Tina was very professional and answered all my questions. I actually was able to get my drain running that same day with their fast scheduling and service.

I'm, really pleased that I chosen PIC Plumbing Services. All the other plumbing companies that say they're 24 hours, there really not. PIC plumbing responded in a timely manner corrected my shower faucet. Without having to cut a hole in the drywall which saved me money or replace the tub because it was old.I would highly recommend Eric. He identified the problem he was able to correct it. I have been with Anderson since I purchased my home 5 years ago. They took care of a 25 year old HVAC unit to make it last for another 5 years which I had Anderson replace a few months ago when the old unit finally went out. This past weekend I had my VIP plumbing inspection which was very detailed. Dylan, my technician, was very thorough checking all of my plumbing including the hot water heater, water pressure valve and explained things as he went along. A couple of days prior to my inspection my garbage disposal went out. Dylan, reminded me that Anderson could do the work while he was there. He took the time and had the new disposal readily available to install. Every technician I have had over the past 5 years are highly trained, qualified and professional. Their office personnel is as well. It is nice to have follow up after a service is performed and they do just that to make sure the customer is always satisfied. I highly recommend Anderson for any of your plumbing, heating & air needs.

Had an emergency blockage and Rooter Hero responded quickly and worked beyond the normal hours to ensure my home was livable very quickly. They worked with me with the insurance claim when my insurance company was being difficult. If I have plumbing issues they are the only ones I will call!

Called the business and was quoted $105 for the service and $80 for a weekend fee. When the technician arrived. He stated that it would cost $375 dollars for a mainline cleaning. Do not trust what the business says over the phone, their prices are joy consistent and will give you a new price at arrival. I’d recommend going to a different business if you are looking for honesty, if they would have just been upfront the service was otherwise fine.

These guys are amazing! i had an emergency situation where my kitchen wasting flooded. They came out super quick, fixed the problem and did it all with amazing customer service. These guys rock. Hire them!

Very pleased with EZ Plumbing USA services. I called them for drain cleaning after reading their reviews on the internet. The plumber Peter was really nice and he cleaned the drain and pipes connected to it. He also gave me a few tips on how I can keep the drain clean and avoid the clogging. Very professional and respectful to our home. Their team wears shoe covers to ensure no mess for your floors. Very friendly and punctual.
