I have been calling Mike Counsil Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for years. Making an appointment is easy with someone available when I am. All the technician's are pleasant, professional and know what they are doing. The plumbing concern is always discussed and options are given so that I understand the issues and can make an informed choice.

Local Rooter Plumbing has done another wonderful job for us. This is the 4rd job they did for us. They replaced the rusted water pipes that are connected to the house and sprinklers. We are very satisfied with their job. They are professional and efficient. We will definitely hire them again if there is a need.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday morning. I knew it would be urgent to get someone out before the weekend got too late. Chandler Plumbing promised they had someone on the way but when no one showed up 3 hours later, I contacted them and they admitted they had never even arranged a service provider. I was shocked by their carelessness. Consider yourself warned.

This was a horrible experience. We have used this company before and gave them 5 stars but will be changing that review on yelp shortly as we feel they probably ripped us off BIG time (shame on us).We called them out for a noise we were hearing. They said there was air in the pipes calling it water hammer and suggested we put in new valves behind the washer. To do this they had to make holes in the wall. They said it would be $3000. Foolishly we agreed. The guy worked on it all day and when he went to turn the water back on he forgot to turn off the valves in the laundry room and water shot out into the laundry and kitchen onto the hard wood floors. We spent the next 2 weeks with blowers in our kitchen and laundry room 24 hours a day to try and dry the floors. Talk about an inconvenience !!But wait...it gets better. After all this the noise was still there!!! They then wanted to put in a pressure valve for another $1000. At this point we decided to get a second opinion. We had another plumber come and within an hour he had gone under the house, found and fixed the problem and only charged us $140.00. We have had no problem since.We feel this company rips you off and charges way too much and their technicians are not well trained.Run as fast as you can.

I had a main waterline issue that a previous plumber. I called that plumber to come back and assess and resolve the issue but left and never returned to fix/resolve the issue (former plumbing service left my home...said they were coming back with the parts needed to fix the issue, and never came back).I called Elite Rooter, and they stepped in quickly. Elite Rooter provided me with my service arrival time and arrived within that service window on-time.Elite Rooter confidently and professionally assessed and resolved my issue. Although my plumbing issue seemed simple, it wasn't. As they began working, problems arose one after the other. But Geovany (Elite Rooter Plumbing Technician) was not deterred. He restored water to my house after 1 full day and a half. Geovany even explained what happened and provided me with a solution to prevent the issues I was experiencing before the fix from ever happening again in the future.If I could give Elite Rooter 6 stars, I would. I am thankful I called the right plumbing professional to help me. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Rooter.

I had dropped my wedding ring in the washroom sink and could not get it out. The only way was to open the pipes below and get it out.  I request Abel to come and take a look (it was a free quote visit) He looked at it and smiled and then just took the ring out by quickly opening pipes. He also cleaned the pipes and made sure there was no leakage. Asked him, how much did I owe? He said Nothing  Wow, I could not believe it, He said it was a simple job and he won't charge for that.

He was on time, kept me posted about his visit and was prompt in his response as well.

100% recommended if you are looking for an honest plumber.

Rayne has serviced our small complex several times. I called last night with a blocked storm drain and they did a great job. Bill called me back (from their answering service) in 5 minutes, we discussed the problem, he gave an estimated charge, and he arrived in under an hour. He was able to find + fix the problem (roots in the drain pipe) in about 15 minutes, and then spent the full hour cleaning as much of our drain piping as possible. Bill was clearly an expert at what he was doing, gave good advice on what preventative maintenance we should do in the future, and after this experience I'd recommend him + Rayne to anyone.

Ryan was outstanding. His communication was excellent; he clearly explained his assessment of our work and why he recommended certain solutions. His price quotes were transparent and accurate. He was very polite and conscientious during his three hours in our home. Most importantly, his work quality was beautiful.
