We needed our toilet fixed ASAP called Team Rooter they sent out Alex. Alex was very professional got the job done. I like that he let me know what he’d be done every step of the way and the price. We would definitely use Team Rooter again and ask for Alex to come back out.

This was definitely a challenge for Christopher reconfiguring backflow main broken pipe. But gotta say he didn't give up until it was done done correctly...very happy customer!!!

Our service tech, Eddie A. was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Without asking, he put on some shoe-covers which is greatly appreciated as we don't allow shoes in our home. He was able to explain clearly the work he was there to perform (maintenance inspection) and how long it would take. At the end of the work, he was patient while answering my questions about the recommended actions.

The service is great and they came out the same day that I called. The technician is very professional and efficient. All of my questions were answered and the work is excellent!

This company is prompt, courteous, and they fix the problem right away. I only have one bathroom at my home and they came within a half hour. I have used Bill Howe twice now and their staff is excellent. The timing is punctual (which is probably my favorite part) and they know what they are doing. The staff and especially the technicians/plumbers are very friendly and get to work right away. You can count on them to be there and to provide excellent support.

Called to have a leak in our bathroom plumbing checked. The plumber was Brandon Martinez who did a great job of explaining what the problem was and he promptly addressed it. Price was far less than I anticipated, Brandon was extremely nice and very professional and I will definitely use this company again, I highly recommend them.

They were super responsive via text. The parts were delayed 2 weeks and Aaron, the service manager, stayed in touch to inform me about the status of parts and they installed as soon as the part came in.

I had a leak in my main water line and noticed that my neighbor had a plumber at there house. I asked if they could take a look at my house and Emilio from Exodus came right over. Interesting enough that my problem was the same as my. Neighbor! He called into his boss and was able to schedule repair the next day. Emilio brought over some rubber pipe and a clamp to stop the leak until he could repair it the next day. Chester, Emilios assist was also very helpful and did an outstanding job!

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.
