Issac and Brian came on time. They were efficient and got right to work on unclogging a stubborn drain. They also unclogged a faucet at an adjacent property free of charge. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional plumbing company.
Ive had problems with my sewer before.
My whole house was clogged and coming up in my shower. A neighbor referred me to Rattlesnake Drain and I couldn't be happier with their service! They came out and cleared the drain and even found my septic for me. Ive used other plumbing companies and had bad experiences, but Brian and Isaac are very honest and reasonable plumbers. I will be referring Rattlesnake Drain to any friend or family
Isaac was prompt about showing up, quite courteous in his manner and very professional at his work. He did the tasks we asked and went the extra efforts to take care of us.

I really appreciated Isaac’s fast and great response when I called! He was able to come over to my house same day to give me a quote and fix my problem the following day. Isaac was incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy.

We do most work in Phoenix but was fortunate to get called to Tucson for a kitchen remodeling. The job started with draining problems has different companies come out to give me bids on the problem and was told the draining from kitchen had to be replaced. I contacted Rattlesnake drain and they came out the next day we walk the the area with the drain problem he got his drain camera out and started his valuation and walked me through the process here to find out we didn't had to replaced the hole drain he pointed the spot of the problem and fix it from there. Thanks to his equipment and experience he saved me a reasonable amount of money. I would really recommend Rattlesnake drain. They don't up sale jobs like other big companies.

Very fast response, same day. Seemed to know how vent/drain connected and had all tools to do job. Went over and beyond to make sure done right. Also fixed my clean out pipe in front yard that was broke.

Called the day before Thanksgiving and they came out exactly when they said they would. When they thought it couldn't be cleared, they kept on trying and got everything cleared for my guest to use the bathroom. Great job from great people.
I received fast, professional service from Isaac and his team. I had a sewer clog for three days and when I finally got an appt with a plumber he couldn't fix it, so he called Rattlesnake Drain Co., and they arrived within two hours and cleared the clog. I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

What an amazing company. There are SO MANY plumbers who are ready to scam you with their showy cameras and added extras. Isaac and his team are incredible, honest, reliable and a HUGE VALUE.
They recently re-did an upstairs bathroom ON TIME and ON BUDGET then literally the next day we had a surprise leak in the backyard. They were there within an HOUR on a SUNDAY had the leak repaired and us back up and running.
I cannot recommend a plumbing company more! Love these guys!

Called them on a Sunday because my outdoor faucet would not shut off. Talked to Isaac and he would fit me in the next day. Was very pleased to receive a text that morning to find out what time would work for me. Professional, and now I’m able to turn my hose off. Will use for all my plumbing needs in the future.

The two young gentlemen that came out to unclog a bathroom drain that I spent almost an entire day trying to unclog it myself where so polite, kind, very professional and efficient. I should of called them sooner. I am sorry I didn’t get there names but I just hope that there management team knows these two young men are very good at there job. They represent the company well!

very well mattered team of plumbers , they stopped a major water line leak and saved my house from flooding ! They helped me save thousands of dollars for my home repairs!!!
I called them on short notice and they were prompt with setting an appointment the next day, they arrived on time and were very polite and professional from the start. They were quick and courteous of my pets and let me know very useful tips. Would recommend to anyone.
Drainage from toilets caused caused backup and overflow. We were referred from our Neighborhood Association and Isaac was there within the hour. There diagnosis was right on about the root damage to pipes. They fixed everything and now all flows well. Highly recommend them.
On 10-28-21 my shower and bathroom sink was repaired with quality services from Issac and his crew. I had a nonstop dripping faucet in my tub which was the original from the house. We were able to connect thru texts a pictures to prepare and plan diligently for the work to be completed in a very timely manner. Issac was very thorough to inspect and view all possible steps in order to keep costs low and give quality work. In addition, he gave out labor resources to connect as needed for drywall with Miguel . The crew was very respectful and open to any questions for the services needed at hand. Had clogged drains that despite everything I did would not unblock the clog. It was 7:00 pm when I called. The representative was kind and professional when he answered. He was willing to come out and take care of everything and gave me updates on his ETA, which I really appreciate. They were willing to work with me and gave me estimates of everything they would do so I would be knowledgeable of the cost at all times while they worked. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

I rarely do reviews, usually if I go out of my way to do one it’s to warn people. But in this case, it’s to recommend this company. I’ve been burned by plumbing companies to the point I don’t trust them anymore. So when I needed my toilet fixed and unclogged I trusted their company and I’m glad I did. He got right to work not wasting any time to get it done as quickly as possible and was honest and very nice. He also double checked to make sure it was fixed before leaving. They also do commercial and so they’ll also be now doing our commercial business plumbing. Don’t go anywhere else for plumbing. Their rates are competitive to market rates and they’re honest so they’re not gonna charge you for plumbing hat you’re not supposed to be charged for. Thanks again guys!

Very professional and helpful. Took the time to explain all our options for several pieces of maintainance and repair and taught us some ways to do some things ourselves. Did *not* nickel-and-dime us like we have experienced with other outfits here in Tucson. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Issac and his team were friendly awesome, professionals. I manage a Kennel Facility and when our draining system wasn’t draining properly and backing up, they came out less than 24 hours from our first call. They resolved the issue as soon as they could and even ran tests to make sure that they 100% resolved the issue and made sure to set up routine checks with us. We won’t be going anywhere else now!
The shower valve in my home began to leak. Isaac was very responsive and recommended a quick repair option that upgraded my shower. The install went flawlessly. He was able to recommend a top notch tile installer as some tile needed to be cut away. I highly recommend Rattlesnake Drain Company. Fast, professional, and priced right!

I had another plumbing company out at my residence that charged me $300 and not resolved my issue. Called Rattlesnake and within a few hours were out at my residence and fixed the issue at more than half the price the others charged to do nothing.
Upon their arrival, you could tell that they were exhausted from previous jobs. Despite knowing they were fatigued provided a great service and their demeanor was very welcoming as they attempted to inform me of what may have caused it and possible preventative measures. It was as if they were neighbors or relatives attempting to help me. Not once did I feel as if they were up selling me and or ripping me off, as is the case with the first plumber that was at my residence.
