The guys from Hertzfield did some wiring for a new hot tub at our house. They were very thoughtful in their design for the project, responsive, and fairly priced. They also were flexible when we had a delay in the tub's delivery. Will not hesitate to call them again if I ever need electric work again

My family had a very difficult experience with Pacific Coast Electric, Heating & Air. We had smoke in our house soon after our daughter was born. A technician came out on a Sunday to inspect, but it was not clear whether he found the root issue. Anyhow, it ended up feeling like they were trying to suggest upgrades to the extent that the root issue of the smoke didn't seemed to get addressed until mid week after we asked many times whether root issues was being addressed.

Anyhow, we had to leave the house with a 3 week old, and it was not pleasant. I understand the money is in the upgrades, but it would have been nice if they would have found and solved the root issue before doing all the upgrades. This way we wouldn't have had to move out with 3 young kids right after our newborn was born.

I spoke with the CEO, and he was more understanding, which I appreciated, so the 2 star review instead of 1 star review, but it was an absolutely miserable experience for my family and also my landlord.

They gave me such a great deal to replace 2 outlets. They came quickly as possible when I called them. They are very helpful and hard-working. They got the job done super quick. I would definitely hire them again for any other issue.

JMC specializes in hot tubs. We had them hook up a hot tub that we purchased through a local dealer. The quote was fair, very clearly spelled out what was and was not included in the the hookup, a 50 amp GFCI using a new subpanel replacing an older 30 amp circuit on a 60 amp subpanel. When the hot tub dealer informed us that the tub would be delivered in 24 hours, JMC was able to work us into the schedule to show up the same day as the delivery (we gave them 24 hours notice). The breaker provided by the hot tub dealer didn't work, and the electrician doing the work had to wait for them to reopen the next morning, picked up a new breaker, and we were up and running within a few hours. The GFCI was thoroughly tested, the electrician was friendly and told me everything he was doing. He also picked up a part not included in the quote and installed it at my request (110V outlet hanging off of the panel). Very VERY happy with their work, fully intend to have them out to do more work on our house.

We needed a level 2 charging outlet to charge our hybrid vehicle. Many companies came and gave a quote, some came to express the complexity of the job, some came to explain how they'd have to change my entire panel & so on and so forth. However Habin came and diagnosed the issue and provided a solution without any stories like the others.
He's relaible and knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend him for his professional and quality job.

I would highly recommend safety first electric inc!!! Called to get an estimate and the owner Ronnie was out on site the very next day. Him and his guys got the work down on upgrading my outdoor electrical panel and in addition removed old florescent light fixtures and ceiling fans and installed can lighting throughout the house. Very professional and presentable and left the job spotless. If you're ever in need of electrical work i wouldn't look past this company as I've dealt with others in the past and safety first electric made the process very easy and left me with a bit of knowledge to boot . 5 stars because they wont let you rate higher ?

Quotes you bogus pricing and estimates work they only half way did. Company also goes by a few different names so be aware. I was made to believe I needed all types of unnecessary work after my outlets stopped working. Only to do 20 mins of work and charge me $450 for applying electrical tape!!

We recently installed a wall charger for our 2022 Model X. The electrician that came was excellent, driving a company van and with proper ID.

The work was immaculate, the electrician took pride in doing a good job and answered all my questions. I was also able to determine the electrician had been trained to install Tesla equipment and that was a huge help in configuring the software.

The cost of the install was very fair, the work excellent, the support staff was friendly, in short - a terrific job. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of an electrician.
