Best company and people I will NEVER use another plumber ?

Called to fix a faucet not properly working at my business:Plumber comes in 1st time: a new part is needed, ok, so he orders the part.Plumber comes a second time to install the part, but is not the correct one.The plumber apparently talks to my staff and tells them the faucet cannot be fixed, but it works fine, my staff accepts the explanation and the plumber leaves.I got a bill for $ 209 today. I called back the office and the person on the phone apologizes and says he is going to talk to the owner. Needless to say i told the office clerk that i can pay for one diagnostic visit, but that's it: my faucet is the same as it was before their visits.I got a call back few minutes later with apologies and sorryes, which doesn't fix or solves anything by the way, then my bill now is lowered to $160. Hahahaha. I asked why don't they come and fix the issue at least, and the clerk says on the phone that the issue i have with my faucet cannot be fixed: i guess i have a faucet with a terminal plumbing disease, lol. They are gonna have to do better than this. Here is in a nutshell my experience with this business today.

Call plumbing has very knowledgeable plumbers who use the best materials. The plumbers offer straightforward options and take the time to answer questions. Core may not be the cheapest, but whatever they install or repair is built to last and work well.

We have a clogged toilet at my barbershop , since it’s a business we really need the toilet to be working. Because of the number of people that used the restroom. Elite rooter send Guillermo to unclogged the toilet , he show up on time , service was fast and profesional , I was surprised by how fast he did it and there was no mess in the restroom thank you very much for the quality and profesional work Guillermo did.

It was late Saturday night and while Bill Howe is considerably higher in price than some competitors especially for after hours it was completely worth it for the service I received and the timely fashion that they arrived. Professional, courteous, and informative John called before he was coming, gave me an eta and showed up on time. I can't say enough at how incredibly grateful I am for John Friend my Plumbing and Drain Technician that came out and took care of my water heater. I had just found out at the end of day that my water heater wasn't working and I had a guest that just arrived and needed to shower so it was important to have it working ASAP. John personally made the visit spectacular and I appreciated his help and honest feedback. I'm definitely using them again in the future. Thank you John Friend and Bill Howe plumbing.

I have a Taco D’mand Thermo-regulator system that has become a major issue. Black Mountain Plumbing, and specifically Robert, is helping us to solve this problem. He’s spent a lot of time researching, and also on the phone at my home with various vendors. It’s still in the process, but I hope the outcome is worth his time and mine. And that’s just one of several issues in my home.I am impressed with his efforts and his customer service. Very nice guy and quite knowledgeable in his field.Also, quite by accident, I had my handyman come over for something on the same day as Black Mountain Plumbing. He saw the trucks in my driveway and said “these guys are good. I’m glad you called them”.

Two days ago a crew from Colepepper Plumbing Services replaced my main sewer drain from my house to the city connection with a trenchless sewer lining. I would add that this is the second time this line had to be replaced in about 6 years. However, this time the work was done by what I believe to be an honest and fair organization. Finding reputable mechanics, electricians , and plumbers has proven to be a challenge for me. For now, I believe I have found an honorable plumbing company in Colepepper Plumbing. It’s been a pleasure working with Freddy, Angel, Fernando, Miguel, Gilbert and the rest of the team as we renovate our home here in San Diego.They’ve worked with us on small and large projects with the same great results each time.I also really appreciate that Plumbing Tree uses contemporary technology for their billing. When the work is done, your plumber brings out an iPad and calculates all the details for the job. No mysteries!Plumbing Tree overhauled a very foul mess of a laundry room for us. Parts of that project included replacing a soon-to-expire indoor water heater with an outdoor tankless Navien. The Navien water heater Freddy helped us select is beautiful and works incredibly well. Freddy helped us select a smaller unit than what we originally thought we needed. Angel did a great job hanging the water heater and routing all the piping through our garage’s walls to keep the exterior of our house looking nice and clean. It makes me and my wife happy each time we see the water heater. The pipes in the garage are beautiful too. Thank you Angel!Also for the laundry room, Angel replaced a jumble of leaking pipes in and and outside that room’s walls and installed a utility sink and washer/dryer stack. Before the work started Freddy came over to have a look and was a great help in planning the project. It was a convoluted mess before Plumbing Tree got involved.We’re currently working with Angel and Freddy again on renovating a bathroom. Part of that project included Angel installing a new and very heavy cast iron tub for us, with an assist from Gilbert and Mike. The new tub looks amazing, as does the new shower plumbing rough-in. I really appreciate that Angel takes time and is thoughtful in making his work look great.There’s a lot more that Plumbing Tree has done for us including installing new water and gas lines to the kitchen, installing a dishwasher, and some exterior fixes as well. I won’t go into great detail about those projects, except to say the work has always been great.

So I was looking for someone in Orange County who could fix the issue properly as soon as possible. I called two plumbers but they didn’t reply. Then I contacted EZ Plumbing USA. They immediately responded to my request and sent a plumber. Their plumber Donald was well-behaved and experienced. He handled the water heater carefully and replaced the safety guard, insulation and access panel. Now, it is working properly and I'm thankful to EZ Plumbing USA for it.
