Jose was AWESOME !!!!!! He went above and beyond working his magic fixing every thing that my old house could throw at him, rust, corrosion, stripped threads, etc. He went out and got parts for a new faucet that I had bought on line that was faulty. I was about in tears with everything that could go wrong did, but Jose was very professional and kind. Boy, does he know his stuff and fixed everything with a smile. I can't give him enough praise and he will be my only plumber from now on. Thank you Jose for a job WELL DONE !!!!!!!!

Cleared the drains and provided video confirmation--great job! Randy at PIC jet washed a troublesome pipe after first videoing the line and then repeated the camera inspection on completion. I had a plastic cap from a urinal get stuck in my toiilet took less than 10 minutes to pull out and cost $150 and I did not receive a discount for booking online. Pretty pricey in my opinion but at least the water flows now.

Last week we called Rooter Hero to fix a plugged kitchen sink and disposal problems.We thought it was taken care of. Until it happened again this week.After calling and requesting a repeat repair, Rooter Hero immediately sent another plumber out within the hour and he did a very thorough job of fixing both problems. Jacob Martinez fixed the disposal and unplugged the sink. The company stands by their work with a guarantee that they honored. I will recommend Rooter Hero to everyone and will definitely call them with all of our plumbing problems.

Mitch at Colepepper was fantastic at responding to our early-Sunday-morning water heater emergency. He arrived at our house within an hour of calling him, explained what was wrong and what our options were, and answered all our questions. I was very happy when I called By The Book Plumbing and was able to get an appointment on the same day within a couple of hours because we all know that a day or two without your sink or shower is a real inconvenience.
