Called Local Rooter at 8:00 and they sent Duey to come to my home at 9:00. He unclogged the drain quickly and I could see the professional hydro jetter in his truck. Professional services and I will call Local Rooter again. Highly recommended.

Joel was great the only problem is that I think I was overcharged on the valve. Based on similar products at lowes, I was charged $650 for something that should have only been $40.

Giovani and his team, Jovarre, were excellent. My garage sink was overflowing with water and also leaking water on the ground. I could not use the washing machine. San Jose Main and Drain came early to assess the problem. Giovani fixed the problem quickly and told us tips on how to avoid this issue. We were glad he was very reasonable with his price and excellent techniques. We can finally use our washing machine with peace of mind.

I had a plumbing emergency which caused us to shut off the main water line leaving us with no water at all anywhere!! Jaime went out of his way to accomodate me. He came on a Friday late afternoon and was very prompt. He fixed our problem and made sure it was done right. He is very professional and responsible. He wore a mask and shoe covers which is a plus. I would like to add that I called a total of 5 plumbing companies and he was the only one willing to come that same day.
