We have preferred service for the tankless water heater and scheduled for service today. Service technician arrive 3 1/2 hours after agreed upon time.The water pressure was checked and read 150 psi which is above the serviceable psi of 50(?). Technician quoted a price of $745!! To replace a regulator that cost less than $100?! There is an adjustment screw that reduces the psi and could have been done or at least recommended versus a $745 replacement. Extremely poor customer service after waiting for hours for technician to arrive. Not a pleased customer whatsoever. There motto of making you smile is not today rather the opposite.

Jarod came to the rescue on a Sunday. He quickly snakes the main line. He also showed me a few things around the property that will help moving forward. 5 stars and highly recommended.

I have an older home that has many plumbing issues and I have utilized Mr. Rooter for projects both small and large. They are always prompt and pricing is below what I have found with others. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. One area I would fix, would be the 3.5% they charge for credit or debit card use which is a bit high - especially for a debit card.

We had to call an emergency plumber today. This company was very nice, professional, and responsive. They didn’t even charge us for coming out, since we didn’t need any repairs right now. Looks like we may need some repairs soon though, and we plan to call this company.

We had an emergency need for help unclogging pipes and toilets which were blocked for myself and my neighbor, given shared pipes. The service arrived within an hour of my calling and asking for help.Mason was so helpful and kind. He tried his best to get the work done in a cost efficient manner, and explained rationale for all work that needed to be performed. He worked quickly and effectively, and had both of our pipes unclogged fairly quickly, which was very exciting for us - working toilets!I really appreciated his quick and attentive support, reassuring, calm and friendly demeanor, and of course that he got the job done well. Thank you!!

Made a call in the morning (10-11am) and was given to dispatch and a confirmation number, with a time time of Anytime-- That translated into having no idea when someone would show up. Four people are waiting to get their sink unclogged and I continue to call in and get forwarded to dispatch. Called that someone will be out there in an hour, an hour passes again, and it is now 6:20pm. This is literally 5mi away from the house. I still have no clue why someone hasn't shown up. Why is there a 49.99 service fee included when you have to ruin your entire day waiting on people that don't show up or even mention when they might show up?!

I found Ryan, the plumber, to be very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was on time, in fact even a little early, which is refreshing, found the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. I would recommend this company highly and I plan to use them again for my next plumbing issue...since there always seems to be one with an older house.

Leon was wonderful! He was great at explaining the plumbing issue and the repair. He was very quick and efficient too! Will use it again if service is needed in the future.

Edgar was amazing. He had great communication setting up the repair, explaining what he would have to do prior to doing anything, and tips on moving forward after the repair. Loved that he communicated over phone and texts. Notified me when he was 30 minutes away, sent photos of the work before, after, and during.I had called 3 other plumbers and he had given me the lowest quote and was the friendliest. Definitely recommend!

Emilio arrived on time per the estimate given to me when I made the appointment. He was genuinely nice, listened to my issues, asked relevant questions, and got to work. He finished in just over an hour, he was quiet, very clean, and their pricing was incredibly fair. I would 100% use again, and again, and again.

If you are looking for a competent, honest plumber then you need to call Steve Fox, his crew is well trained and gives great customer service and they do not try and sell you a bunch of stuff you do not need
