I was sincerely blown away by their detailed explanation of the problem as well as the solution. They were quick at their job and well-equipped. We had a tech named Kwesi.We had a bigger clog for some reason. It was bad, like all the way bad all the way around. Kwesi worked on my house for a few days to get our home back in shape. I won't go into the scope of work, let's just say it was not a simple drain pop.Kwesi is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. He worked through his days off. He helped me calm my anxiety. It was enough work to warrant financing. He with Rooter Heroes helped me get the financing needed for the repairs.I will say, being a brand new home owner and this kind of stuff happening, I do not think I could have asked for better customer service.I could not recommend this company enough. So I was looking for someone in Orange County who could fix the issue properly as soon as possible. I called two plumbers but they didn’t reply. Then I contacted EZ Plumbing USA. They immediately responded to my request and sent a plumber. Their plumber Donald was well-behaved and experienced. He handled the water heater carefully and replaced the safety guard, insulation and access panel. Now, it is working properly and I'm thankful to EZ Plumbing USA for it.

My normal plumber wasn’t able to come out soon enough, so I decided to give Almco a try. I was able to book online easily and got a call back within a few minutes. They were able to come when I needed them. Jorge even showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment. My sink is fixed and I will use them again for sure.

This company provides great estimates and actually itemized. Going to use them for a remodel because they are honest, good communicators and have great prices as well as line by line estimates.

We've used AR twice, once for a leaking hot water heater that needed replacement that day. They did that very professionally that same day (I called late morning, it was done by 5 pm). We also had some evaluation and work on our water regulator valve and some shower fixture install work. All done professionally and all explained to us.
