and I was able to get everything in order. And even as an after hours call, it didn't break the bank.

July 17, 2023 - based on the positive experience I had with plumbing 360 and my mother-in-law's house I contacted them for an issue at my own house. The problem occurred on a Sunday and I'm pleased to say I was able to reach Ramon and we made arrangements for him to come out Monday morning. Like our previous experience, Ramon was patient, collected my information about the problem and systematically ran through some diagnostic checks. Ramon is knowledgeable with great customer service!

My mother in law had been having issues with her water heater for weeks. The first plumbing contractor I contacted came out, assessed, and diagnosed the issue as the appliance wasn't getting enough air. The technician appeared rushed and didn't take the time to listen to the full scope of the issues the appliance was exhibiting. Total waste of time and money. I contacted Plumbing 360 and they sent out Ramon. Ramon diagnosed through a thorough step by step process, making sure I was informed of options and costs every step of the way. Ramon ultimately determined the issue wasn't with the appliance at all, but was likely an issue with the gas meter itself. Yay! Finally an answer. I contacted Southwest Gas, informed them of Ramon's findings. They sent someone out within hours and replaced the meter and regulator; everything is working perfectly now. Thank you Ramon, for your excellent customer service and perseverance in helping us with our problem. We will not hesitate to contact Plumbing 360 again for our plumbing and related needs.

Had a pipe crack outside the house this morning. Called them at 0745, and got the voicemail. Check the website again and it said they're open 8am-6pm every day. So called again at 8 and 0815, but got the same voicemail. Left 2 messages asking for assistance, but no call back. Hopefully just a miscommunication problem.

Ray was Great!!! Responded quickly, did a good clean job and suggested the best way to take care of the problem. Will use them again and highly recommend the company.

I cannot overstate how excellent Ramon is. He came out for an emergency plumbing situation back in October, kept in contact and just came by to do a free inspection with the camera, free clearing again, and provided several options for repair and/or maintenance. Honest and quality work, very friendly and professional, 11/10 would recommend.

Fast, professional, and curtious service. I broke my outside water faucet and had to turn water off to the house. From the time I called to the time it was fixed was about 3 hours. Diane in the office and Ramon the plumber are great, I highly recommend this company and have to several people.

Called Plumbing 360 for a stopped kitchen drain. They were here the next morning and had the water flowing in no time. Ramon was courteous, informational and thorough. I had a toilet that just kept running even with water supply turned off. Called around to get it fixed.
I was hesitant to use plumbing 360 because of the fee to come look but I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. He came out same day I called, arrived on time, he was courteous, professional and quick. From time I called to job complete maybe 5 hours. Will definitely call again.

I don’t know where to begin, Ramon and the crew at Plumbing 360 are fantastic! I received several bids for a leak under my slab that required rerouting through the walls in my bathroom. As opposed to drilling the slab. Ramon came out and did a thorough estimate. One of the reasons I picked him because in his bid included fixing all the drywall including texturing to match.
Day of the job, the crew was on time and wore shoe covers and laid down plastic to protect my floors. My house has some difficult plumbing issues and they worked through them and kept me informed at each major step. The job was done on time and Ramon sent his crew the next day to fix the drywall, they did a superb job and you can’t even tell we had the whole wall demolished.
This company has a family run type feel with all the professionalism of any other big company. Ramon genuinely takes pride in his work and professionalism. I couldn’t be happier. Naomi in the office was always a pleasure to deal with during scheduling etc too.

Our kitchen sink plugged up the night before we were to leave on a trip. Called Plumbing 360 (formerly Senor Rooter)the next day, and Naomi rearranged the schedule to get Ramon out early that morning. He spent nearly four hours cleaning a solidly packed drain line and then cleaned up the mess before he left. Nice professional people and excellent plumbing service.

Ramon and his apprentice Emilio replaced the anti-siphon valve for my pool auto fill. They were prompt (early actually) and completed the work quickly and to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend.

He has helped me twice before for other plumbing issues, and I prefer to use him each time because I completely TRUST him and he is very competent and really knows his stuff. Our company was trying to schedule them for a sewer inspection. The coordinator was not able to give me a price, so we had Ramon come to see the place. It was a 6-plex building with 6 cleanouts. Ramon charged 150$ per unit. This is a very pricy service. Usually a service like this is charged by the hour. 900$ for a 6-plex is on the higher side. This review is not about the quality of work because we decided not to work with 360 plumbing! Ramon is a very friendly person.

Person who came out was pleasant and thorough. Received estimate which I felt was extremely high for the job of clearing a main drain, but had been without flushing toilets for over a day and was ready to have the problem resolved. After reading many of this company's reviews saying their prices were reasonable/fair, was surprised they would charge over $325 for an hours work and clearing a clogged main.

All I can say is I wish there were more people like Ramon. I have so much respect for someone who takes pride in his work and goes beyond the normal to satisfy his customers. My AirB&B sprung a leak. They called me. I called him. Ramon had the water shut off and the problem diagnosed before I even got there. Less than half and hour. He then proceeded to go get new parts and fixed it NO CHARGE. In less than 2 hours. Too awesome Ramon!

I had to pay $79 for an initial review of all of my plumbing and then would be provided an estimate to get the work done. The plumber didn't really review anything. He just took a quick peek at things and kept saying he wasn't sure or was guessing most of the time. He gave me an extremely high estimate. I feel like I paid for nothing.

Ramon and Emilio came out to fix a leaking garbage disposal for me. They were able to fix it on the spot. They were super friendly, professional, and effective. 10/10 will use this company again.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency at our home. Within 10 minutes of making a call to Plumbing 360, I received a call back and Ramon was here within 30 minutes to help us fix our problem. We had such a positive experience with Plumbing 360! We had Ramon out on a Monday due to a clogged sink. He explained the issue and what he could do, and gave us a quote. We decided to try our luck with our warranty company, who sent out another plumber. That plumber said the resolution Ramon recommended was correct, but that it was not covered under our warranty. He actually said the pricing Ramon quoted us was very reasonable and better than they could offer us if we went out-of-pocket. So I called him back Wednesday morning to ask if he could return and do the proposed work; He was here by 1pm that same day! His work was great and the price was extremely fair. We could not have asked for more! Definitely would recommend, 100%.

I like how fast they respond to my emergency and how professional they do the work they're marvelous I am glad to find them to do the work from now on they're the company I will be calling.

Ramone came out on a Sunday after I had called Saturday and fixed a shower valve quickly.

Ramon was a great big help. Just moves into our new house and then the kitchen pipe broke open. Roman, is not only a plumber but also the Owner. Very nice guy, came out the very next day.

Ramon gave window of 11-1, called him at 1 and he said he would be later, arrived at 1:50. quoted price for job, then said didn't have part and wanted to use my old one. Then said he had to go to get the washing machine shut off valve. Very unprofessional and believed he overcharged me because I am a woman. Don't recommend!
