I am so disheartened to report our once infallible plumber has bit the dust. PIC is NOT the company it used to be. Having used them for rentals for years, we immediately noticed when we began getting diverted immediately to a botched call center.In our quest to converge our business with a group of plumbers we trusted, we called them out to review and estimate our latest acquisition. We had them shadow our inspector, so we could be prepared for cost of repair and immediately get the job started at CLOE. For a single section of cast iron pipe (5ft including the toilet flange), accessible through a 3 foot for crawl space, they wanted $2,800.00, almost triple what they charged for an identical job 7 months prior!Because we trusted them, we began work immediately and did not question (out loud) the exorbitant increase. I was amazed when they got the job done in THREE HOURS! WOW, they are making $999.00/hour, I am in the wrong business!Two weeks later we get a clogged toilet, so my spouse crawls under to investigate. These, now, scammers had cut the pipe at the flange! They left the 152 year old cast iron flange in the floor! When we called them out on this obvious effort to deceive, they immediately became indignant and begrugingly completed the job of REMOVING ALL CAST IRON on that floor!Days later, we get a clogged toilet! They come back out and despite HAVING BEEN PRESENT FOR THE INSPECTION AND HAVING BEEN PROVIDED WITH THE SCOPE AND NOTES FROM THE INSPECTOR DO NOT USE A SNAKE ON THESE CITY-SIDE- RELINED CAST IRON,CERAMIC, OUTLET CITY DRAINS, we come home to the guy bragging about using a heavy duty snake! He tore the lining out of the segment of cast iron at the sidewalk....!!!! We sent them the video and they have not replied.

We had a tech named Kwesi.We had a bigger clog for some reason. It was bad, like all the way bad all the way around. Kwesi worked on my house for a few days to get our home back in shape. I won't go into the scope of work, let's just say it was not a simple drain pop.Kwesi is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. He worked through his days off. He helped me calm my anxiety. It was enough work to warrant financing. He with Rooter Heroes helped me get the financing needed for the repairs.I will say, being a brand new home owner and this kind of stuff happening, I do not think I could have asked for better customer service.I could not recommend this company enough. If anyone asks me for plumbing recommendations, Rooter Heroes is who I will be recommending.

I called EZ Plumbing USA last Friday night as my tub faucets and shower controls were leaking badly, and it needed urgent attention to fix the leak. They sent their team even during the night and fixed the leakage issues. They repaired the faucets and told us that replacing them with new ones is unnecessary. I have called almost every company in San Diego and found this one which is IMO the best priced and has the best customer service by far!It’s interesting because this was the last company I had the patience to call. Just based off the cheerful tone of voice and positive attitude the call representative answering had, I knew this was the company I wanted to use. Now it was just a matter of the pricing.Diagnostic is free! Which I feel like less than half of the companies I called provided.My plumber’s name was, MAURICIO and he was THE BEST! Super friendly guy, calm and knowledgeable, and does his job with a smile.Mauricio helped with changing a shower cartridge. This shower cartridge was old. Like really old. So old the house was probably built around the shower cartridge. Being this old the cartridge was super corroded and was not easy to remove. Pieces of the plastic we’re breaking off and the cartridge came out in two separate parts instead of one entire piece like it’s supposed to.Other companies didn’t want to deal with this cartridge and said they have to replace the entire shower and the piping which would have cost up to a thousand dollars. Mauricio got it done without having to do a ridiculous amount of work and charge an arm and a leg.This is the first time I have used Exodus Plumbing and I am more than satisfied! I will definitely be using this company in the future and if they are able to maintain this level of customer service and continue to give competitive quotes I can easily say I have found my go-to plumbing company!Thank you again Mauricio! Danial was fantastic, did an inspection to check why I’ve been smelling mildew smell from my pumps. He did a thorough check, cleaned hair out of my pipes and even scoped out the vents from the roof with a camera. All for the cost of the diagnostic. He didn’t find anything to fix beyond that (thank goodness), but I feel like it was well worth the value of the diagnostic visit…which was the most competitive rate I got for a plumber visit. Will be using this company again.
