I highly recommend Chris Sullivan, a plumber with Bill Howe Plumbing. He did a great job replacing my garbage disposal and unclogging a drain in my bathroom. In addition to being a knowledgable and efficient plumber, he is just a really nice guy. Truly a kind, honest and intelligent human being.A neighbor recommended Bill Howe after Chris fixed her kitchen drain, and I'm so glad I listened to her. I often feel anxiety about having a stranger come into my home to fix stuff, especially during the pandemic, but I felt very comfortable with Chris within a minute of talking to him. Had a water leak on the second floor of our home that had been going on for months...finally called Allstar plumbers and they found it and repaired quickly. Jake who works for them in San Diego did a great job!

Gilbert did a wonderful job unclogging our sewage drain! We had found that all of our drains were starting to backup all around the house, and when we called Gilbert from Rooter Hero, he was not only able to a great job at unclogging our system, he was able to remove an old cap at the end of our pipe that was stuck, and replace it within a few hours! He was easy to work with and friendly to talk to, which makes us highly recommend Rooter Hero Plumbing for anyone who may need help the next time they have plumbing issues.

The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.

I had a small leak and phoned Exodus early in the morning.They were able to schedule me for a same-day appointment.Emilio showed up very promptly and was able to fix the leak quickly. He also advised me on repairing another issue on my property, providing a lot of useful information and answering all questions I had. I will happily recommend Emilio and Exodus for any plumbing repairs, and I plan to use them for my future plumbing needs.
