Best Repair Issue in San Diego CA

Jose came out to clear clothes washer drain line, erratically backing up.He performed initial check y inserting supply line into drain pipe, which accepted full flow for 4-5 minutes, no problem. He indicated no charge since he could not see any issues , he could correct. WE tried a wash cycle discharging into drain pipe , it quickly back flowed. Since we have a remodel to start today , and wall/ flooring will have to be replaced, he suggested that exposing the piping will better reveal the issue we have. We discussed the drain issue and Rob asked questions to ensure that he understood the problem. After looking at the drains, he was able to provide options, details on the work that needed to be performed and recommended the solution which was to pressure wash the drains. I would highly recommend Team Rooter to unclog and clean out your drains.

Working with Paws plumbing has been one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I typically use Google to write positive reviews for local businesses as I like promoting good places and work. Unfortunately this time I am writing this negative review to hopefully save someone from going through the horrible experience my family and I have dealt with for months since we began working with Paws Plumbing. They are extremely unknowledgeable and inexperienced workers. They caused a leaked not only in my condo, but also in in neighbors restroom. In addition to that they were unaware that we had a second sink in our room and when they left we had no water running there. I asked them to come back to check on it and they came back rude, upset and unwilling to take responsibility. When I showed their work to plumbers from other companies, they have been shocked and appalled by the terrible work that was done here. It has been more than a month and we still are not able to use our bathroom. It has been completely sealed off, the sink in our room is clogged up, and our neighbor's restroom flooring has been ruined. In an effort to help whoever is reading through these reviews, please look elsewhere. This is the worst company I have ever worked with, and although you don't know me, I would not want anyone else to go through this.

It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I love it when companies show human decency and a spirit of helping over their bottom line. Would definitely recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

William was very courteous and detailed in his work. They were able to get out quickly and even sooner than their time window. They cleaned up the area extremely well and were respectful of our home.This company overall is great from the moment you call in. I would highly recommend them.

Wow! What a fantastic experience! I called Emory and they showed up within 15 minutes. Both Carlos and his partner were extremely polite and courteous. They took care of the problem within minutes, explained the issue, and made sure the bathroom and their work area was spotlessly clean before they left.I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Emory Plumbing. Although I hope not to have any future plumbing issues, if I ever do I will not hesitate to contact Emory.

I called EZ plumbing 24 hour emergency line and they helped me over the phone. I was so grateful that they walked me through the process and also used photos and text to troubleshoot. They also saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to spend for them to come out on Labor Day weekend. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me in my time of need. We needed to hook up our dishwasher, our fridge's icemaker, and install new water supply lines as well. We called Almco for a second opinion and both Danial & Jorge were incredibly friendly, professional and communicative from start to finish! We could trust they were going to do a good job and they didn't charge us for any uncessary work like the previous plumbing company was going to. Definitely recommend working with them!
