Tried this place for a second opinion, turned out to be cheaper.
Two calls now, clog in one area, leak elsewhere.
Both schedulers have been super nice, both plumbers have been professional and helpful.

Die to a recent surgery I am limited to my downstairs powder room. It clogged up and I was n a panic! powers sent out someone the same day and found xed the issue! Lifesavers!!!!

First of all I’d like to thank the guys from Elite Rooter First they snake my mom’s drain and then put a camera through it told us that we needed to be replaced and they had it done in no time. I was clueless about who to call when I suspected a slab leak. Luckily my insurance agent suggested this company. So, I booked 24-hour emergency plumbing services to accurately locate the leak and fix the issue quickly. Their customer service is excellent. The professionals came to assist me in 60 minutes. They gave me an estimate right up front. I was ready with their course of action as it was in my budget. They are absolutely the best!

Called to have a leak in our bathroom plumbing checked. The plumber was Brandon Martinez who did a great job of explaining what the problem was and he promptly addressed it. Price was far less than I anticipated, Brandon was extremely nice and very professional and I will definitely use this company again, I highly recommend them.

Amazing San Diego plumber! I was getting quotes to replace my water heater in excess of $1000+ , Charlie was able to show up quickly and troubleshooted the problem. He saved me over $800 by replacing the necessary part and getting my hot water back on that night!

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.

My normal plumber wasn’t able to come out soon enough, so I decided to give Almco a try. I was able to book online easily and got a call back within a few minutes. They were able to come when I needed them. Jorge even showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment. My sink is fixed and I will use them again for sure.
