I paid $200 for these guys to do nothing. They were supposed to unclog a drain but all they did was come out and give me estimates for other non related work. These guys just want to sell you. Then when I call back to complain, they put me on hold. I'll never use them again.

The technician, Rudy, was courteous and efficient.He does not determine the cost of the job.The price for a 5 minute job to replace a valve bib on my patio was absolutely ridiculous.Since the bib broke off the pipe, one of the main water valves had to be shut off and 3 condo units were not receiving cold water.If not for that, Anderson Plumbing would have been told to take a hike.$455!

Francisco came over to help us with a backed up sink. He patiently answered all my questions and explained what he was doing as I hovered over his shoulder. My original appointment had not been for a few hours but he had freed up early and I only waited 45 minutes after my initial call. This was a great experience.

I needed to re-pipe my house, so I got a few bids from different companies. I chose Collins Pacific Plumbing because they were competitive, and they had availability to start right away. They were very organized and communicative. I got a text message every time they were on their way on who was coming to work in the house. They looked for ways to perform the work with minimal damage to the house and were able to re-pipe the shower without destroying any tile. During the process they helped me trouble shoot some other things that came up and offered good solutions. They also helped me with the permitting process by creating drawings and attending the rough-in inspection. Aaron and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. They were honesty and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Very professional

The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix. Many plumbers in Orange County refused to help at such short notice then my brother contacted EZ Plumbing USA. He had taken their service before so he knew they could help us and he was right. After getting our request, the team immediately arrived and repaired the water pipeline. I’m really grateful to them for saving us during the emergency!!!!!!

Fuentes is a family business. From the first moment I panicked called to Ruth with sewage water about to spill over my my shallow shower stall, she handled it with professionalism and ensured me that technicians will be out ASAP. Then Pablo and Cesar showed up and took care of one of the shower blockage and as Cesar was showing me the final result he noticed the toilet bubbling up. He knew right away that it was main sewage line problem. We looked for it and he asked if it’s ok to perform since it’s a condo unit and main line involves HOA. As I said yes to him, HOA president showed up at my doorstep and started lecturing. Cesar tried to diffuse the situation and showed him the problem. He agreed to pay for cleaning out the main line to the city sewage line. The whole thing was all done in a couple of hours. I can’t thank them enough. If they didn’t solve it, both units at the bottom would have been flooded with sewage water. They are professional, courteous and have all the right tools. Christian is very professional. He communicated from the very beginning calling in to let us know when he’d arrive. He showed up and quickly found the water shut down, grabbed the faucet, and installed it. All about 20 minutes. Once he was done, he walked us through what we can do to make our faucet work well for a long run. Gotta love fast and efficient work. We’re definitely hiring again.
