I believe the men at Mr. Rooter were highly professional in the way they handled the situation when one of my family members had a major meltdown in front of them over the price of having the gas lines replaced, I felt the price was too much for having this job done for those on a fixed income and disabled. I was kept informed about the progress of solving my plumbing problem. The job was much bigger than I expected and I was made aware of what they were doing as they proceeded to with the project. They worked both Saturday and Sunday to complete the job in a timely manner.The price they quoted was increased only after the discovery of an unexpected problem. I was immediately informed of the problem before they proceeded with my approval of the increased price.

since first posting i have a much better impression of the company, i will post an update when all is said and done. i dont wish sewer troubles on anyone.

Jose did a great job in every respect. It was a bit complicated because we started with a snake. He was under the sink, and up on the roof twice. Then he had to come back the next morning (because it was later in the evening, when he began this job). Jose was here early morning to finish the job. Brought a coworker to help out, had to use a water propulsion system because the snake couldn’t fix the issue… in a 1972 home I had just bought… suspecting that it had never had a proper clean out.I am an extremely satisfied customer. On 06/18/2014 we experienced problems with our sewer drains. We called Mr Rooter of Tucson and experienced excellent service. They called back within 30 minutes with the appointment and within an hour of that phone call we had a call from the technician, Hector.He and his partner, sorry I don't remember his name, were at our home. They were both very personable, efficient and went right to work clearing our sewer trouble, Along with their excellent work another technician was there and did a video inspection of our sewer line, he too was very personable and knowledgeable.I and my wife are extremely thankful to these three gentleman and Mr. Rooter of Tucson. I would certainly recommend them to any of my neighbors or friends. Again Thank you Hector his associates and Mr. Rooter of Tucson!

Called after my home warranty company left me hanging for 2 days. Mr. Rooter showed up an hour after I called because of a sewer stoppage. They cleared to clog and ran a camera through just to make sure. They were even cheaper than the home warranty service call.

Jose Landeros, my Mr. Rooter Service Technician, was wonderful. He arrived promptly, he explained everything he was going to do to fix my ‘toilet’ situation. He was able to fix it efficiently and excellently. He also explained that since this toilet was installed 25 years ago, there are newer toilets and valves and pipes which deal with Tucson’s harsh mineral deposits that caused my toilet malfunction.He explained a few options for future consideration.I will be contacting Mr. Landeros in the very near future to upgrade my ancient toilet to a newer, more efficient one. I was so fortunate to call Mr. Rooter and have this exceptional and caring young man arrive!

I Had A problem with my toilet. It was plugged up & I called Mr. Rooter & they sent out Rene Lopez He took off the toilet & found out my grandson put one of his toys in it & tried to flush it & uh-oh. Rene was courtious & did a fine job. I would highly re-commend him for any job.

From my initial call to Mr. Rooter customer service was great! Technician Plumber Mario and Stephen provided an outstanding service. They were very thorough and informative through out the whole process. The job could not be completed in one day due to roots in my sewer line but I was able to use my utilities for the night. They secured the hole they dug up and came the next morning as promised and on time to finish the job. I highly recommend Mario and Stephen to fix your sewer line.

They found a leaking pipe and identified a more serious problem with the polybutylene pipes. We had them replumb the house. They completed the job in a timely manner and they also replaced some of the black gas pipe that was corroded due to the water leak. Very professional service from start to finish.

Jake Devore came out late on a Saturday evening to take care of a surprising backed-up drain. He explained what he was going to do, asked permission before going into rooms or moving any items, explained what he thought the issue was, and offered suggested remedy options. He was honest and upfront about pricing. We went with the less certain--but less expensive--option with the understanding that if it did not work that cost would not be added onto the more labor/time intensive option. That was appreciated. While performing the work he commented on other possible things to look at and we scheduled a free follow-up appointment to verify/validate that the repair is good.I asked him for his card and I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. The water line that goes to the refrigerator was not working. Javier had to drill and connect another line underneath the kitchen sink to the refrigerator as an alternative to get the work done faster and more affordable.

We had a big mess with our water heater and K.B. and Elton bailed us out big time. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to all our neighbors. They did a super job. We are very happy with their work.

Jose was our technician I asked him if he would offer the coupon I got from Mr Rooters website for 57.95 drain clogged in one of our bathroom. He said yes and I told him the clean out was opened by me. He got his power snake from the service truck and went to work running power snake into 4 inch line under house towards clogged up toilets, bathtub and sink. He worked hard to solve this clog issue and he came in several times to plunge the the bath tub because it was the last thing to unplug.He worked on the phone clogged pipes for an hour I believe and when he gave me the bill it was 57.95! They were really quick on their response when I called them. They explained everything to me I did not quite understand it. And Matt was so awesome I called my daughter and he explained everything to her.

I called Mr. Rooter due to all of the drains in my home were draining very slowly or not all. For years, my father had been told by another company that the clean out drain had concrete poured over it when the driveway was installed years ago and that there was a clean out on the roof supposedly. Not only did Steve perform a thorough investigation for another possible clean out, he ran a camera through my main line to check its condition. As it turns out, that prior information about a clean out on the roof was inaccurate. Furthermore, he explained based on the age of the house (built in 1961) and on his research, there was not a clean out under the concrete. The good news - the main line was in very good shape and I would not need to worry about having new pipes installed which was a big concern of mine. However, he explained the tub and bathroom sink were on a different line and had to be cleared separately, which he did. It was pretty nasty what he got out of there. He devoted all this time to tell me how to keep this old plumbing running smoothly, and all the while dealing with my 13 rescue dogs following him around trying to play with him. Steve makes calling Mr. Rooter worth every minute and every dollar. I will definitely be a lifelong customer of Mr. Rooter. This house is everything to me. So thank you Mr. Rooter for sending an employee like Steve to my home.!

Jose C took our call and dispatched 5153 Daniel. My kitchen drains had been slow for a while and I had babied then along. One evening there was no movement... Both sides standing... Supper complete and dishes to do (I don't own a dishwasher - washing by hand requires the sinks). When I called Mr. Rooter It was after regular business hours. I was expecting to make an appointment for the service. To my surprise Jose C said they are a 24 hr service.. No extra emergency charge... And technician Daniel would be at my home soon. Daniel arrived, worked fast and friendly, fixed the problem, explained everything as he went, and left with my drains running perfectly and a bottle of solution to maintain them. Very happy customer. I called Mr. Rooter because of a busted drain pipe under my slab in my home. They started the work that same day, and finished in a week. They replaced my busted pipe, and repiped the rest. The site manager Joe was professional and explained the work his crew would do. Gilbert & Brandon performed the work, and were great at not only explaining each day what they were going to do, but they cleaned up at the end of each day. They literally swept up around the huge piles of dirt in our home that came from the trench in our concrete floor. They treated my home like their home. I don't want to have to live in a hotel for weeks again because of plumbing issues, but if I have plumbing issues again, I'll be calling Mr. Rooter.

I had 2 leaks in the kitchen at a very early hour. I was very happy to find a plumber that didn't charge extra for coming out early. The leaks got fixed, and I had new shut-off valves put in the kitchen and both bathrooms. They were all about 20 years old. The plumber, Brandon, was nice and efficient and I was pleased with the work. I did think the price was a little high but at least the problem is gone.

Experience was professional. Work completed as scheduled. Only item i would in clude is that when performing expensive work the project manager might oversee a bit more and or check back for completion

The tech Jake Devore tried to overcharge me for a drain cleaning. I went to website and showed their advertised price. He then installed a garbage disposal and didn't secure hoses.When he left the dishwasher was turned on and unsecured hose shot water at the receptacle and blew out a circuit. He came back tried to fix it but couldn't, but said he would pay for the electrician. We had it repaired and have been in contact with Mr Rooter and Jake is dodging our calls to be reimbursed.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Our technician Chris was very professional and pleasant. He fixed the problem right away.

$400 to unclog a shower drain!?!? I scheduled an appointment to have my shower unclogged and they sent out their technician Jacob Dynomite. He took a look at my shower and quoted me $400 to unclog it! He claimed it was because the clog was about 10 to 15ft deep into the drain and needed a drill snake to get it out. I dont know if charging $400 for that is standard procedure at Mr. Rooters, but i was definitely not about to pay that. Need less to say I declined his services and called up a different plumbing company. They charged me $50 and unclogged my shower no problem. I watched and saw that the clog was also not 10 to 15ft deep as well. Be careful who you do business with and keep your options open!

BD arrived and solved our clogged pipe in mere seconds. He was helpful, informative and offered solutions. Joe appeared on the scene and used the camera on the problem line. Wow! What an eye opener! We were given options to our root causing problem.I am so appreciate to have quality professionals offer solutions to an on going frustration.

I would not use Mr. Rooter as the are dishonest & took advantage of a Senior Citizen. They up the cost of the service once they got to my house. I am very dissappointed in Mr. Rooter. I plan on making a claim to the Register of Contractors & BBB. I was given a price if $79 special over the phone. When the technician came he said I did not have a clean out and it would cost me $249. He called the supervisor & got it down to $129. I showed him the coupons & he said they don't work with my problem. I needed the bathroom sink draining so I said ok. It took him less than 20 minutes total time from getting his equipment out of truck , clearing clig & equipment back in truck. He took advantage of a Senior Citizen. They did a bait and switch. Very unhappy will never use them again.

Had a clogged pipe from relief valve to main sewage line, which was causing water to leak from base of the toilet. Called at 8 in the morning and had service tech out within 3 hours to fix. Mike s. (Service tech) was very friendly and got it done fast. Also redid the wax ring on toilet all within about 30. Great experience will definitely call these guys back if i have any more problems. Had to call Mr. Rooter for an early morning system back-up--woke up to flooded bathroom. Courteous receptionist referred a Javier L., who set up appointment for that day. He assessed the situation and provided the diagnosis and recommendation. He was professional and worked until situation remedied to stop the water leakage. Further assessment and flushing of system with camera diagnosis revealed tree damage. Everything is set up to get this fixed with work guaranteed. The job was very professional. The technicians were courteous, punctual and explained all work being done with corresponding estimates. All in all, a good experience. Mr. Landeros went above and beyond in his customer service and work performed. I would recommend these guys without hesitation. Thank you for relieving the stressful situation.

Worst experiance of my life. Do not call this company.Showed up without tools the first day. Had to loan the tech sockets. Left debris in front of door for several days. Left chair in front of front door not once but twice. No show no call for two days. Left specific instructions to not disturb tenants. They did anyway. Changed the price after initial quote.

Joe was great! On time, affordable, and gave my contractors the information they needed to quote us the new bathroom.

Technicians very professional but did not feel process was very organized. They left the site 3 times for materials or tools that were needed as the vans used do not carry any supplies. They spent about 4 to 5 hours total on the job and the cost was $4,500 We feel taken advantage of. They did clean up the area when finished.

Fast Dependable Reasonable On Time!

Called them to snake my service line to remove a blockage. They ran a snake and said that the blockage couldn't be removed. They recommended that I rip up my foundation to replace the pipe for 3600$. I called another plumbing service that removed the blockage for 500$

My parents had a backup in the guest bathroom the tub the toilet and the sink will not go down. I went down there to help. When the water was backed up in the tub I noticed the grout joints under the toilet getting wet so obviously it was leaking under there. I pulled the toilet up off of the floor to get to the wax ring. So while the toilet was off the floor and I had access to the drain I ran a powered 25 foot snake down the toilet drain it did not work. Then I ran the same snake down the tub drain it also did not work. After messing with this for hours I finally gave up and called a couple of different places to get estimates. I figured how bad could it be it's just a toilet drain that has a clog in it run a snake down maybe mine's not long enough for big enough to do it. Mr. Rooter was the last place that I called. They told me that it would be about 3 hours before somebody could get out. They told me that they only had 3 technicians that were on call that night. I asked if any of those three technicians work in my area or around me so they didn't have to go too far. They told me that there was one technician that wasn't too far from me and was on a job right now so they would call him to inform him that I needed help before he left and got too far away he could come over and give me an estimate. Over 2 hours later coming up on 9 p.m. Casey showed up. Very nice young man very good looking. However I got the distinct impression that he just didn't want to do it he stayed in the bathroom staring at the hole in the floor that the toilet is supposed to be sitting on top of for a few minutes asked me if they gave me a price on the phone of what it what it would cost to snake a drain I said no they told me that the technician would assess and estimate when he got here so he went out to his car he said he had to go call in for a price and then when he came back he told me that it was going to be over $300 and that he didn't even charge me the after-hours fee. The reason I say that I feel like he just didn't want to do it is because he gave me a ridiculously exorbitant amount just to run a snake down a drain. I mean jeez the toilet was already off the floor everything was already done all he had to do was run the snake down the drain. I am not recommending or giving any stars to mr. Rooter because I feel that that whole Fiasco last night was absolutely ridiculous!

I had an emergency toilet problem, Mike responded and he fixed, could not repair it that evening but came right away the next day and fixed both toilets which were full of tree roots that looked like ropes. Very prompt, pleasant, clean and showed me every step of the way so I knew what was going on. Maybe a little expensive but a lot of work done and done when I needed it so I am happy. I would certainly call Mr. Rooter.

Felt like I was dealing with sales people on commission rather than an actual plumber who was called to perform a service. Now that I know better I will never be using Mr Rooter again. Outrageous pricing And consistently trying to get me to completely replace my sewer line even though there was nothing wrong with it. 4 or 5 different technicians came out to clear tree roots from my sewer line. After they forgot to document that the backup was indeed caused by tree roots, they couldn’t remember the cause of the backup because every single technician that came out no longer worked for the company (which that in itself is a huge red flag) unfortunately I’ve learned my very expensive lesson and I would encourage anyone to use a different company.

I had a backed up toilet that turned out to be a backed up sewer line. I had called Mr. Rooter and they were fast and able to fix the problem with minimal expense to me.

We had 2 different plumbing issues the same day. I called the company, a local family owned franchise (it was important to me to be supportive of our locally owned biz). Even though I called late in the day, the tech was able to give me an estimate and the work was done the next day. Many companies will advertise free estimates, but in fact lie. They charge a service call fee plus a high hourly rate, which is extra from the time they arrive. This company DID NONE of that. 1) The estimates really were free, 2) the tech was professional and the work was high quality. 3) the cost of service was VERY fair and reasonable. 4 The phone staff who took the intake were polite and considerate. I recommend this company to anyone. This is a great company to do business with.

I initially just wanted a new toilet installed but when they came out, they saw the main pipe was cracked really bad and had to be replaced. Even though the situation was worse and I had to pay a lot more than what I was initially anticipating, they were extremely understanding with me and helped me calm down. Joe specifically, was an angel and very personable throughout the whole process and made me laugh a few times. Definitely will go through them in the future!

Great service

Mr. Rooter just finished a major project on my home, moving us from a septic tank to the city sewer line. It was far from a pleasant experience. I knew the 4-5 day projected time to completion was overly optimistic but I didn’t expect it to draw out into 3 weeks. If there was anyone managing this project, I don’t know who it was. They certainly didn’t contact me on day 2 when they jackhammered into the water line. While it was fixed in a couple of hours, it took them 30 minutes to shut it off so the jury is out on that until I get my water bill. They would show up whenever or not show up when I was expecting them, sometimes working a couple of hours others a full day. By the final day, after they thought the project was complete (I the gravel to be spread, it's in mounds), I was done with Mr. Rooter. I’ll hire some else to clean up my yard and fix what they damaged. While they did what I hired them to do, from what I saw they don’t have the manpower for larger projects and their 'laborers' produced sloppy results. If you do opt for them, make sure Dave and Jay are involved, they will get the work done.

The good - fast response, and courteous. The not so good - Last summer Mr Rooter charged me over $1300 for 3 angle stops under a sink and an outdoor valve, which failed in less than 6 months. When they came out to replace the valve, I asked about another issue. This was misdiagnosed by a professional plumber and a supervisor with a camera, leading to part of my paved patio being dug up. Luckily the young man that was doing the excavating realized that there was no way to get to the problem from the patio floor. He filled the hole and would have put the pavers back, but without sand. I later paid my landscaper to reinstall the pavers properly with sand. Another supervisor came out with a camera, and found the actual problem. While I was filing a homeowner insurance claim, your dispatch kept setting up appointments to do the work without my consent or any contact. Subpar all around and I am having a licensed contractor make the repair - for less than half of Mr Rooter's estimate.

Did work efficiently felt like there's delays between finishing each step of the job but overall satisfied with the price the best in town I found

Contacted Mr Rooter about a potential leak due to 6 times normal water usage and high bill. No leak was found, so I requested they replace a toilet, as it was running. They said they couldn't replace the toilet until I repiped and suggested I repipe my entire house for 13K, or 18K when entire property was included due to old pipes. I put a hold on the project, got a second opinion through a leak detection company and my home owners insurance. They advised me the previous plumbers (Mr Rooter) were looking at the incorrect meter and no leak present and there was no need for any work. I had a plumber friend out who adjusted the settings on the toilet for $30, water bill is normal now. It was the summer house sitters filling up a pool that increased the bill. Would not recommend Mr Rooter as a 13-18K bid for an unnecessary job is really not very professional.

Called the 24 Hour emergency line when my apartments flooded (@ midnight). Was told it would be 20 mins before the dispatch called me. Waited an hour, CALLED BACK and she apologized. Yet never heard from anyone until 730am. At that point my standard plumber was en route. Very disappointed with this emergency plumber, especially after calling them back to inform them they had dropped the ball.

Replaced toilet and cleaned the sewer line unlocking it.

Had a cracked valve body in lavatory sink in the MBR. Required a new valve.A day later the kitchen faucet developed a serious leak, also. Mr. Rooter service tech., Jacob aka Jake; came out initially diagnosed said problems as cracked valve bodies. We had already purchased the replacement for the MBR, the Kitchen faucet was only two years old and was under warranty so we had to wait for that to be shipped by mfg. when it arriived we called the Mr. Rooter dispatch faithful Jake came over & within a couple of hours he had installed both faucets in an expert timely manner and we were back in business washing, hands, brushing teeth, shaving, prewashing dishes for the dishwasher, getting water for cooking and using the dishwasher for the first time in a week. If you have plumbing problems, please; take my advice. Call Mr. Rooter ask for Jacob aka. Jake he is a RESCUE RANGER. His demeanor is Friendly, Professional, his business acumen and support for his employer is exemplary for that of most Young People today. Bad experience - there are better companies out there. Mr Rooter came to my house for multiple issues. First he replaced my tub faucet insert. When I used the tub, I found out he had the cold and hot reversed. Maybe that's why he had to force (hammer) the insert in? Replaced a sink faucet set and I pointed out he didn't change the stopper that came with the new set - he said 'that's extra' (around $100 more I think). Replaced all the inside shutoff valves in my house, except one. We both agreed that one was fine. Others were fine too, but the plumber cautioned me they were near the end of their life, so better replace them now. Strange he didn't say that for the one behind the fridge. Another plumber told me that one can be tough to replaced and some guys just don't want to do it. A few weeks later that valve failed and cost over $10,000 in damage. To add insult to injury, when it came time to pay, I said 'it should be less because you replaced one less valve.' He said, 'the package deal included one valve for free - that was your free one' (the one not replaced!). Then he gave me an estimate to replace the above ground portion of my water main (to include everything attached to it). I got 2 more estimates. Mr. Rooter was more than double the other two. Otherwise, thing went great :-) Think long and hard before using these guys.

Excellent service! Please note: the Mr. Rooter employee did not solicit this; I asked if I could have his supervisor's contact information to relay how incredibly impressed I was with David. He arrived on time and was very friendly. Great communication skills; he explained the likely process and updated me frequently as to the status. He was diligent in asking if there were small animals in the house that might get out as he needed to come in and out of the house. Additionally, this young man hustled. He worked quickly and apparently efficiently. He answered all my questions and was very, very pleasant. You have a true winner of an employee!!

They quoted 800+ dollars to install a 100 dollar part on the water heater. Takes 10-30 minutes to install.

Advertising unclogged drain for under $100 I think it was no more than $60. Called and when guy showed up I was charged $250. I understand my house is old and was willing to pay more but $250 to use a vacuum and Unclog the drain?!? . I agreed because I needed and had already made the call but I feel like it was a bait and switch. Now I understand why people hesitate to call companies such as roto rooter. Will call someone else in the future for sure and I do not recommend.

Insidious in-wall pipe leak detected when baseboards pulled away from wallboard and grout discolored. Mr. Rooter responded quickly and located the leak source with minimal invasion of walls. (Note: Not all plumbing companies have a leak detection capability). Cesar assessed the damage and called Brewer Restoration, who responded quickly and immediately instituted restoration procedures. Meanwhile, Cesar fixed the leaky PEX tubing. Then he and Paul (Channel Leader) checked out the overhead plumbing, which runs through the attic and made some recommendations. Both Cesar and Paul waited with me to meet with the construction rep (home still under warranty for initial defects). Their support was solid throughout the whole event. They recounted their analysis to the rep, showed him the defective tubing, and provided him photographs. Mr. Rooter and Brewer Restoration together are (without a doubt) the A-Team for this type of unfortunate event. Very professional!

Shower backed up, thought it was my gray water line, turns out it was the septic tank. Honesty and professionalism through and through. Dispatch was calling while I was still on the line with the office. Had Matt H out within 20 minutes who almost immediately diagnosed the issue. Showed me the problem instead of just telling me. Had a crew scheduled for first thing the next morning. They were on time, very polite and everything is up and running. What I liked the most was their upfront, no sugar coating approach to tell me the issues. They gave the best case scenario and worst; I never felt in the dark. Would recommend them to anyone!!

The tech came ran a snake charged me . the tech did not unclog it its still clogged we paid then I talked with the Tech he said it's going to cost more money to unclog it but he would TRY AND GET ME SOME OF MY MONEY to contribute to the price to finish the job I asked to speak to a supervisor day 3 no call yet I feel like I was taken advantage of I paid for services that were not rendered sad

They said they were going to show up at 0900 and they showed up 11:00 and did not finish until 4:40 P.M. It would have gone faster if they brought all the supplies the first time. He left 3 times to go to home depot and get stuff. I had to take time from work. The service was good but they can benefit from being prepared.

Requested service from this company because of a flushing problem with the toilet. Upon arrival I explained to the gentleman that the toilet was not flushing on the first flush but the second flush was nice and strong. In addition, he was also informed that the complete inter workings of the upper tank had been replaced and I thought the problem to be adjustment of these new items. The technician visually looked over the toilet while making possible suggestions as to what he perceived the problem to be, but strongly leaning towards recommending toilet replacement. I informed him that I did not agree with him, but I could see his mind was made up to try and sell me $1000 to $1300 toilet which I know I did not need. After the technician departed I was so upset that I spent the following hour in the bathroom and fixed the toilet myself which only took a few proper adjustments and a little time. The problem is that he had forgotten customer service and replaced it with the company's bottom line. Definitely not responsive to the needs of the customer.

Your employees, Martin and Louie were wonderful workers. Did more than originally I was told would be needed done. Clean up after them was good. Would use your service again.

My water heater was not working correctly. They came and diagnosed the issue, then presented me with options. I chose an option, and they were back the next day to complete the installation. They even credited the diagnostic fee to the overall cost of the work option I chose. 10/10 will call again when necessary.

Had to call 24 hours later for shower Still leaking and shower handleis coming out of socket that plumber worked on. Called to file complaint and 2 times cancellation for worker to come back! I have worked with mr. Rooter for many years and shocked to pay a morgage payout for woqrk incomplete. I was laid off work and have no money to go to another plumbing company. Very disappointed a supervisor or somebody else to come and fix problem for a dedicated customer.

My family and I moved into a 1974 ranch house two years ago. We've slowly been renovating the house, pouring a ton of time, dollars, and sweat equity into our home. What I thought to be a minor leak at a secondary cleanout turned out to be a massive repair that involved cutting the exterior home masonry to exposure failed pipe, remedying backed-up toilets and showers by clearing (hydro-scrubbing) every single line to the house, and installing main line cleanouts to remove all the gunk that causing such backups.Eddie Ryan is one of the most personable people I've ever met. He truly cares about your needs and concerns. He always took the time to walk me through the numerous questions I had regarding the multiple repairs needed. I now have a good working knowledge of the plumbing in my house thanks to Eddie. Everyone else that I met over the course of the repairs (a week!) were extremely polite and professional. Robert performed leak detection services and pinpointed the problems. He gave me his mobile number so that I could call him anytime to help answer questions, etc. The apprentice in training that worked with Eddie was a great guy and eager to learn. I was impressed how Eddie took this to heart and was educating him with hands on training throughout the repairs. I call this company to repair a water pipe in my yard the plumber give a estimate over $650 to fix a 36inch by 3/4 piece of pipe now i did all the digging( i told not to do it )my daughter told him that she would fix it because I am handicap so we want down to home depot and got all the parts here is the list of parts 1 3/4x36inch pipe $18.67 1 3/4 elbows $ 2.97. 1 3/4.x4inch brass nipple $10.76 1 female copper adapter $4.16 total price $36.56 with out tax 1hr to put it all together so for the plumber labor $613.44 for him to repair pipe in about 45mins this a ripoff I will never call them again I Had to give them 1 star to put review up there taking advantage of people in a crisis dont call them

Mr. Rooter is a great outfit. We had what I thought was a simple drainage pipe clog, but after Mr. Rooters thorough job we came to find out some of our drainage pipe was cracked and had roots growing in them. They came within 2 hours of me calling in about my issue. Their team is extremely professional, friendly and provide various repair options to choose from (depending on your financial flexibility). I highly recommend their outfit if you are having any plumbing issues.

My bathroom sink had clogged, which I couldn’t fix myself, so I called Mr. Rooter, and they had someone here in no time, even though it was Saturday.

Had a service call scheduled for 10 am. Dispatcher called at 07:45 and indicated he could send someone now if ok. Told him to come on. Frank arrived 45 minutes later got to work immediatedly and the drain was open and flowing 30 minutes later. Frank gave me directions to use a couple different products to use in the line to aid in eating sludge buildup in order to try and keep the line open. Frank was very professional and addressed the problem with knowledge and foresight. I had tried everything i could but the clog was unwavering. Thanks a bunch Frank!

Toilet was backed up and plumber came out on a Sunday within 2 hours of call to come fix the problem at a great price.

They were able to come out fairly quickly and was told FREE to come out for estimate and evaluation there but yet have to pay a $99 fee for it....not good communication at all from dispatch to technician.
Other than that, he did a good job.

Steve did a very professional job when working on my washer drain line. What started as a simple clearing job turned into finding that the existing line was a very poorly constructed line with thin wall tubing, no cleanouts, no significant drop (it had low spots too).We were offered a proper fix and decided to go with it. Glad we did because Steve and Justin did a wonderful job of the mechanical work and also keeping me informed on how things were going.Just can not say enough good stuff about these guys. They really earned their fee.

Mr. Rooter was the only service of four we called that could send a plumber to our home the next day. All others were a one to three week wait. The person who came to our house was incredible. Knowledgeable, competent, professional, and helped us save expense by determining how to fix the problem. He also arranged for us to get water detection within an hour of his being here which reassured us the water leak was not in the wall and had not moved under our flooring. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are awesome!!! Greeat sense of humor very personable I definitely give kudos to Kyle (Shaggy) and Ryan seeing Ryan and his cowboy hat that automatically made me realize that's a good dude. Had really cool modern equipment and they didn't try to soak me for money they were straight up told me like it was and the prices was very reasonable. Horrible customer service and complete ripped off if you haven't done your research.My parent heater's pilot light went out, and I called them to schedule a technician to check it out. An hour after the scheduled time, the technician no call no show. I called them back, and they told me the technician was not able to do a diagnose that day, have to re-schedule to next day.The next morning, the technician arrived my parent's house 10 minutes before I arrived, the technician show me two options to fix the problem. First option is to replace the gas valve on the heater, cost about $600, second option is replace the water heater, cost about $1800. The technician told me first option MAY fix the problem but not for sure. When I arrived my parent's house, I didn't see the technician doing any kind of diagnosis on the heater, he didn't even take it apart to check the real problem and he just show me the options to fix the problem without telling me what kind of test he did. Therefore, first option may fix the problem, and the second option will fix it for sure.I told him I have to think about it. After the technician left I did some research on the first option that may fix the problem, the part cost about $150. Compare to their estimated this is outrageous, and this estimate may or may not fix the problem. I contact another technician from other business, the technician fixed the problem and the cost is less than half of Mr. Rooters' technician first option estimated cost.

Our septic system went down on a Saturday. I called and someone was here within an hour. There were, at that time, multiple possibilities as to the cause. They clearly explained those and the cost to diagnose. Once they figured it out, they gave a firm price to repair. It involved digging up a portion of the grass, which was done with concern and care and put back to its original state. Although it took portions of 3 days, including a weekend, they were professional, courteous and always on time. The final cost was exactly what they said it would be which was a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

Had to have a complete home water line repipe done. Stephen was awesome was very patient and explained each phase of work to be done. If another company tries to give you a lower estimate than Mr. Rooter then the old saying you get what you pay for comes to mind. Not sure about the other techs at Mr Rooter but Stephen was awesome. Jake Devore came with a scope and found the blockage in our sewer pipe. Excellent customer service. Another crew power washed out 50 year old cast iron pipes to remove cast iron flacking that waste could catch on. During one of these two processes, the bottom of the clean out riser was broken. I spoke with Jake. He came back with: Mr Rooter quoted us $900 to fix something they broke. I have, politely, twice requested the manager to call me to discuss the matter with no success. I do not know what to do next. So disappointed.

My dad has dementia and had water leaking from his refrigerator and he called Mr. Rooter. Jaylyn came to my dad's house and went beyond his job to help any way he could. Everything except the septic tank itself needed to be replaced. It took several days and lots of digging but we were able to use the system throughout. All the workers were very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Martin and Wayne did most of the work; Jason came to help Mike and Elliot to diagnose the problem initially and explained what needed to be done. Martin and Wayne did a great job. I would highly recommend this company!

Had a clogged toilet effecting the whole plumbing system. Mr Rooter guys Frank and Matt came out and routed the system and then had the line power cleaned. The system works great now! The guys were very professional and thorough!

Who wants sludge in your pipes? I certainly didn't! I had a drainage block in both bathroom sinks and figured I would take full advantage of the Mr Rooter's Internet coupon. My problem was bigger than I had imagined! Thankfully, Mr Rooter sent out Mark Cook (with nearly 40 years of experience in the business) to take care of the problem. His supervisor, Robert William (with 15 years) joined him as we all looked to see what could be done. It was a long day for Mark, thanks to the way my vanity was installed - but he didn't stop until he was done. These folks are great! The work is done, my pipes are clean, and I won't need to worry about this issue for as long as I live! (And no, I'm not 95.) Big kudos to Mark and Robert for coming to my rescue! Five gold stars for them!!!!!

I was really impressed with how nice and punctual John was. Our faucet has been leaking for a few days. Mr Rooter sent a tech out within a few hours of my phone call. I will definitely use John again in the future!

Mr rooter is in the process of getting my leak repaired

Frank did a wonderful job with the repair. We had a broken water shut off valve which was constantly dripping. He was able to fix it very promptly and expertly.

Was given timeline of 4pm - 6pm. Nobody called telling us status. At 5:55pm called and they said they wanted to reschedule for morning. I asked that they come out as we had a tenant that was undergoing chemo, needed to be able to use toilet and they couldn't afford to stay in a hotel over night. They said they would be here by 7. Called at 6:54 and they again tried to reschedule for morning. I told the person on phone what I had said earlier. They said someone would be here by 8. Got a text from dispatcher at 7:00 with picture of a tech and contact number. Got another text at 7:05 saying Tech en route. Got text from dispatcher at 8:00 saying tech there but could not get into from front gate. In my initial call I had told them they needed to come to alley behind the complex to reach the clean out. I called an owner to alert the tech to drive to the back. Technicians were very polite and professional about what they were doing and what they found. Overall I wasn't happy with communication to us about actual time of arrival or that they were running late. Once they arrived was happy with the service.

Had a bad sewer pipe that was scoped out by Mr Rooter. The knowledgeable technician gave me a thorough explanation of my options. His estimate was considerably less then others I had received.The tech was not pushy and gave me low cost and higher cost options.Also, my experience with setting up the appointment was quite positive. The receptionist was clear, concise and polite. The tech arrived in the designated time frame and I received a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival.This was the second positive interaction with Mr Rooter is the past year.

I was unfortunate to have a clogged line at a rental property and dreaded the visit from the plumber. 99% of the time with my experience with them they end up leaving your house being paid more than they quoted over the phone. Mr. Rooter hired a gentleman that is a true professional and I couldn’t help but write this post.Soro arrived at my property in the time window I was told he would. He was clean, well groomed, and even had his shirt tucked in. He had the appearance that any company would be proud to have on their team. The drain that was clogged gave him a run for his money, and he worked endlessly for over an hour on the issue. While doing this, the cooling system for the house took a crap and it was hot as heck in the residence. Soro never complained, and kept professional during the whole nightmare.When I got the bill there were no hidden surprises and Soro even joked around about the difficult clog I had. Jose was amazing. Very patiently explained all of the aspects of what was happening and why. Even had a wonderful manner of not panicking us about the problems we were experiencing. Really appreciated him and his exceptional service. Jason was not as professional. Maybe he had burnt toast for breakfast. He was condescending and did not fully explain as to why we would spend $17,000.00 to upgrade our old plumbing with him. He scared us with having to use a saw on our floors to repair future problems. Mr. Rooter was great! Francisco and Miguel arrived on time and began taking care of the problem right away. They were polite and efficient. Every step they took was thoroughly explained to us. The charges were also explained before any work was done and again after the work was completed. They also explained that the work was covered for 30 days, so if we had the same problem again within 30 days it would be a covered repair for free. That's integrity.

Steve Sollenberger was our technician and did a good job. He had some trouble but persisted in finding our problem and fixing it. He is very personable and showed us better ways to treat our waste system.

We had a plumber from Mr. Rooter come out to do an estimate the other day.We had a few minor issues and they advertised free estimatesThat we could accept or reject before they did the work. Fair enough. That sounded good.They guy couldn't fix out kitchen sink fixture because it was old and he did not have the parts to fix it. He recommended we replace the entire fixture.Next he recommended we replace a pressure value regulator ... ForA mere $850. Unless we did, we were going to have serious problems throughout the house that could eventually cost us thousands of dollars. Scary!!!All together the work he was recommending would have cost us. Around $1,500.00. He even helpfully let us know that financing was available.We declined. He offered a $50 today only coupon. NO thanks.Then he offered a senior discount. No thanks.After he left, we researched on Google. All of the reputable sites listed our water pressure as within normal limits, NOT needing what he told us was an URGENT need to replace. What he said was simply not true.The various upsells and increasing discounts each time we said no felt slimy and unscrupulous.I can imagine lots of seniors and other vulnerable people being taken advantage of by these guys.Whatever you do, do NOT use these guys ...Unless, of course, you want to be ripped off.Follow up: the next day we called an honest, licensed and bonded plumber with years of experience. He repaired our two drips.His total charge: $112.00With a $1,400 difference in pricing, I recommend Mr. Rooter change their name to Mr. RIpoff.By the way I kept both invoices from the two plumbers for verification.

If you ever need a plumber DO NOT USE Mr. Rooter. They are the most dishonest Plumbers. The smallest of issues will turn into thousands of dollars worth of repairs, and they will not ever honor their warranties!

Unfortunately my experience was awful ☹️ my water fountain and 2 very special statue's where broken, at first they offered 100$ which I felt was an insult, the fountain alone was worth at least 400$ and 100 each for my statue's 😢, then they said 250 was the best they can do, so sad😔 anyone who ask about a plumber the first thing I will say is absolutely do not use Mr, Rooter🤬😡😠

Mr. Rooter is great. The service tech that visited was super helpful, fixed my problem, and also worked up some quotes for additional service I am considering getting done. I'm definitely going with Mr. Rooter again next time I need help with my drains.

On November 6th, we had Mr. Rooter come give us an estimate to fix a leak in our bathtub. Charles Zimmerman, the crew chief, told us it would be $7000 for the entire thing. When we told him that the price seemed high and we wanted to think about it, he said not to because insurance companies don't like it if you wait. Mold can set in and we could lose our settlement if we didn't act quickly enough. We fell for it since we didn't want to lose the insurance settlement, and we signed the contract. Charles helped us call our insurance company and file a claim. Then, Charles had us sign up for a credit card to front them the money. He promised that our insurance company would reimburse us for the bill. Again, we fell for it. Our credit limit was $8400. They quickly demolished our bathroom, fixed the leak, and put a new tub in, and handed us a invoice for $8400. They did not replace the missing tile, paint, flooring, etc. This is NOT what we were expecting. The job took less than 20 hours. Apparently, there had been some extra work that they needed to do that we would need to pay for - like a $600 access panel! Apparently, the new tile, paint, drywall, and flooring were not included in the original estimate. We refused to pay them that amount and Charles threatened to have a pre-lein put on our house. We never said we wouldn't pay. All we wanted was an invoice that broke down the repair work into labor and material costs. We wanted a justification for the bill. We reached out SEVEN times to Cory Harding, the operations manager for the Tucson branch, and filed a complaint with the BBB before he returned our call. After speaking to others in this field, it was clear to us that Mr. Rooter DRASTICALLY inflated their prices. When we finally met with Cory Harding he agreed that we had been over charged and lowered our bill from $8400 to $2278. While we are very happy that the situation has been corrected, I wonder how many other people have been over charged by Mr. Rooter and haven't fought for a fair and honest price. I hope that Charles Zimmerman, the crew chief who charged us $6200 more than necessary, has received some sort of disciplinary action.I also want to point out that the three main Mr. Rooter employees we worked with regarding this issue have all written 5-star Google reviews for Mr. Rooter - Tucson. That seems dishonest to me. Scroll down and you will see glowing reviews written by Cory Harding and Charles Zimmerman. How many other reviews on here have been written by Mr. Rooter employees?

Our technician, Stephen, arrived precisely on-time, was very professional, friendly and reassuring that whatever the problem he was prepared to resolve it. He scoped the line, found the problem and outline the steps to fix it. Ste[hen worked 7 hours to complete the repair with only a 10 minute break for lunch. Each step of the journey was documented with pictures and additional information to help prevent a re-occurrence in the future. The price to repair was given up-front and did not change. The cleanup left no signed there was ever a repair. We could not be more happy with Stephen and Mr. Rooter. Very highly recommended.

James and Jay were both very personable and professional. I felt they were honest which is hard to come by nowadays and fair. Should we need more plumbing service Mike T and Mr Rooter are on top of our list

I had a main sewer line that was backed up and tried to call other plumbers out but the wait time was gonna be four hours out and Mr. Rooter was able to come out with in the hour. Michael Thomas was very polite and knowledgeable and assured me that he would be able to take care of the problem and gave me plenty of options and awesome warranties. I am very satisfied with how quick they were able to come out and take care of my plumbing issue. I am a Mr. Rooter customer for life and will be telling all my friends and family about how great they are.

I had a simple plumbing issue. Not only did they not identify it correctly, they didn't fix the problem. I was displaced from my home for 2 months, and returned to the same problem. I spent thousands out of my pocket, in addition to an insurance claim, and they never fixed the issue. Everytime I called them out to fix the problem, they wanted more money from me. Finally after threatening to report them to the plumbing board, they said they would refund my money. They never did. It's been months now, and tge refund they promised still has not arrived. Rob, the manager won't return my calls. This place is about as unprofessional as they come. Steer clear of them.

Called late at night and lady answered me immediately and set my service up 1st thing in the morning. Technician came advised me what needs to be repair and also suggested that water heater was leaking and it wasn't up to code. Showed me pics and set up to come and fix everything up to code. I needed a repair on a cracked pipe. Service was quick for the Christmas holiday. However, they quoted the job for $600, which is absurd. I hired another plumber who fixed it in 20 minutes for $75. It is possible the high quote was due to the busy holiday season, but it was so high that I felt like I was being ripped off. I saw good reviews for this plumber online but was disappointed.

These folks are Fast and Good! Peter at dispatch had a plumber Jose out to our place in 30 minutes, on a Sunday! All quotes were right up front and they were super knowledgeable about the problem, even brought a supervisor Jason in to help. Definitely calling these folks next time.

Mr. Rooter showed up on time for my toilet exchange. The toilet was still in the box and all necessary parts were inside. The mounting flange was rusted and needed to be changed. Mr. Rooter did not have a spare in his van because it was late he would not be able to get the necessary part until the following morning. Again he arrived a the scheduled time, replaced the flange and mounted the toilet. Soon he was through and on his way. Mr. Rooter did not charge extra for the new flange and apologized for not having a spare in his van. Will use him again soon for a kitchen faucet.

Today I had my bathroom foset replaced with new, by employee, Jake Devore. I believe he is the best plumber I ever had; He was very friendly, thorough, fast and expertly completed the work. I will use him again

My daughter flushed a toy down the toilet. They used an AUGER down the toilet but the auger scratched the toilet bowl. Not too happy about all the scratch marks.Otherwise, great service.

Terrible experience. First technician was a very nice guy. But did not have tools to complete the temporary repair. Had to loan sockets to tighten the clamp which he had to go and get. Then could not run a temporary line as he had left his temp. line on another job.For two days did not show up at all. No call. So I called to see where they were and was told that a Manager would call back. No one ever did except to collect money. When they did show up, there was no call to say they were on the way. When they left, nothing said. Found that you cannot call this company locally. When you call you are calling Colorado. No local support.Was told by the original technician the emergency service would be applied to and taken off the final bill. It was not. I overheard the manager tell him the clamp would be taken off and reused for another job.However the real issue is that for three days they left a large pile of cement right in front of the door. Blocks they had jack hammered up.The person there is a 90 year old person. She had to get out to get her newspaper daily. If that were not enough, the same they left the chairs that are normally to the side of the front door right in front of the door. Not once but two separate days. The had specific instructions to not ring the door bell or disturb the tenant. So they rang the door bell and questioned her.They tied up a bush to keep it out of their way I presume. The bush is still tied up. They finished days ago.

They were very timely, communicated well, and were incredibly honest. Our representative, Jake Devore, quickly found the solution and educated us on how to avoid the issue in the future. He did this without insulting us as it was a silly issue on our end. Friendly and professional and timely! You can't go wrong. We will certainly use them in the future! Give that guy a raise!

Leaky pipe on a Holiday….what a nightmare to find a plumber… they responded immediately and sent James out within 30 minutes…he fixed and solved the problem

Outstanding service. I had a a drainage issue, saw their special $57.95 and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. From the initial phone call to problem solved that same day, within hours.Special kudos to Orlando Zepeda, the responding tech. He was totally professional, courteous and all business. On 2/15/22 we found that our water heater had sadly expired and we had to say goodbye. We called Mr Rooter and they sent a service tech over in a timely manner. James arrived & assessed our situation quickly. He was great speaking with my 96 yr old Grandmother. We agreed on a plan and the next morning the two servicemen (Gabe & Steve) arrived to install our new water heater & on a moments notice also replaced a bathroom faucet. These two guys were absolutely awesome. They were so professional yet talked in a way that made Grandmother again feel confident and safe in what was being done & why. She's been taken advantage of by several different businesses. She is leary & skeptical of everyone. The whole experience could not have gone any better. They made bad situation so much easier to handle. That kind of peace of mind for her is SO appreciated & important to us. I am so glad we called Mr Rooter. They ARE our go to place from now on. I was afforded a senior discount that helped ease the blow of a high repair bill. Rick explained the reasons for the costs in terms a non plumber could understand.

They had uninstalled a toilet for us in order to fix the plumbing. Although the plumbing was fixed, they had re-installed the toilet on incorrectly which caused more leakage. Although we knew where the problem was and it should have been a quick fix, when I requested that they return to fix the new leakage due to incorrect installation, they refused and said we would have to pay almost $300 to get it fixed even though the problem end up taking less than $10 and less than 30 min to fix. We ended up fixing it ourselves, but it is frustrating to have already paid almost $3000 for the plumbing and for them to refuse to fix a problem that they caused. We definitely wouldn't recommend their kind of service to anyone else.

Great company! Gerardo Rene came out on Thanksgiving after a previous plumbing company flooded our house and left. He fixed all of our problems quickly and thoroughly, and gave us a great rate, especially considering its a holiday! I hope we never need a plumber again, but if we do we will call Mr. Rooter right away, and we will request the same guy.

My experience with Mr. ROOTER was extremely disheartening! They were paid over $3000 to access and repair an old pipe so my bathroom sink would drain. It was a painstaking process.So, when their repair was supposedly complete, I had my contractor remodel my bathroom. The contractor enlarged my shower, tiled it and the bathroom floor, painted, put in a new sink and cabinets. It is beautiful!My family and I returned home after spending 5 weeks in temporary accommodations. We were so happy to finally be home.Two days being home we noticed the bathroom sink wasn't draining properly. I called the contractor who came out to check it and was told to call the plumber back, something wasn't right.I did call Mr. Rooter back. When they scoped the pipe again (the other direction, under the foundation of my bathroom, which I'm pretty sure should have been done as part of their original work) I was told they couldn't get farther than 2 feet, there was another breech in my pipe. Now, I have a beautiful newly remodeled bathroom sitting on top of a broken pipe in the foundation. The sink can't be used, you can't wash your hands or brush your teeth and our house has only one bathroom!Mr. ROOTER quoted me a price of $3500 to go back in, bypass all the work that's been done, and connected the sink drain to the sewer somehow through the wall and floor behind my toliet. This price didn't include re-setting tile behind the toliet.A couple of people who were with Mr. ROOTER when my project started have left the company but I was told, if the pipe in question had been scoped both ways to begin with I more than likely would have a working sink in my bathroom today.Beware TUCSON, beware of negligence, intentional or not with Mr. ROOTER PLUMBING .

Ryan came same afternoon and I was assured by phone there would be no charge for an estimate regardless of whether or not I chose to use their services. (THAT was refreshing)He did the repair quickly and reasonably. Gave me the option of a more expensive repair/replacement but was more than willing to do a patch job that should be just fine until I am ready to do more.I will definitely be using him when that time comes.

I am so thouroughly impressed with this company! Shawn & Chris came first, & explained every detail of what they needed to do, & how, & kept us informed every step along the way! Then Mikey came, & rootered out all of the roots that had broken & filled the pipes in areas, that caused the original indoor plumbing issues! Next day, Jay & Steven came & prepped everything & dug up all of the old cracked & caved in 4 cast iron pipe, from the entire way around this 1940 house, & replaced it with 4 PVC, then Mike, Able, & Zach came back & shot a liner into all the pipes!That was about a 5 hr project! Then, Jay & Steven, who are incredibly hard workers in full sun, reburied all of the new Pipe, & left everything looking way better than it did when they originally got here! They raked, they swept the front porch, all of the driveway, the sidewalk out in front of the wall, where they had all parked, & they even hosed off all of the door mats to make sure there was no sign they'd ever been here!! These guys were all so incredibly Knowledgable, Polite, Kind, & professional! They all arrived in uniform shirts, so I knew they were who they said they were, & did it all for half of what Rooter Ranger's bid was!All in All, they replaced all of the 40 yr plus outdoor pipes, removed roots first, so I could have plumbing while they did all the other work, & did an impeccable job! I have already told 7 friends about them, ,& plan to post on my personal & Bus. fb pages!I'm Soooo Happy with the job these guys did! Thank you so much Mr. Rooter!

Gerardo (with Mr. Rooter) was extremely helpful, when my wife and I had a huge plumbing emergency on thanksgiving most plumbing companies would not come to help (presidio plumbing came but made the problem worst). Gerardo (with Mr. Rooter) arrived quickly and solved not only the problems caused by the other company but all the plumbing issues in the house faster than I would of thought possible and at a very inexpensive rate. A curteous and helpful expert who took the time to rush out on a holiday, I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again... somebody give this guy a raise!!!

Jose L did a great job clearing the drain for our whole house late at night on February 20, and came back the next day to follow up with a camera to detect overall problems with our very old pipes. Mr. Rooter responded quickly in sending Jose and Jose analyzed and fixed the problem quickly and competently and was a very pleasant person to deal with.

On a Sunday (of course) our shower would not turn off. It was going full blast at high heat. Hubby removed the handle--obvious it was a valve problem. We called Mr Rooter for the first time. They had someone here within the hour, they didn't charge an emergency fee. He even had to go get a part and didn't charge for that time either. Fair pricing, great service, very impressive young man. We will definitely use Mr Rooter from now on. Thanks for coming to the rescue!

The crews from Roto Rooter have gone above and beyond expectations in getting work done. They came out on a Sunday originally and found major problems with the sewer line. They have spent almost 3 weeks working over weekends and holidays sometimes. They kept me informed of what they were doing, what they planned, and what needed to be done at every step.Special credit goes Elton and Chris, but everyone in the crew was pleasant and efficient. I have a lot of confidence that Elton knows the ins and outs of Plumbing.Initially I was a little skeptical about Roto Rooter because often the national names just do the minimum work with crews that seem to have minimal training. I ended up at Roto Rooter because I needed help on a Sunday night when family was coming that day. They sent someone right out and have been very diligent in doing the work that needed to be done. I don’t know if the office here is locally owned but I felt like I was doing business with a hometown company and people who have been in the business a while.I would wholeheartedly recommend ROTORooter For any plumbing or sewer connection problems.

We had a sewer line plug up in our front yard & called Mr. Rooter. The technician, Justin Chilton, was here within about an hour. He quickly located the problem & got to work fixing it. This involved a lot of digging in hot weather plus hard ground, some big rocks & tree roots. Justin was very professional & polite, plus explained in laymen terms the situation we were facing. Some additional digging beneath sidewalk was also required to replace faulty pipe. In total he & assistants worked 4 days including a Saturday. I never heard a complaint about the heat or the hard ground & every time I checked to see how things were going Justin patiently explained their progress. This was greatly appreciated. When they finished, the yard showed no sign of repair having been done. I wouldn't hesitate to get Mr. Rooter out again if another problem were to develop & I would insist on Justin. He is a valuable employee for the company.

My Father Gilbert Castro was very grateful and appreciative of the work done by several employees on our “plumbing problem”. The employee’s included: Jose, Damian, Bobby, Jake Devore, Mike, and Jason. Everyone was kind, very professional, honest and they knew what they were doing. We would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing problem that they may be dealing with. (If we forgot any of the guys..please forgive us.)

It took 3 days and 6 phone calls to get the service scheduled. We rent and the home owners had to call in an approve the service, which they did the evening before we were scheduled for, but apparently that was never documented on our record because the technician showed up without the approval that was called in and refused to look at our shower drain without the homeowners approval. We had to call the guy we rent from while he was at work to have him approve the service again. That was the second time information wasn't conveyed/ documented. I missed the initial call notifying me that the technician was available and confirming that I was at home (I was in a meeting and couldn't answer). I called back about 15 minutes later and confirmed everything and was told the technician was on their way. An hour later I received another call from a woman named Rochelle asking if I was available so that she could schedule the technician. The technician actually showed up 3 hours after the first phone call saying they were on their way... The whole thing was unbelievably disorganized and I won't be using this service again.

We called for a major leak and they said they would send someone out between 8-10pm. We got a text at 7:15pm with a picture of the technician stating he was on his way. He never showed. We called at 10:15pm to follow up and they said they would call dispatch to find out what happened. They never called back. We had to call and cancel the appt. Needless to say we moved onto another plumber who was very reliable. This was our first and last experience with Mr. Rooter

They arrived at my house when they said they would (they were actually early), and when the guy who came out needed help, he called in the more experienced guys who came out and helped him. They gave me very clear options and were patient with my questions. They didn't push me in any particular direction, and best of all, they were able to fix the problem!

They started to work promptly,but then left my yard tore up for a week, with absolutely no contact. When I called them for info, it took 6 days to get back to me with any information.they cut twice as much of my driveway as they said they would, leaving me twice the finish work, and charged over $400 an hour of actual work, for 2 employees to work for 12 hours. Not a good experience.

James came out listened to what I did prior to his arrival and was able to clear the main in 5 min.

I was about to give a 4-star rating because a technician didn't arrive at all in the time slot I was told or in the same day for that matter but I got a call the next morning apologizing for that no show and Samantha said they could have someone out to me in an hour or so of that phone call. A technician did arrive within about 45 mins from that call. Jacob was very polite, personable, professional, knew exactly what to do, gave us options, and was very quick even with having to run out to buy a part. Because of that in-home service, I gave a 5-star and will definitely use Mr. Rooter again if needed despite the initial scheduling mishap.

Beyond terrible experience. Our hot water tank died on a Saturday evening. Called Mr. Rooter, they came out to inspect. Agreed to replace hot water heater the next morning and was told they would contact us by 9 a.m. to begin work. Paid them $299. Never called. I had to call and was told a dispatcher would be contacting me. Never called back again. I called after waiting for 2 hours and was told a dispatcher would be giving me a call. Never called back again. Finally at 12:30 p.m. I called to cancel my “appointment” and requested a refund. All they did was take a few pictures the previous evening. Beyond disappointed to be treated in this manner and given false/empty promises. Especially with a timeline. Was also told it would take 7-10 days to get said refund and they would make sure the supervisors were aware of the issue.

I had work done to get my septic system working properly again, however the work was not completed according to the $8,000 invoice I paid. I had to call another company and spent an additional $5,500 to complete what Mr. Rooter didn't do. Mr. Rooter told me to complete the job it was going to cost me an additional $9,000 to $12,000 more. Totally unacceptable. I'm a senior citizen and feel scammed. This has been going on since the beginning of July and my calls and texts have been ignored by the man I was told to talk to, Robert Martinez. Next call will be to my lawyer. I will be telling people to stay away from this company. I may change this review after I receive a refund for services that were not completed.

We had Mr Rooter do entire new plumbing in our house after having a root issue with copper pipes! They were more pricey then a couple other companies in town but we wanted this job done correctly. We would highly reccomend them! Jr and his partner did a fantastic job and took their time to make sure everything was right and always explained any step we had questions about! Thank you guys!!!

Called Friday late afternoon due to a broken main water line. The technician was out with an hour, hooked up a hose so that we had water to the house and scheduled repair for that Monday. Carlos and Dakota came on time Monday and finished by Wednesday. Very professional, courteous and flexible due to having dogs that needed the back yard at times. Once done, they left everything as it looked before. Excellent work Carlos and Dakota!

Cesar Lopez was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained his findings and the ways needed to correct the problem. He made sure everything was returned to it's proper place and that the working areas were left clean.
His supervisor, Chris, was equally friendly and knowledgeable.

Mike arrived at my residence and did not waste anytime on resolving the problem. His deamnor was above reapproch. Within minutes he had in-clogged my bath tub.

Extremely prompt appt. setting. They had Otus here within 45 minutes to survey my problem and give me a quote. When I said yes, he promptly went to work to replace my washer faucet bibs. A little pricey but done quickly and efficiently.

Cesar arrived on time, understood what needed done, and gave an estimate. I accepted. Because I had another appointment that would have overlapped the time estimate Cesar gave me he agreed to come back after my appointment but before he left he made the fix that was needed. He returned at the agreed time and made the updates that I requested again in the estimated time he initially gave. Cesar was courteous and professional during the entire time and very willing to answer all of my questions. I have been dealing with Mr. Rooter Tucson for the last three years and have always been happy with the cost and professional service. Cesar met all of my expectations.

I was very disappointed by this company . I specifically told the person who booked my appt that I need a camera scope of the situation. So the technician that showed up looked around listened to my complaint then left said someone would contact me. So the supervisor with the camera called at 5:30 and told me he’d be at my home around 9am. I waited until noon with no call or any contact. I had to run errands then about 2:30 someone called and said they could come in an hour. I said forget it I didn’t want to deal with a company that didn’t think my problem was import enough to even give me a call and let me know that the tech was gonna be later.Won’t call them again

Rip off artists! They came out and found a problem and made it sound so severe and urgent we dumped 4 grand to fix it. It wasn't even the problem! Then they wanted to charge to fix the original issue! Do not use these guys. Get a plumber who works for himself. Don't don't don't get swindled too

Jay, Martin, Matt and Rob were all very professional. They were always in touch with me on the project. They called before they arrived, went to lunch and left fo the day. They explained the entire project thoroughly and answered all questions professionally.

I called on a Saturday night and was given an appointment of between 9-11 the next morning. Promptly at 9 I received a call saying that the technician would be there at 9:30 and he was! He completed the job quickly and well and I was offered a free sewer line inspection on Monday. The charge was exactly as advertised. I have used this company in the past and have always been really pleased.

They offered a $95 sewer cleaning without a guarantee. I've never had a problem after a cleaning before, but 23 days later, my sewer backed up again.

Had a problem with water softener called and plumber arrived same day however he took a look at softener and proceeded to tell me that the gears were stripped without plugging it in I noticed the gears were turning when it was plugged in he then told me it was shot and needed to be replaced at a cost of $5500 when I asked if I could purchase a unit somewhere else and have them install it the price for installation was $1291 if he had done any troubleshooting he would have found out the problem was a $20 switch

I had a broken bathtub handle, turned off the water outside, but the water was still running(slowly). The water was hot so was emptying my water tank. Called Mr Rooter and they were at my house within 2 hours and were quickly able to diagnose the problem and able to turn the water off to that bathtub. I had to buy a part before it could be totally fixed but it was easy to schedule with Rene, my service man, to come back and complete the job. Rene was very professional and was respectful entering my home ( even put on booties so he did not track in any dirt). I appreciated the fast service and professionalism of Mr Rooter. They also called me a couple of times before Rene arrived to keep me updated as to when the serviceman would arrive. Would definitely recommend them to others.

The guy showed up and wanted to push back with me about what size the damaged pipe was (which I verified he was wrong about) but not before clearly telling me I had a serious issue that would be $1,200 to fix. He was nice enough to tell me that he would do it for $500. Gee thanks buddy. Had several estimates done and got a very reputable business to do it for $199. Neighbors also said they would never go to Mr. Rooter due to outrageous quotes.

Shower faucet wasn’t shutting off, so we called our usual local go to plumbers. They didn’t answer right away, so we called Mr. Rooter in a panic. Bad decision. Although Junior, Dan, and Jay were friendly and professional, we were charged $501 for them to replace a cartridge. That’s unbelievably overpriced. I had my usual plumber over to see if they could fix another issue and they said they would have charged no more than $200. $160 for the service call and whatever the cartridge costs (they aren’t expensive). I feel like we have been taken advantage of. I’m angry. I really regret using Mr. Rooter and will NEVER call them again.

Steve is great. He responded almost immediately when I found that the dirt over my sewer pipe was sinking. I reminded him that he wasn't the one who filled it in. He went right to work and filled it in. I am very pleased with him and his work.

We called in the morning to have the inner workings of our toilet tank replaced. A scheduler called back within 15 minutes and scheduled a service visit for later in the day. A couple of hours later, we were called to say the technician was free and could come now, if convenient.The technician, came out a short time later, was fully prepared with all materials and did the job in less than 20 minutes. He was respectful of Covid 19 precautions , courteous and thorough.The price was fair and we will use Mr. Rooter again.

I called 3 companies; Mr. Rooter was the last one I called. Compared to the other two, even the initial phone call, Mr. Rooter stood above the rest in professionalism. Company 1: answered the phone but couldn’t help me. He took my information and said someone would call me back to do the scheduling. Company 2: Recorded message took my information, plus my phone number so someone would return my call. Mr. Rooter: initial call was friendly and warm and I gave information and, received a call back when they said I would regarding when a tech would be able to help me the same day I called. Hector arrived (within the time window given) and immediately covered his shoes (good move) respecting my house. Company 1 called while Mr. Rooter was here taking care of my problem. You snooze, you lose—they did! Company 2 never called me to date! Overall, I would not hesitate to use Mr. Rooter Plumbing again.

Had 2 workers come to make repair on 10/17. Took all day without water, but they installed new pex pipe service line, plus new cut off valve andmade sure I had water supply. Restored landscaping and field manager returned early 10/18 to check area and get paid. I am satisfied with relationship!!! Mr. Rooter has pictures of work forPermits!!

Some jobs are having to deal with 60 yr old house, so clay main drain, cast iron under-slab drains, iron water pipes etc. These guys are on time, they systematically go thru the steps to discover the problem, work toward a solution, and they always solve the problem. They don't stop until the issue is fixed. They leave everything clean. I'll have them back again for this old house.

I called several companies and this one was the first to respond and in a timely manner. We had an emergency brewing and all our plumbing was unusable. Eddie and Robert responded and did a fantastic job. There were professional and knowledgeable and stayed until the job was completed. They explained each procedure that needed to be done. I also used a coupon which lessened the cost. I was informed every step of the way and Eddie stayed until 8:00PM to make sure the job was finished. He even offered to return the next day if we were not satisfied with the grating. Very pleasant experience considering the job was an emergency. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience was nothing less than exceptional! Every single person who worked on the repair was courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and informative. The leak, at 44 gallons an hour, was under the driveway between the main and the house so the water had to be turned off completely. They responded quickly, put in a new line and cleaned up as though nothing had happened. I highly recommend them.

Horrible! What a bunch of scam artists. James knew that I was out of town and convinced me over the phone that I needed over $1700 in repairs to excavate a broken pipe and to repair a water leak. He stated it would be hours of labor and extensive supplies. I paid half as a down payment. James and Wayne were unaware that all of their movements were picked up on security cameras. James was on site for exactly 60 minutes researching the problem. Wayne was on site the next day to fix the problem for 15 minutes. And according to James he only spent $20 in supplies. James called me to offer a discount from the $1,700 quote, now a total $1,012 dollars. That comes to just under $800 per hour of labor + supplies. Beware of this company they are set up to rob you from the first phone call.

The guys were awesome but the price seemed extraordinarily high. It only took and hour and the parts did not cost that much. I don't mind paying for your expertise but $800 an hour seems a bit much. I felt it was high but wanted the toilet fixed, but after talking to my friend who had a lot of plumbing work done recently and only paid $1200 now I know this was high. I agreed to it though so my fault.

They came out same afternoon and attempted to unclog our tub DRAIN with no luck. Did not charge for that but located my septic tank for us and the charge for that was very responsible. Thanks go to John and Jake for their excellent service. UPDATE: Over the weekend I dug up were they said my septic tank was and it wasn't, so Monday I called and they had John call me back and he said that he would be back out Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. Haven't seen him yet and it's now Thursday, getting ready to file with BBB they ripped me for $100.00.

This was our first time having to call a company for our plumbing and they were AMAZING. Jacob came on a late night call and helped us out. He was very thorough and took the time to explain to us what was going on. He didn't leave/accept payment until after the job was done and made sure we no longer had a problem with our clogged pipe. Devin was wonderful! I put too much in the garbage disposal without water running and plugged up the pipes that drained it. It chopped up everything but then water was shooting out when I turned on the disposal and it would not drain!I called the next morning at 7:30 am and he was here by 10! He evaluated the problem, gave me the quote of $95 and got to work. He was super friendly, professional and efficient. He cleaned the pipes out, mopped up everything when the drain was opened and put it back together within one hour.I was really embarrassed that I did this but he was so kind. Excellent service, friendly though a little pressure on the sale, it's not a bad thing and I'm glade that the technician was able to explain clearly the pros and cons of doing more than just snaking the line. I personally feel it is important that if a technician senses or believes the need to do more, that they are able to explain why and give options, if available, to fix the problem. It is also important for the Tech to listen to the client and be able to recommend options that fit the client's needs. My 4 year old grandson flushed a toy down the toilet which caused the toilet to overfill. The toy was stuck in a position where it was blocking things from flushing down and we were not able to see the toy. I was grateful when Plumber Jesus Gallegos came to our rescue in such a short notice. I was also happy to learn that they service the Vail area. He was friendly, efficient, and quick. Jesus explained everything during the unclogging process and after what seemed like a few minutes he pulled out the culprit, a yellow and green dinosaur! Our home is back in working order. Thank you Jesus!

Short story: Robert (manager) eventually got the job done well. But the whole experience was terrible, so 3 stars is the best I can give. Hopefully they fix the communication problems we encountered and you have a better experience than we did.Details: Called on Sunday, given 3-5pm window. By 7pm they’d called twice to delay. Finally rescheduled to first thing on Monday. Over an hour past the given time, I called to see if they were still coming. Told within the hour. Over an hour later Chris S. finally arrived.He said the job we asked him to do wasn't an option (snake the pipe), the only options cost literally 10 times what dispatch quoted, and there was nothing he could do unless he had access to a cleanout in the front yard. Disappointing!But you have to have plumbing, so the grandkids got out shovels and dug up the pipe in less than 1hr. Chris S came back, with Joe (camera inspector) and a man running the hydro cleanout. An exposed section of pipe needed replacing; we agreed to the new quote & they started the cleanout. Joe said he'd be back to inspect the pipe tomorrow, Chris S. began removing the damaged pipe. He was unable to complete the work that day, so he left everything exposed (but usable) overnight. I wouldn’t be there the next day, so I asked Chris S. to call me when he arrived.Shortly after he left, the drains backed up & air came up through the toilet bowls. We called dispatch to see what to do, were told Chris would call us right back. He never called. Backup remained all night. He also never called when he showed up the next morning. I called dispatch twice, they said he would call me. After my 2nd call Joe replied (not Chris S.) and said they had done more work (before calling me) and had more recommendations.We declined more services, as the new pipe was properly installed and the line fully cleaned. Chris S. never called me when the work was completed; I finally sent someone over to the house to check on it! Chris was gone, so they waited most of the day for him to come back for payment. He never came back!Two days later, no call no show from Chris. Someone from dispatch called to collect payment. We hadn't gotten a receipt or any verification of the work, guarantee, or charges, so we asked where we could go in person. I had someone go down to pay. No receipt was given at time of payment! When I found out, I called the office again; told it had been emailed. It hadn't. I called again. They sent an email, but only a statement of final charges, no details or warranty.I returned to discover the pipes exposed in the front lawn! I called to see if they could be lowered into the ground. Was told a message would be sent to Chris S. I told them he had never, during this whole process, ever called me back any of the times I'd called him, so if I didn’t hear from him that night I'd be dropping by their office in person.I got a call right back - from a guy in Vegas asking if he could help! I repeated what I already said to the dispatcher; this guy said he'd have Chris S. get right back to me. Surprise, Chris S. called 2 minutes later, said he would check about the pipe in the morning and call me first thing. He also claimed he was never given ANY of my messages! So either he or the dispatchers were lying about messages. Totally unacceptable.Once again, Chris S. never called! So I did go down to the office; secretary got Chris S. on the phone with her, asked if he knew me. I could hear him reply, Yes, I was supposed to call her this morning.” She asked, “Why didn’t you? She’s standing here.” And it got real quiet.Robert (manager) then came out. He gave me his word the work would be done right, by tomorrow. Got me a real receipt. Did the work himself the next day. Chris S. was nice, but the utter failure of communication was unacceptable and caused a lot of stress & extra work for my family. The actual plumbing work was good and when Robert was finished we were happy with the outcome of the work. I appreciate Robert, and I hope he gets the communication issues there resolved.

My wife called Mr. Rooter, as our toilets were backed up. The call was for a free estimate, as advertised on their website. My wife let the attendant know that we have a septic tank, and wanted to be assured that Mr. Rooter works with potential septic issues. The attendant said that they Mr. Rooter did.Joe and Hector came out to our home from Mr. Rooter. Joe did some work utilizing an underground camera. Joe said that we required a septic tank rehab at a minimum price of $6,200. He also said that the price likely could top $20,000...and pressured my wife to sign so that they could start immediately.My wife said that $6,200 seemed very high, and we were going to seek another estimate. Joe said that she had to pay $300 for the supposed free estimate from him for the 10 minutes of camera work he did. Unfortunately, my wife did pay the $300...but later cancelled the check before it was cashed.The next day, my wife had another service come out. They said all that was needed was an emptying of the tank and a cleaning of the filters. No rehab project. No $6,200. No $20,000. The total cost from this service provider was $450.Obviously, Joe is a scam artist. He spends 10 minutes on his camera, and comes up with a bogus diagnosis in an attempt to bilk the customer. Then, he attempts to pressure the customer to make an immediate decision. Then, when Joe fails to get the customer to sign off immediately, he demands $300 for a so-called free estimate.Joe is giving Mr. Rooter a bad name. He is a scum bag whose tactics and ethics are despicable.

I was very impressed with Mr. Rooter. The technician (Olando) was knowledgeable, personable, and a fine representative of the company. I will for sure use Mr. Rooter again. I will be asking for Orlando to be technician.

Couldn't be happier with the service we received. The plumbing rep came to our office with a mask (thank you) and was extremely professional explaining everything in detail before the work even begun. I had a major septic tank problem and we were completely down. I called one plumber and they weren't capable of fixing it but charged me their full repair cost for general repair anyway, so I called a second plumber and they couldn't show up on time - twice. Then I called Mr. Rooter and not only did they show up on time, they showed up with a team that was prepared and they got to work right away. Keep in mind at that time none of us knew what the entire problem was, but somehow they were already prepared for it. They got to work right away and had it fixed that morning(on a Sunday btw). And it was a big project with digging and underground pipe installation. I thought the price was very fair and they were professional, courteous, friendly, efficient. I am so grateful to them. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Skip the rest and go straight to the best.

We had our main sewer line back up into our shower on a Sunday. After calling many 24/7 plumbing companies with no calls back, we called Mr Rooter. They got a technician out here within the hour! Only called the office, but they were extremely professional and very helpful.

I had great expectations but I paid $125 for a diagnostic and an attempt to clear a clean out valve which I was told was totally clear. The techs stated that I needed a sump pump to pump out my backed up drain. The following day, I installed a pump, only to find that the clean out valve that I was told was dry and totally clear, was actually totally clogged.I had another company come out and they cleared the drain at half the price I was originally quoted by Mr Rooter. I hate writing bad reviews, but facts are facts. I am a business owner. When I don’t FIX things, I don’t get paid...period!

Bruce called me to let me know that he could come early. When there is a plumbing emergency, that is always fantastic. This was a same day call, on a weekend also!Bruce was both professional and friendly. They are not the cheapest in town, but they are definitely reasonable and competitive.

After setting up an appointment nobody showed up with no reason or apology. I reset up for the next day. The $49 online price is a lie as the plumber who did finally show said to touch it at all would start at over $200. (This is the kitchen sink not draining) when I said never mind even the plumber gave me the name of a better company in town who fixed the problem for $47.

Rene and Arturo did an excellent job under verydifficult conditions to remove a sewer pipe cloggedwith roots under the home.They had to jackhammer through granite,dig a tunnel under the home that is built on aslab to reach the pipe and replace it.They also built a clean out trap to help avoidcostly repairs in the future.I'd recommend a bonus for them.

My elderly sister, who lives alone, called them when her toilet backed up. The young man who came was very nice and professional (in her words). He plunged the toilet and it was fixed. She had tried it but apparently did not have enough strength. The end result was a quick fix and they did not charge her for even a service call. Nice to hear of an ethical company.

Mr. Rooter responded the same day of our request for resolving a blocked drain line. David R explained the services he would be performing in order to restore service to our drain. Our home is over 40 years old and the plumbing has been a challenge for do it yourselfer's. This time we needed an expert. As we progressed through the repairs, David kept me apprised and even had his supervisor stop by and explain that this indeed was a major repair. There were no surprises on the cost of the repairs, as each repair was documented, priced as quoted, and the warranty is hard to beat. David patiently answered all of my questions as this was our first experience with a significant repair. He was very professional, took extreme care in working with old fixtures, and cleaned up his work area before leaving. Mr Rooter did a AWESOME JOB . They were very quick to respond , and got everything back to normal with our sewer system way faster than expected.

Matt came out after we had a different plumbing co out that wanted to run a camera along with a bunch of other things. Matt quickly diagnosed the problem gave me an estimate and fixed the simple problem. He was straightforward without a bunch of runaround or pushing services for commission. Matt was at the house within 45 min of the call which was unexpected.

Chris D. came out on a Sunday right within the two hour window we were given. Service was excellent and very professional. Explained what he was going to do, the cost and what the service would and would not do. Explained about our other choices but was not pushy in any way. Very quickly got the main house drain open and cleaned up completely after himself. The cost with a coupon we printed from online was very reasonable. This is the second time we have used this company and were very satisfied - highest rating. With the nature of the plumbing in our house we will no doubt need them again and will certainly use the same service.

They came to snake the drain and upgraded to water jet the system and gave us a 1 year Guarantee. 2 months later our pipes were clogged again and called them. They were to have been out first thing in the morning and after several phone calls they ended up showing up late evening. By this time we had taken the toilet off and snaked it ourselves. Here we are again, another couple of months and now not honoring the guarantee and charging over $300 to snake the house.

Do not use this group the only thing they have going is that the workers were quite nice to talk with.We were having issues with are septic system and they came out to take a look. they caused unnecessary damage to the tank to begin with by adding a whole improperly. secondly they claimed that an entire new system was required due to the old system not operation properly. They wanted to charge $17,000 for a new leach field which is significantly more then an entire gravity system should cost!We called out other contractors who then verified that the leaching system could be cleaned and did not need to be replaced as there was no damage to it. these other contractors informed us that the absolute max for a gravity leach system would have been $7,000 and our was in a great position so it would have been less then that.Will never use them again and and if you don't want to pay massive mark ups or for unnecessary repairs i would avoid them as well.

Had a clog in my mainline. It happened Friday night and I wasn't even 100% sure that the clog was the issue. Saturday morning I called a few places and nobody I called would come out to do estimates on Saturdays, except for Mr. Rooter. Superfadt response and show up time. Issue was very reasonably priced and problem was fixed. Very friendly and professional service. Trust me, I dreaded calling anyone because it's intimidating. Awesome experience!

They show up under the guise that it is for a quote. Immediately they say they need to use their camera to ascertain the problem. So boom no longer a quote now its a service. They show you that there is a clog, like no duh, I called you and told you what the problem was. I wanted a quote to clear it. Now they say to you we want to jet clean it for $2000. They win either way, don't do it they are paid and your problem is not relieved or you do clean it and then they say now we need to use the pipe scrapping auger after the jet cleaning and that's another charge.You will get roped into numerous charge after charge for the equipment usage you are not paying them to solve your problem. I said I wasn't happy with the level of service and in a blink of an eye they gave money off. This is a scam to charge and get what they can out of you not help to solve your problem

We experienced slow drains and flushing in a newly purchased house after several months. Ran into a full backup on a weekend. Called a few plumbing company’s and Mr. Rooter was the first to respond. The team fixed the problem very quickly and provided a great long term solution. Plus we now know our house plumbing is in great shape for years to come.
