Plumbing issues are no one’s favorite. Especially homeowners as these repairs can be costly. You never know what the full situation will be until you have it looked at. I called 1st Response Plumber because they are local in the city in which I reside. I needed someone fast as I did not want to risk water damage. My water bill was getting ridiculous from the leak. The dispatcher I spoke with on the phone (Sarah) was so kind and put me at ease. She assured me that she would send her best plumber to our home to remedy the problem. She got me scheduled in no time. The plumber (James) arrived on time and was not only very professional but highly efficient. The problem was a toilet leak. James fixed it in no time. I’m so glad I called. Thank you James and Sarah. I will refer to my friends and family. Excellent customer service and great work. Thank you

I submitted a work order through my home warranty for a clogged toilet. Scheduling the appointment was a seamless process, communication on point. The plumber who took care of the issue was Lorrell. He was puntual and eager to help.

We just purchased our home and found a leak in the wall for water line to connect to ice maker. We called 1st Response Plumber to see if someone could come out. The receptionist was very responsive and understanding of our situation. We had a plumber the next morning. Came out took care of the leak and set up the connection to the ice maker. Good clean work. This company is amazing, professional and knowledgeable. I had a leak from the bathroom to the kitchen and within a couple of days they came out and fixed the issue. I will continue to use this company in the future ! 10/10 I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

I had a leaking drain pipe and my home warranty insurance connected me with this company. It took a while to get everything approved by the insurance and make sure they will cover it. During that time I briefly interacted with Robert and Andrea who helped me to coordinate everything and send all info to the insurance. Charles was the plumber who came first to assess the problem (and did it correctly), and then later to fix the source of the leak. Charles was polite, prompt, and professional. He also helped to fix another small leak under the sink that was not a part of the original service call and said that he did not want to leave me with another problem. Overall very positive experience with Charles and 1st Response.

We had Chuck the plumber come to assist in our misfortune of a plumbing issue. He was amazing and dispatch went above and beyond for me.

They came highly recommended while I was looking to repipe my house. I still expected my house to be a disaster, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were very clean, well-organized, and quick.

I called to get a plumber to my home and thankfully enough, they were able to send a plumber to my home at 1 am. I have been very wary of people entering my home due to COVID19 and being a high risk patient for it but their office staff called me back to 'triage' and ensure the plumber was taking proper precautions due to me being high risk.He arrived in a full hazmat suit. He suited up prior to entering and sanitized before touching the suit, mask, gloves, etc. (My husband watched from the garage) I felt safe. Turns out, we had water damage from the leak. The next day we got a call from Robert and he walked us through the claim process. We did suffer a minor hiccup wherethey accidently sent a team member to my home on a day work shouldn't have been done. They quickly fixed the issue and it has been smooth sailing from there. I love how easy it is to speak with his team and how available they always are. They truly value my business which, Im thankful for.We are now almost complete with reconstruction and I have the kitchen I wanted, but better, since Andrea helped me with the layout and cabinet choices. They brought my kitchen vision to life.

Micah is awesome! He came daily to work on our water damaged laundry room and as a stay at home mom with a 4 month old and wild toddler as well as 3 dogs, he went out of his way each day to make us feel comfortable and allow me time to quiet my toddler when he explained what he was completing that day.It is hard to have people come to the house during naptimes but he was very respectful of our needs and property. He did a wonderful job! Although we hope not to need water damage services again, if we do 1st response/ Micah is who we'll call First!

Lorrell came to my parents house and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

I have a rental that needed servicing. They showed up to snake the tub almost immediately. The price was more than reasonable and when I noted that there might be issues with the kitchen sink, the worker was very honest and gave me tips that save me some money. Very honest worker.

Toilet flush was bad, James had to order the parts, coming back to fix when he gets the parts

Ever since William Roman has started at 1st Response the communications and understandings of jobs and invoices has been great. William Roman is new, but already a great asset for 1st response.

They are very professional and reliable, I called them at 1:00 am they responded promptly and they came in with COVID-19 appropriate attire wearing mask and globes, they didn't leave until they fixed my leak and they clean before they left. GREAT SERVICE!!!

1st Response = NO ResponseLeft the office early for a 3pm remodel estimate with Robert. We texted from their appt. app at 3:20pm asking if Robert would be here. Received a text- “I’m running late I’ll need to get there around 5 or reschedule for tomorrow. Is that OK” Replied that 5 will work. No reply from Robert, and a no show for 5pm appt. Apparently they do not value your time. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Workers were friendly and helped out a lot but I'm mainly impressed with how they got my claim approved so quickly and were willing to fight for my claim.

William was very professional. He quickly diagnosed and unclogged our kitchen sink. He also provided suggestion on how to minimize future clogs.

William is a great guy, very knowledgeable and gives you a no BS assessment of what is wrong and how to fix it. Very fair on pricing. Will use them again...

Technician did not show up for first 2 appointments and did show up 2 hours late for the third appointment. He was very courteous and he did a good job. First Response misbilled me for $100 when it should have been $65 service fee according to terms of my Choice Home Warranty contract.

These guys were great! I recommend this business.

They were assigned to come to my house to replace my water heater. They did not show up. No call no text no email nothing. Left me hanging. Then proceeded to tell my insurance company that they showed up at 4:00 and nobody was home. Straight lies for what? Do not trust this bogas company that says the hours are 8 to 5. They stop answering calls at 2:30
