Don has been very helpful and accommodating in the couple of phone calls we've had regarding which way to go on a new water heater. I had the pleasure of meeting Don in person today when he made a house-call to assess my situation and provide me with an estimaste. After checking online regarding other prices and costs, I was able to get an appt. for the following day for the installation of a 50 gallon gas tank. Some modifications had to be made to be up to the current codes, as well (my old water heater came with the house when I bought it about 24 years ago!). David and his partner were professional, helpful (a large storage set up had to be moved in order to remove my old tank and set up the new one), and efficient.I've only had the new tank for a couple of days now and so far, so good.I like the fact that Core is a long-time local and family-owned business.

Kevin was very friendly. A second person came along, assuming in training. If so, Kevin communicated with Bobby in a calm and respectful tone of voice as they worked together (I think, the name is Bobby ?,). Both, were very friendly and professional.

I called Bill Howe to have my whole house water filter and water softener installed. I ended up moving my water heater at the same time to free up some unusable space in my garage. Martin took care of the water filter and softener install while Allan handled moving the water heater. They both did great work. l definitely will recommend to family and friends!

They were super responsive via text. The parts were delayed 2 weeks and Aaron, the service manager, stayed in touch to inform me about the status of parts and they installed as soon as the part came in.

Our technician Ryan, responded to my text message within minutes on Wednesday and made an appointment for the following Friday. He was on time, quickly diagnosed the issues with our “sticking cold water handle and drain stopper in the bathroom and water shut off valves under the kitchen sink and fixed them. Ryan was very personable and professional. We found his repair cost to be fair and reasonable. He will be the first one we call for any future plumbing needs and will pass his name on to friends and relatives.

Having problems with hot/cold water not maintaining the selected mix properly for the duration of the shower. Once desired temperature is selected and the shower runs for a few minutes, the temperature fluctuates from just right to scalding hot, then back and forth between that and drastically cold, back to just right and through the cycle again. It's frightening and for the elderly - jumping out of the range of the stream is a feat hard to capture. The cartridge that performs this magic function was replaced and my shower now delivers the temperature I select for the duration of my shower. (Hallellujah!!)This is a problem I've had over the past 27 years here in my condo. I've had the cartridge replaced at least six, maybe seven times over this period.The plumber I've used all these years can no long service third floor units, so Emory was referred to me and I must say I was thoroughly pleased from the initial phone call to the service rendered by Carlos. And I was able to get this service performed the very next day. Thanks Emory!!

Mickey was AMAZING. This company is great. They fix long term problems not just a quick fix.Mickey came to fix my bathroom sink because of a clog. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Max arrived at our residence as scheduled initially explained what he would do to identify the unknown location of our water leak. He prepped the work area and it was determine that he would open a section of the ceiling. Within minutes he identified the leak and informed us of his suggestion for repair. Upon completion of the repair he returned the work area back to it’s original conditional. He was very professional at all times and the knowledge of craft was unquestionable.
