From the initial phone call to the finished job I experienced courtesy, and fairness. They were at my door 25 mins from the time I called and they were careful to test and evaluate the problems. They finished promptly with quality work and it cost less than I thought it would. This is definitely a company who cares about having return customers. I've added them to my contacts!

Outstanding service! We just had All American Plumbing replace a drain assembly and P-Trap in our bathroom. From our initial contact with the front office, through the repair, we could not have been happier with the service we received. The receptionist who took our initial call was friendly, courteous and very helpful. She promptly scheduled our service and provided details on the plumber who would be coming to our home.Today, we received text messages updating us on when our plumber, Tomer Laski, would arrive. Tomer was terrific! He was prompt, friendly, courteous and highly efficient. He immediately assessed the issue, provided an estimate for the repairs and got the job done quickly. Importantly, the price for the repair including parts was very reasonable. This is my go-to plumbing company. They have helped me with several issues and every time they've been quick and professional. They take time to explain the issue and then give me several options. They don't try to over sell me but they also make sure the job is done right. They double and triple check what the issue is, so I'm not paying for services that don't need to be fixed. They are affordable and not overpriced. Every time someone has come out, they have been a true plumber, not someone without experience who has to call his/her boss to ask what to do.

I was referred to this business for a commercial washout sink clog that has been a problem for 19 years. Rachel was the sweetest dispatcher I could ever hope for then James and Mason arrived within an hour, gave me a very reasonable quote and worked until the job was done right! I called All American Plumbing based on the excellent reviews I read here. A toilet in our rental property seemed to be malfunctioning. The entire experience was excellent. The person who took my call was professional and scheduled the service call at the time I requested. There were numerous follow up texts confirming who would be going to the property and when. Mason arrived on time, checked out the toilet, and determined the problem was probably not the toilet, but with the water pressure in the building. He adjusted the angle stops and resolved the issue. He provided options and estimates in the event the problem returned. And, the price for this service call was - zero. Needless to say, we will be calling this company with any future plumbing issues in our properties!

We used All American to install a reverse osmosis system and water pressure regulator. The guys were on-time, responsive, and knew their stuff. They worked efficiently and got everything done for a fair price. Though it's only been a few months, we've been happy with their work!

Mason and Danny replaced an old garbage disposal. While Danny installed the new garbage disposal, Mason checked all the other plumbing items in the condo and gave me a list or recommended updates to consider. They were on time for the appointment and very pleasant to work with. I appreciated that Mason was very thorough and helpful in pointing out additional items that should be considered for replacement for repair/replacement. American Plumbing was recommended to me to fix a water service line leak. They quickly identified that I had a plastic pipe dating from the early 1980s that needed to be replaced in it's entirety. They came back quickly and worked digging a trench, minimizing landscape damage, and tunneled under a sidewalk to change the pipe to copper. I won't have to worry about this pipe for as long as the house will be standing! Really appreciated their knowledge and professionalism - 5 Stars all around. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I met Byron Hoch, the owner of All American Plumbing when he joined our local BNI (Business Network International) group. At first I was skeptical because the last plumber was really great and I didn't want to be disappointed...I was NOT disappointed! I am a San Diego Area Residential Property Manager and I REALLY care who I hire to do the work on my rentals, since it is a reflection on me and my business. That being said, I highly recommend this All American Plumbing. My tenant had no hot water on a Sunday morning, so I called Byron to see if he could fix it on Monday. Well,he said, why don't I send a guy right now...and I think, what? I ask, how much more is it going to cost on a Sunday? He says, same price, he's got a guy available and he sent him right away! I was amazed and he did a great job too! Now when I have a plumbing issue, I do NOT hesitate to call Byron at All American Plumbing and you should too.

I'm really satisfied with the new gas water heater that Ryan Nash installed at my house. He prioritized to finish the install late at night! Provided excellent customer service as he was patient to move the water softener out of the way of the water heater and even modified the water pipe for better access to water heater. Ryan has been courteous and professional. He explained what I needed to look out for when common water problems arise. He also fixed a leaky pipe at my front yard. I examined his work after the install and would say that all the connecting valves and drain pipe were placed much better than the old that came with the house.Corbin, the new apprentice has been helpful moving items in the garage as well. Nathan and Tony came out to my property to help diagnose a water leak out of the area drain. They were extremely professional, courteous and on time. I got a text they were on their way and arrived at exactly 10am on a Saturday. My window was 10-12 pm.I explained to them the leak had gone on for 3 weeks and they mentioned it could be due to a possible neighbor leak since the underground pipe may be a french drain configuration (holes to absorb water from the surrounding area). Turns out it was a neighbor leak the entire time!After confirming the water meter on my property was not moving at all, Tony had looked at neighbor's water meter and noticed it was slightly moving. They both went into the neighbor's backyard with permission and found a water hose that was trickling water. After that was turned off, the meter stopped moving. Amazing work!! This leak had been driving me crazy for the past 3 weeks making me worried there could be possible damage or that it was a leak from the city water line. Thankfully this was fixed literally within minutes. Thank you guys so much!

Justen and his apprentice were on time, neatly dressed, had shoe covers, and very pleasant.They were able to unplug my main drain, and able to retrieve a part that the tile person had dropped. Was able to show the piece that accidentally dropped into toilet, which proved I didn't cause it, and was refunded for the visit. They were also able to handle another problem while here, avoiding another trip.I'm having new counter tops and faucets installed soon in 3 baths and kitchen, and hopefully Justen will be able to do it. Ryan and Tony came to repair a broken drain pipe. They went above and beyond explaining the situation since it was more complicated due to the pipe being installed improperly by the house builder. I called All American Plumbing after hearing that they do whole house inspections for free and thought this was a great idea to have done to my 10 year old house since things are starting to go, as so many things do around the 10 year mark.From the moment Byron and his apprentice arrived, myself and my home were treated with the greatest of respect. After they completed the inspection they had me follow them around so that they could explain to me a couple of little issues that would require a simple fix and they even pointed out things that I should keep my eye on for future. Not once did they try to sell me on anything I didn’t need nor did they try to pressure me into fixing things that didn’t really need to be fixed, which has been done in the past.The only issue that came from the inspection that needed attention was that I needed a new hot water heater; which I kind of new was coming do to issues I had been having with it. I thought that All American Plumbing would have to reschedule to fix it but I was pleasantly surprised when that wasn’t the case. Byron said that he would go pick up a hot water heater and be right back to replace it, which they quickly did. No rescheduling and the job was done with no further interruption to my day. WOW! I just had a great experience with Byron from All American Plumbing. I called and asked for a specific next day appointment, and Byron was right on time. Needless to say I don't know much about plumbing. I was concerned about finding someone I could trust, as I have previously had some bad experiences and also have a limited income.I had a spigot in the back that had been leaking for months. I was dreading the cost of having it fixed. Byron came out and looked at it, took off my hose, and showed me that I was missing something from my hose that was causing the leak, it wasn't the plumbing...yes, I felt stupid! I asked Byron how much I owed for the visit and his time, and he said no charge! He was so nice and professional. I was very impressed and will definitely use them in the future! At this time because of Covid-19 they are not charging extra for weekends nor charging a covid fee like many business are. Great Company, techs are always nice and professional.

My water pressure in my kitchen faucet declined suddenly, 3 days before Thanksgiving. Called Byron at All American. He sent out a Tech to see what the problem was. Broken handle. Told me my options and I decided to see if I could get a friend help me. Friend helped, but couldn't get nut loosened. All American came and had to saw out the old faucet. My friend installed the new faucet. Couldn't get connectors connected and found out that the valves very ready to die. By now it is the day before Thanksgiving, 3:30 PM. Called All American again, humbly, to see when they could come out and finish the job... Rachel in the office gave me an appointment for the following Saturday and also called to see if there was a Tech available Wednesday evening. Within a few minutes she called me to let me know that a Tech would come to my place that evening! - He also found that the valves would better be replaced now to avoid major water damage down the road, so he replaced them as well. By 6:30 PM, Thanksgiving Eve, I had a shiny new faucet, new valves and a great experience with All American. Not only did they send out somebody TWICE to help me, knowing I wanted a friend to help me, but when all broke loose, they STILL came out THAT DAY and helped me. I had the best customer service in a long time and I think that Byron and his staff deserve ALL the stars they can get. Highly recommend All American Plumbing. And not to forget to mention Byron's integrity and professionalism.

I called All American Plumbing on Thursday morning when I found a leak under the kitchen sink and they arrived in just a couple hours. The technicians, Byron and Blake, were very polite and helpful. They patiently explained the process as they first shut off the water and did a safety inspection, checking all the valves and drains for calcium build up and the water pressure. It turned out my pressure regulator was bad and that the high pressure was what caused the leak.They replaced the regulator and two angle stops that same day and gave me a reduced price on both angle stops for taking care of all the work at once. They finished the work in just a couple hours and cleaned up after, so that it looked like they were never here.I'm very pleased with their great attitude and professional work. All American Plumbing definitely earned all five stars!

Super nice guy, (Byron- actually the owner), walked me thru everything to be done, costs, etc. He could probably charge more for his services, but his pricing is more than fair. if you need some type of plumbing done - CALL ALL AMERICAN! you will glad you did.

A few months ago, I had All American Plumbing come out to fix my kitchen sink that was clogged. Byron explained to me one of the reasons I was having this problem was due to a very old garbage disposal. So I decided to bite the bullet and replace my garbage disposal which ended up being much less than was expected. He gave me a great deal on it as well as tightened up some leaky faucets throughout my home. Within just a couple months I've noticed a decrease in my utility bill as far as water goes. The day I decided my efforts had been exhausted and needed to throw in the towel and actually call a professional. there is minor leak in the bathroom sink due to sink lever plug wear-out.the toilet is not flushing well due to partial clogging and it needs to be cleaned use an auger. we need to replace an old-style toilet fill value kit with a new one. Today, 2 guys from all american plumbing came in and did a cost estimation. To clean the partially-clogged toilet pipe, he quoted $150 and additional $100 if the toilet need be moved. to replace the sink lever plug, he quoted $125. To replace the fill valve, he quoted $100. I was telling Sean, don't treat your customer like an ignorant,the quotes you give are ridiculously high and all american plumbing is ripping its customers off. I asked them to leave and did not use their service. I went to the home depot, and spent $7 to buy a new sink lever plug and come back to replace the wear-out one in 5 minutes, it saves me $118. I'll ask some other contractor to clean the toilet or buy a tool from home depot (about $40) to clean it myself. the tank fill valve is about $20 for a good brand, the replacement should be done in half hour for a profession guy, I don't know why I need to play $100.I'm so glad I did not use the service from all american plumbing which looks like pirates ripping people off. I had very bad experience. not sure why it deserve a 5-star review... highly recommend not to use this company for any service.

I had an emergency situation and they got called over to my place at 8pm. First impression of Ryan Nash was that he was a solid guy. Then he took the time to explain to me what needed to be done.Ryan ended up leaving at 2:15am when he finished the job. It's always nice when I meet someone that is just as OCD as me...LOL ! He work was flawless and he made sure to explain everything to me and then cleaned up 100% of any mess (along with a lot of my dog's hair LOL !).Ryan will be back on Monday to fix one other issue that he didn't have time to take care of but I would definitely recommend Ryan and All American Plumbing...trustworthy and honest...hard to come by in this industry !

Nathan was great, explained everything very well and knew what the problem was quick, didn't waste any time.. He said if I had the same problem to call, so it happened again in a few days and he used a camera to make sure what the problem was, got it fixed and gave us some advise on it, great company and Workers! Scheduled an estimate to come out to my house between 10am to noon. Made sure I stayed at home in anticipation of said appointment, but unfortunately no one came and no courtesy call was provided to let me know that no one would be coming. Disappointing to say the least...

Saw this company recommended on the Escondido Friends FB Page. Needed to have 2 shower heads/faucets replaced and 2 toilets inspected. Have used home warranty plumbing services in the past with unsatisfactory outcomes. I researched All American and was impressed with all the positive reviews. I requested a completely free inspection online. Very responsive. Many companies offer a free inspection where they deduct the cost of the visit if you choose to proceed with the work; otherwise they do charge you. However, All American is absolutely free. They came out promptly as scheduled on time; completed inspection and provided estimate. I scheduled the work to be done on a subsequent day and again they were on time. David and Josh were very professional and did an excellent job. They were courteous and patiently demonstrated the functionality and options of the new hardware installed. I will never call another plumber except All American. Highly recommend.
