Sergio from On The Way Plumbing has been out to my mom and dad's house several times to fix plumbing problems. He replaced the water heater, kitchen sink and also a toilet.he worked fast and efficiently every time. what i loved the most is the work they do is always done neatly. I highly recommend ' On The Way Plumbing to my friends and family or anyone looking to get a honest and fair plumbing estimate.

Sergio responded to our request and got it done promptly and seemingly correctly. He was good with me watching and asking questions, etc, so I learned something as well!!!

My husband and I had the luck of having to replace all the sewer pipes in our house due to age and them collapsing. It was stressful even to fathom. We had several companies out for an estimate. Sergio’s (On the way plumbing) estimate was the most reasonable and had the fastest turn around time. I am so grateful that we decided to go with Sergio. He was kind and professional. He did a great job and treated our home with the utmost of care. He kept us updated the whole way through the process. He even treated my dog with kindness. Sergio was recommended to me by Alan of Loyal Lab Irrigation when my main water line failed. Sergio arrived in a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote on the spot. Two other plummers failed to respond and Sergio was hired two hours later. Got the necessary pipeline scans done and had the line replaced in just over 24 hours. From now on if we have plumbing needs he's out first call. Hands down!

The on-line reviews lead me to give OTW Plumbing a chance when the main water line from the house sprung a leak. Sergio was very responsive to my call to repair the main water line leak. He also provided reasonable pricing for a new water heater and the plumbing and installation of a new water softener. Sergio completed the entire job within a few days as planned. The technician responded VERY quickly to our emergency call and quickly replaced and repaired a burst pipe (one of the main water lines to our house) so we could turn our water back on. The pipe burst on a Friday evening. OTW Plumbing was not only kind enough to come out on a Friday evening but also arrived within less than 20mins of me calling. He patched things up so we could have water that evening until he was able to return the next day with proper parts to replace the corroded pipe. Very professional, responsive, and charged a fair fee for the service provided.

Our neighbor recommend them highly to me. We had a clog in the drain between the house and the septic so neither toilet would flush. I called at 7:30 am and explained the problem. Sergio indicated his schedule was full but that he would work us in. He came bout 12:15 pm and unclogged the drain in short order. Very professional and courteous. Nice young man, lives in the Vail / East Side area. I will absolutely use them again.

Thanksgiving Day, I moved into my new home built in 1999, and the hot water heater (original) was leaking. It passed the pre-move-in inspection then died. I'm also new to the area so didn't know who to call. I looked at reviews and reached out to 2 plumbers and left 2 messages. On The Way Plumbing Returned My Call .. On Thanksgiving Day .. A Holiday! They fit me into the schedule early the next morning, identified the problem, identified other issues with the 20 year old plumbing, attended to my request for a whole-house water purifier, removed the old/dead hot water heater, and Returned the very next day to complete All The Tasks. I had an excellent experience working with Sergio. He was very responsive, showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed and explained our issue. when the need for a plumber arose, we found On the Way Plumbing online, didn't know anything about them, but the reviews were good so we gave them a try.We had to have 2 toilets replaced and Sergio came on a Friday and the new toilets were installed Monday morning. from the beginning we had nothing but the best of all kinds of service, Sergio was always on time, knowledgeable, polite and considerate. and he was in and out in two hours, cleaned up after himself and took the time to answer all our questions. Would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to friends.

Sergio replaced the main water valve and the PRV. He explained it part of it and offered that when the PRV failed in a few years, we could get a replacement for the inner parts and repaired that ourselves. Very professional and will use again for any plumbing issues.

I had been working my way down the Plumber listings and could not get anyone to answer and/or call me back, Sergio picked up on the second ring and was at my house to diagnose the problem and provide a free estimate a day later. He made a very difficult repair to an underground water line and provided me with someone to make drywall and concrete repairs as well. He also did a great job installing a water softener. OTW plumbing is an excellent company. I had someone installed a new garbage disposal recently but somehow the connector between the left sink pipe and the disposal always slipped off so water dripped out and it was a mess. Then I decided to call OTW plumbing. Sergio was very polite and understood what I explained on the phone. He was able to check it out for me the same day between his service calls. He examined the sink pipes and noticed that the way the pipes installed were wrong and a lot of extra parts not needed. He was able to fix it and my sink has much more space underneath now and the pipes are all connected securely. They are also a modern company by accepting credit card and send email invoices. Oh and they wear special shoes cover so they will not bring dust into your home! I will definitely call this company again if there's any plumbing issue! Thanks Sergio and OTW team.

I had a small pinhole leak develop in the service line in my garage due to the original installer pulling the plastic pipe too tight and kinking it 25 yrs ago. I called OTW and they had somebody here within 30 min! They made an optimum and economical fix by simply splicing out the damaged section. They're first on my list to call next time.
