Toilet was running. Fill valve needed to be replaced. Job was done in less than 15 minutes and had to pay for a full hour service charge of $104. They should have half hour charge. I should have gotten a handyman to do the job! Next time!

I've had a somewhat uneven experiences with plumbers. Either they're way too expensive, seem to want to up-sell me, or appear as if they're still in training. These folks were amazing. Had a leaky pipe, cut out a section of the pipe to install a new shutoff valve, cleaned everything up and were out of here in under an hour. The quality of the work was first class (I've installed some plumbing myself so I'm not totally naive as to what a good sweat joint looks like).

I saw a couple 1-star reviews. Not sure about the guy being flipped off (that's just an odd review to leave) but I'm sure if the person who still had the leaky pipe had called back they would have followed up. My experience was great, from the appointment maker on the phone to the plumber who came and did the work - a retired Air Force guy.

They tried to walk into my apartment while I was sleeping and they didn't even wear masks the whole time. They even broke my lights.

These guys do a great job. We've had them out to help with small leaks as well to replace our main water line. Donnie is so thorough with troubleshooting leaks and will help you figure out other random things about your plumbing. They clean up after themselves which is a bonus, too

I was out of town and my neighbor told me my front hose pipe had burst. I called Expert Plumbing, they came out and fixed it within an hour. Excellent fast service! I would recommend them highly!

After calling and be cancelled on the day of by a different company and getting a quote from someone else that didn’t include a permit, I found myself calling Expert Plumbing for a quote to have a gas line run to my kitchen for a stove. I was impressed immediately. The office staff was professional, let me know that they would call when someone was in my area as that was how they did free quotes. I anticipated needing to wait a week or so, and didn’t expect a call later that day. Someone came just a few hours later, gave me a thorough and efficient quote that didn’t cut any corners. We decided an hour or so after they left to go ahead and schedule. Boy was I happy when they could come the following Monday! Even better when they called and said they had a cancellation for Friday, and would that work for me?

The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and were respectful of my kids and dog. They did a neat job, and left the work area tidy. They saved me money on something Home Depot insisted I buy for the stove, that I did not need. Just about a week later they came with the gas company for an inspection with my permit. Everything went so smoothly, I only wish I had called them first! If you need any work done by honest, reliable people I highly recommend you call Expert Plumbing.

I heard water running and went outside to find it coming up through the ground in our front yard (house is 62 years old). I called after shutting off the water and was told they couldn’t get someone out til tomorrow morning (I chose not to pay overtime). The office gal called me back 15 minutes later to say she had a plumber who could come right then. Ryan showed up, dug a big hole and was able to put in a new pipe but didn’t have to go all the way to the street. We will go ahead and get a bid for that from them, since those galvanized pipes are so old, but to have this initial problem fixed this quickly and for a reasonable price made my day! It is 1.5 hours after my initial call and it’s fixed! We have used Expert Plumbing now 4-5 times and have always been pleased with their work and excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks again!

They couldn't fix a leak just put new hardware in and charge 400 + dollars, still have a leak.....thank's for nothing

Quality service

The name says it all. Very courteous and on time. Great communication. Fixed our foundation leak without destroying everything. I would highly recommend them. Reasonable.

I had four old gate valves, underneath my kitchen sink, replaced with four quarter turn ball valves. Rick and Reynaldo had all four valves replaced in only 45 minutes. The fee was reasonable. The office was very responsive and scheduled me within a week since it wasn't a leak situation. They called before arriving and were very professional. I definitely will use Expert Plumbing again.

Longstanding family owned company, taking care of Tucson customers for over 20 years!

We used this company and now we have an issue in the same vicinity and they won’t come out and give us a quote without charging us. This is after they told us they’d be there in the morning and did not show up. Every person we talked to was rude (starting w/the girl who answers the phone & others) and dismissive. We called two other plumbing companies and were treated courteously. They both came out and gave us quotes and they are not the ones who did a previous job in the same area.

My favorite plumbing company since 1984. I don't even bother to look for anyone else. They have never let me down. Would highly recommend.

Courteous and professional.

Another plumber said that the pipes under the house were all bad and needed replaced - for thousands of dollars and a week to trench the yard. I called Expert Plumbing for a second opinion. They inspected the pipes(which did not need to be replaced), cleared the lined of tree roots, put in a new clean out for 1/10th of the original estimate and were done in less than a day! I trust Expert Plumbers.

The hot water pipe going to my sink snapped off at 5:30 in the morning and begin blowing water everywhere in my kitchen, turned off the main water to my home and began cleaning it up. I called Expert plumbing and explained what had happened and they agreed to send someone as soon as they could.

8:19 a.m and I received a call letting me know they were in the area and on their way, Dan arrived shortly after and immediately addressed the problem. He got to work and within an hour the problem was fixed and a new pipe was installed and water was restored. I'd recommend them to anyone I know who needs repairs or maintenance done!

I have called these guys three times in the past couple of years and every time has been excellent. On time, great work, and fair!

I called to repair the water heater, after an hour working on it and changing a part the water heater didnt work, nevertheless he charged me $134 .
The tech made a comment that the water heater was cheap
