We called Rooter Hero Plumbing because our kitchen sink backed up and they had a special coupon. The guys were personable, knowledgeable and professional and quickly cleared the drain. However several weeks later, we had the same problem. This time Aaron came out. Again, personable, knowledgeable, professional and because this incident had reoccurred, he was very thorough. He found the problem, cleared the drain and offered to come back at no charge for another look with a camera should we have problems again. We had them out twice within a couple of weeks for two separate projects (install a new toilet and replace the flush valve on another toilet). Garrett did the service on both jobs. Joe was great- went someone right away and then when I had questions he sent someone back. My onlycomplaint was the second plumber wasn’t wearing a mask correctly (neck gaiter which kept falling down) and after I gave him a disposable mask he still didn’t wear in right. Other than that, everyone was friendly and professional and I’d definitely recommend them!

I called EZ plumbing 24 hour emergency line and they helped me over the phone. I was so grateful that they walked me through the process and also used photos and text to troubleshoot. They also saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to spend for them to come out on Labor Day weekend. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me in my time of need.
