I am a returning customer. This time I had a constantly running toilet. There was an issue with the flush system, but PIC plumbing was extremely professional and quick to quickly resolve it and most importantly did not charge me a dime. That shows they are not here ONLY for the money. They believe is retaining customers for a lifetime.

We have lived in Mission Hills since 1973, and we have relied on Powers Plumbing for all our plumbing needs and problems - sewer blockages, replacing water heaters, leaking pipes, installing sink faucets, etc. They have always been unfailingly helpful, flexible, generous with their time, reliable in appointments, and expert in their work. Scott is a great technician. He explained the entire water heater flush process. He also checked our faucets and drains throughout the house. He made a couple of recommendations of things we could consider for lasting value of our existing fixtures. Professional and friendly service.

Wow - had two issues within a few days of one another! Christmas Eve our hot water tanked out on us - house full of company and the holiday, we were stressed! Bill Howe Plumbing got here, installed a new one AND the holiday went on! Then tonight, we had a class fed drain and our toilet was overflowing! I called them again, in a panic, and they were here within 1hr! Both plumbers were knowledgeable, friendly professional and beyond helpful!!

Came promptly and found the gas leak almost immediately. Professional service, they arranged all the necessary red tape to get our gas service back.

This plumbing company, also DBA 247 Leakmasters, is THE BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

Jason Arrived early, with a plugged line to the sewer line, we called six companies. The company we used in the past had no openings. Four others had answering machines with no response. Our Rooter Hero answered the phone stating “we will be there in 15 minutes.” Jason arrived as promised, cleared the drain in 15 minutes at a very competitive price that left us slack jawed. Overcharged. I used this company expecting a fair price they charged me $650 for a main line clear out and I called 3 other plumbers and they told me they charge $125 to $200. Very upset this is a real rip off from a company I thought was good.

A few months ago, I had All American Plumbing come out to fix my kitchen sink that was clogged. Byron explained to me one of the reasons I was having this problem was due to a very old garbage disposal. So I decided to bite the bullet and replace my garbage disposal which ended up being much less than was expected. He gave me a great deal on it as well as tightened up some leaky faucets throughout my home. Within just a couple months I've noticed a decrease in my utility bill as far as water goes. The day I decided my efforts had been exhausted and needed to throw in the towel and actually call a professional. Did a little research here in the Rancho Bernardo area and gave Byron a call he was out that same exact day at the exact time he said he would be at my home. Since in the past I have had punctuality issues with business's that have provided in home services before I was very pleased and will be a repeat customer. Actually thinking of having All American Plumbing do a bathroom remodel as well. Thanks Byron and All American!!!

Moved into new home and had plumbing issues, Fernando and crew determined what went wrong and fixed it with AMAZING attitude's from all involved and work to get me back in my home.

We just purchased our home and found a leak in the wall for water line to connect to ice maker. We called 1st Response Plumber to see if someone could come out. The receptionist was very responsive and understanding of our situation. We had a plumber the next morning. Came out took care of the leak and set up the connection to the ice maker. Good clean work. We definitely recommend uses this company for your plumbing needs.Thank you.

The biggest issue we have had is with the communication and timeliness of the company. Gus was the main worker on this project and always had an excuse as to why they were constantly late. Myself, my roommate, and the other party involved missed time at work due to all of this. After we thought all of the plumbing issues were taken care of, it turns out that the shower head was broken in the process and after 2.5 weeks without a working shower a call was put in to Gus and he has failed to respond to the matter. Safe to say that we will never recommend this company to anyone we know
