Needed, received a new sewer mainline. Great experience all around. Dealt with several team members throughout process. Kenny managed the process and was highly available, great follow-up and follow-through. We shopped a couple competitors who were fine but not impressive. They did give lower quotes, but Kenny was able to meet us more than halfway and it was evident we were paying a bit more for the most professional, high-quality provider. Very glad we did; they will continue to be our first call for plumbing needs as both property owners and landlords.

I had three homes with plumbing problems. Powers Plumbing sent out Donald (with over 20 yrs experience). Donald fixed all the problems. He was professional, friendly, and willing to take the time to explain what he was doing and what the problem was. Janet, the owner was very accommodating and patient over the phone. Had an appointment monday. They told me they couldn’t make it due to an emergency. Ok, thats fine. They told me they would come tuesday. No showed tuesday (even though i called 3x) and then tomd me my appointment was wed. Ok. I waited. Then end of day wed i am told my appointment is Friday. They kept no showing and rescheduled my appointment without even a call or email. Ive used these guys before and even had them help my dad out with a big job in la mesa but I’m not sure if i would use again.

I had a great experience with Jorge Duran and Anderson Plumbing. My main drain clogged at 6pm on a Friday and they were able to have someone out 8am the next morning. He showed up on time, was knowledgeable and nice to deal with. He took care of the problem quickly and there were no hidden fees or changes from what I was quoted over the phone. Highly recommended!

Robby was our young Technician this morning. He not only worked really hard, knew what he was doing, a pleasure to talk to, sharing what he thinks happened & what the plan to fix it, but for the younger working force out there he give me hope for the next generation. Paws Plumbing provided amazing service, Keith was fantastic. He communicated clearly, made recommendations, went out of his way to find a part for me. He was on time, professional and knows what he’s doing. When I called in to schedule, Will was professional and friendly as well. It was easy to schedule and get an appointment and their text communication of arrivals and departures is awesome! My part came in a day early and they were able to come out the next day and install it even though I had an appointment scheduled for next week. Above and beyond, Highly recommend!!

Our water heater was not able to heat the water, and it was leaking too. So, my friend suggested All Star Plumbing & Restoration to fix my water heater, I called them, and the same day they were at my doorstep! Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .

I just moved here from out of state. Found evidence of a leak in a bathtub drain. Ryan was recommenced to me by our management company. He did a masterful job of locating the source, gaining access with a minimum degree of disturbance to walls etc, and making the repair!

I needed repair fast and Emory came to the rescue quickly and professionally. The office scheduled the appointment with ease. The same day service promptly came at the expected time. Carlos inspected the problem and gave suggestions for the possible complications that might occur. Either way with confidence he reassured me he could complete the job and he did! Water heater at my home was giving extremely hot water. My wife called EZ Plumbing USA based in Orange County as she saw their positive reviews online. Their plumber arrived and inspected the water heater thoroughly. He told me that the thermostat temperature setting must be too high and the heater requires some replacements. He removed the access panel, insulation and plastic safety guard and adjusted the temperature settings. He replaced the plastic safety guard, access panel, & insulation. My heater is functioning properly now.

Leon was wonderful! He was great at explaining the plumbing issue and the repair. He was very quick and efficient too! Will use it again if service is needed in the future.

My plumber was Emilio. My home was his last appointment for the day. He was very pleasant and professional, wearing his face mask upon arrival. I was expecting him to be in a hurry since it was the end of his work day. Not so. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. He didn’t seem rushed at all. I was very pleased with Emilio and will definitely be calling Exodus plumbing again!

Juan went above and beyond to get my bathtub running even though it was a BIG drain pipe issue.
