Advanced Quality Plumbing & Rooter had worked at 2 of my neighbor's homes, I had seen their clean work. My home experiences a frequent water-hammer issue so I called AQP&R to schedule an appointment.
That same day, Kory Rushing arrived. Kory took a [whole house] approach to investigating the hammer problem. From the water regulator to crawl space inspection, and testing of water fixtures, Kory made several discoveries that effect the water delivery in my home. Kory inspected the copper re-pipe done 40 years ago and the abandoned water softener lines to gather a complete understanding of my homes issues. Kory shared his findings with my wife and I, still wearing a few crawl space cobwebs. He clearly explained what he saw and how it contributes to the water hammer issues in our home. I am grateful for his in depth inspection and recommendations. Kory offered phased in solutions to improve the longevity of my home's water system - not a hard sell. A separate issue from water hammer problems in my house was the 15 year old water heater needing replacement. Advanced Quality Plumbing & Rooter worked with my schedule and Ray Ibanez arrived on time as promised. Ray was professional, good-natured and ready to work. His van carried all the tools necessary for the job including a electric pump to fast drain the old 50 gallon water heater. Ray answered my questions, worked efficiently and cleaned up when the job was completed. The new water heater looks great with its clean flue vent and natural gas connections and earthquake strapping. Ray Ibanez did outstanding work for my family and I. I recommend Advanced Quality Plumbing & Rooter for any plumbing work.

Kory is the best! We had a sewage back up and Kory was able to assist quickly. He was onsite within an hour of us calling. He was able to assess the issue quickly and walked us through what he found and how he planned on making the repairs. He is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. If you need good service these are guys to call!

Outdoor drain from driveway to a V ditch was very blocked with tree roots and mud.
Julio came and cleaned it out using jetter and using a camera to locate problems.
Explained the process very well. Now we are ready for the big storm.

I would highly recommend Advanced Quality Plumbing. They are great with both large (they replaced my exterior sewer lines last year) and small jobs (just replaced my kitchen faucet). They are my go to company for plumbing issues.

Kory and Randy repaired a water heater that had multiple problems. In addition, the manufacturer (AO SMITH) made it more difficult by refusing to supply a required part. So Kory had to purchase a whole new heater to scavenge the required part for installation in my heater. Above and beyond. Great work.

I recently had a massive plumbing emergency where my sewer water had backed up into my downstairs stand up shower.....it was nasty! I called my regular plumber and he came out with a 50 foot snake but couldn't reach the obstruction. At this point, it was after 5 pm on a Friday and I had a helluva time trying to find a plumber who: 1) wanted to work after hours, and 2) had a longer snake.

Enter Kory at Advanced Quality Plumbing. He came over that night with his 75 foot snake. After spending a couple of hours at the house, he realized that the obstruction was even further out. So he came back the next morning and installed a sewer clean out in my side yard. It was a pretty intense project but he finished it on Saturday afternoon. The City of Sunnyvale was able to clear the obstruction from the clean out (tree roots in the sewage line going from my house to the main line). Now, thanks to Kory, when this happens again, we can just call the City and they'll clear the line for free.

Kory was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. His price was very fair especially considering all of his work was done on Friday night and Saturday morning. He communicated every step of his plan and executed each step to perfection. Needless to say, Kory will now be my main go to in the future.

Pedro came to our house, cleaned our clogged kitchen drain and did a great job. On time, polite, checked his work, gave some tips to keep the pipes clean and was on his way.

Cory(owner) stopped by early morning to take a look at the work (3x bidet installation), provided a reasonable quote and sent a pro to get it done in couple of hours.

Ray did a fantastic job with installation and had a friendly positive attitude.

Finding a broken pipe leaking in your basement on a stormy night is never a good thing. After calling 4 different places I lucked out when I called Advance quality plumbing. There was never hesitation or delay in their response to come in on late notice, on the contrary, they were understanding, professional and responsive. Dedicated to customer service, the owner after a long drive from Tahoe, came right in to address our issue so we didn't have to wait much longer. Left us feeling taken care of for the night after handling our emergency call promptly, honestly and professionally! I had a busted copper pipe in my front yard that was spewing water nonstop. The techs came out did some investigating and dirty digging and they found the pipe that had been bent by the roots of an old tree. They fixed the pipe which was under a concrete slab. And they did perfect concrete work to replace the slice of concrete that they had to cut which was under the slab. These guys are really meticulous and do outstanding work. The price was an absolutely fair market price for all the work these guys had to do. I will for sure use them again when I need them. Great job guys !

I highly recommend this company. I dealt primarily with the owner Cory, and he was all over my job. We had a very complicated set of circumstances, including a brick driveway that needed to be excavated in order to fix the leak. They handled it really well.The plumbers were very experienced (Keith and Andrew did the work), and very professional. Good guys. They completed my job in a quality manner, Even the concrete guy they used (Ken) did a fine job! Overall a good, neat job. My only issue (which is small) was they were really busy, and sometimes the plumbers had to leave to evaluate another nearby job, but this didn’t affect the work too much. I would use Advanced Quality Plumbing again in a heartbeat!!!!

AQP Was great! They were very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose our problem over the phone, and find the parts we needed within 48 hours. They sent a plumber out 3 days later who did work, left the space clean, and left us with no regrets! Great, Great company!

My experience with Advanced Quality Plumbing was great. Within 1 1/2 hours of scheduling an appointment Tim promptly showed up at my door. I explained the sewer was backing up in both of my bathrooms. Soon Tim was in my crawl space inspecting my sewer pipe configuration and determined the blockage was between my house and the sewer main in the street. It would be necessary to rooter the pipe but I had no clean-out installed. In order to safely rooter the pipe and protect from future problems one needed to installed. Soon there were two additional plumbers working in my yard to install the clean-out. It was raining all day but the clean-out was installed within hours. Soon they were running the rooter and cleared out the pipe. Water was flowing. Tim and the folks from Advanced Quality Plumbing were very knowledge, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

They installed a water heater which had caused a major water fall outside my house and installed 3 toilets. Excellent job, however made. Mess of the carpet outside the area of the washing machines could have been avoided by shoe covers, I had just had them cleaned. Very difficult job be because they had to remove washing machine and take water heater out of closet. Also didn’t leave a receipt. Over fabulous job.

Some of the wastewater pipes under my house were over 70 years old. Advanced Quality Plumbing took photographs, provided me no pressure options. Once work orders were approved, they immediately replace the rotting galvanized piping and brought all of the plumbing up to code. We were completely satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and professionalism.

They came out to replace an old/broken kitchen faucet. They came on time and finished up very quickly. The job was done well and efficiently and onsite payment afterwards was also extremely quick and easy.

The two guys that came were wonderful to deal with, friendly, concise, professional and were able to diagnose the gas leak coming from the outdoor plumbing into the bbq station. They could have pulled the “ oh we don’t do bbq’ fixes” but correctly said it’s the pipe leading to the bbq that was the issue with the regulator which most likely has worn seals, ordered the replacement, after trawling the Bay Area to find one, then coming back to explain the situation and how long it would take to arrive. Once the part arrived, they came by and installed the part, checked to ensure leaks were gone and cleaned up the area before showing me the old part where it leaked from and the seals that were worn . Couldn’t be happier with the service, the people and the general courtesy shown. Can’t recommend highly enough

We called Advanced Quality Plumbing for a sewer emergency that turned out to be massive. They were always timely and responsive and coordinated the city, permits and repair thoroughly. Can't comment on price because I didn't price compare, but the value you get from just knowing it's being done right should be taken into consideration!

I had a leaky faucet that I attempted to fix myself but later on gave up after I spent a whole afternoon trying to fix it. I called several places but they were the only one who can come on the same day, so lucky that I found them. Cory showed up within an hour of me calling them. Very friendly and professional. Not to mention he came with his PPE, highly appreciated! He got the job done in half hour! Decent price considering it was after hours time and their quick respose time. Cory you are awesome! Corey came out and did a small job for us on our new home's back patio removing a leaking PVC valve and pipe, and replacing a crusty old hose bib. I was out of town at the time and he was nice enough to explain our options to me via Facetime and then quickly and excellently completed the job. When I called him weeks later to ask where our main water shutoff valve was on our new house, he actually remembered our little job after doing undoubtedly dozens of other jobs since then, and was able to explain where I could find it. Very positive and enthusiastic young man...we'll certainly be calling again if the need arises.

they did a great job on the water heater installation, but $3400 for the job is very pricy. They leave without cleaning their mess and leave a huge oil stain from their truck on my drive way.

Very honest plumbers. Corey, the owner, was out to my place within and hour of my pipe bursting and did fast good work. Should mention this was a Saturday night at 9pm when I called. He was very nice and explained thoroughly what the issues were. I can't recommend this company enough for anyone looking for reliable and honest work at a great price.

Absolutely the best plumbers! Nobody likes to call a plumber right? It means something is wrong and its generally expensive. Very prompt and professional replacement of a failed hot water heater during lock-down.

The previous hot water heater had been installed by Home Depot and was still under warranty, so for us to be reimbursed it meant a few extra steps on their part but all was handled very clearly, safely, and professionally.

I've used AQP multiple times over the past few years and have never been disappointed. Keith is usually the plumber who comes out and he's extremely capable, caring and trustworthy. AQP is usually able to respond to appointment requests very quickly--I intend to use them whenever I have my next plumbing need.

Had a natural gas line extended for an outdoor grill. The team did great work, very professional.

They clear backed up kitchen line on dec 01 and after 3rd day again backed up .Called the owner and he was rude non professional and asked we have cleared the line at that day so will not fix again and will asked for 500$ bucks more to fix it again.i asked why why not to fix it at that to correct job done at first place and answer was you have other issues that we do not .I do not know which people are giving 5 start for such pathetic ,non professional service
