Receptionist was very professional when she answered the call. On the day of my appointment, I was given a 30 minute call before they arrived which was very helpful since I had an appointment elsewhere. When electrician arrived, he wore company logo uniform, came in company van and wore shoe covers! job was done by the next day since it was an install and my work schedule.

Edwin and David are professional, responsive, friendly and honest. They take pride in their work, and follow through on all their promises. Their prices are also extremely fair. They replaced our sub-panel and fixed some issues caused by our kitchen installers.

The service person was punctual, polite, explained what had to be done as he encountered a new problem. Most of all, I appreciate that he did not leave my place a mess. I will definitely use this company again, and I have told my friends to call them when they need electrical work done. Keep up the GREAT SERVICE!!!

Update 9/2020 - Upgraded some thermostat wiring for me with a difficult routing. Professional and quick.

Update - Jason and Josh again came through for me. In the midst of a heat wave, they were able to come to the other end of the county and fix an electrical problem at my mother's house. Got the outlets for the portable AC and lift chair back working and made the wiring safer to boot.

Original - Could not ask for better. Jason installed a new 40 amp circuit and an EVo charger for our car. (No more slow 110 charging. Yeah!) While working in our breaker panel he noted a dangerous situation left by a previous contractor who upgraded our air conditioning.

(Side note kind of disappointing the inspector didn't notice that the other contractor put in a bigger breaker on a wire that was too small. Luckily the wire insulation had just started to bubble and it didn't catch fire.)

Within a week they were able to fit us in to replace the faulty circuit as well as rewire our garage lighting to eliminate some creative but scary runs of extension cords and re-purposed outlets. Now I have bright lights and when I look up, I don't see wires draped everywhere.

We connected with Jason of Dollens Electric through our equally excellent general contractor Dan Mackey. (Who by the way had nothing to do with the faulty circuit or the creative garage lighting.)

Lastly a thank you to Jason's son Josh who got to do the crawling under the house.

Everything was spot on with ARSEN Electric. Communication was stellar, the team was on time, did job efficiently and the rates were one of the best I could find. Can't go wrong with them.

Rafael did our main pipe drain cleaning and he did a superb job doing so. Not only he did the service but also inspected my water heater and main line in front of my house. Others would have just done the drain cleaning and collected their charges. Suffice to say, good thing he did as now I found I have multiple leaks that require immediate attention. Thanks to Rafael's thorough inspection and recommendations I'm at least aware I have things to address before they get serious. Pacific Coast also had the special on the drain cleaning this month which I couldn't find anywhere else. Other's would have charged me an arm and a leg just for the cleaning.

Safety First is a top notch service provider. Ronnie, the owner/operator, has been my electrician across two separate properties and every time he comes out the result is phenomenal. He has installed lighting, ceiling fans, smart switches, outlets, hardwired ring security systems, a 50 amp ChargePoint electric car charger and our biggest project to date was a full panel upgrade to support up to 400 Amp in preparation for ADU that required coordination of a major upgrade of our transformer with PGE. Ronnie is super responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. When he comes around it is like having a member of the family come by. Ronnie walks you every step of the way through the project and one of the most helpful things he does is share his ideas of optimal configurations to get the best value and result for your money. Ronnie is honest and trustworthy and I can’t recommend him and Safety First enough for your next electrical job.

Nick was the first one to respond in few minutes and gave appointment same day. He visited our house and clearly explained what needs to be done to install Tesla Charger. His quote was very reasonable. He patiently replied to all our queries in the next 1-2 days and helped us take right decision and buy the right charger. He came on time and completed the work. Work was super neat and professional. He will be our goto electric guy in future if need arises. Highly recommend!

I needed a new transfer switch for my house's back-up generator. The part was hard to find, but they were able to locate it and successfully install it for a reasonable price. They were very communicative, timely and professional throughout. They even responded quickly after-the-fact when I had trouble with my generator even though the issue was not their doing; they did not charge me for the follow up. Overall I had a very positive experience and would definitely use them again.

He apologized for the miscommunication and said he would arrive within 30 minutes... waited a hour and still no show. Eventually cancelled my appointment.
