Quick to diagnose and resolve a challenging clean out with multiple intersections and even sent a camera through the main line to make sure it was clear. Excellent price. I had two a slow running drains a couple days ago. Worst was the kitchen drain. This particular drain has to be cleared every couple years. When I called, I expected to wait a few days for an appointment, but they found me an available technician for that afternoon. When Jim got here, he went right to work trying to clear the blockage through the trap outside under the kitchen window. Unfortunately, he was unable to clear the block, and called an set up an appointment for a camera inspection to discover the source of the blockage. That technician should be here this morning. He was able to quickly unclog the drain in the bathtub. Jim was friendly, yet professional, He let me know exactly what he was doing. I recommend Anderson PH&A to everybody. I have been using them for quite a few years, and they also do my Heat and AC maintenance.

Once Michael arrived, refreshingly on the early side of the given window, he was personable, professional and, most importantly, knowledgable. He gave a competitive quote on what was needed, did the work and cleared our stuck drain and provided lots of helpful maintenance tips that help out in resolving problems ourselves or avoiding them altogether. I am very happy for this service. After I changed the water filters myself, the pressure in the tap disappeared. I called this company and they accepted the order and said that the diagnostic is free. They sent me a plumber in 20 minutes. Plumber Mike was very friendly and absolutely professional. We needed to hook up our dishwasher, our fridge's icemaker, and install new water supply lines as well. We called Almco for a second opinion and both Danial & Jorge were incredibly friendly, professional and communicative from start to finish!
