We had a wonderful experience with Morey. After our AC unit went out, we called around to a few companies. All of the other gave us a two week wait time. Morey was able to get us in the next day.Our provider, Brian Beckham, was fantastic. He was able to diagnose our issue, find the part that was damaged, apply our warranty, and fix it all within an hour. We really appreciated his authenticity and patience as he explained to us the issue. We will definitely be using these guys for future issues!

I was referred to Morey Plumbing by a friend of mine who used to work for them. He had nothing but great things to say about the staff and his time spent working there. I figured I'd give them a shot and I was glad I did. From the get go, Shannon was very helpful in having someone there ASAP to look at rerouting our gas lines. Brian, the plumber, was very attentive to our needs and understood the urgency of not having gas to run our appliances (cold baths suck). Brian and Paul were able to get the job done fast, all while delivering fine quality work in their craft. Thank you to the Morey team for taking good care of my family and my home. We moved recently to San Diego area and faced a challenge with our laundry room where we had to shift the positions of W/D and sink.I was referred to Ken Morey plumbing by a family member. I called this particular company because I was seeking professional experience and know how. Ken Morey's work ethic shines through. I appreciated his attention to safety and other important details. After he did a maintenance service on my 30 year+ wall heater he left it up to me to replace it or not. It was in working condition. The next day I called to make an appointment to install a new one. This is an old Hillcrest home and he had to resolve a few issues which he did with expertise. It took a more time but he didn't charge me the extra hours. He also took the initial maintenance service charge off the cost of the new heater install.

Brain and Paul, the plumbers who did the work were clearly highly experienced and completed the job to a very high quality.I felt confident from the moment I opened the front door for them and they proved most efficient and personable.I have been a Subway franchisee for over twenty years and have used many different plumbers. I have found Morey Heating and cooling company to be one of the most prompt and reliable companies.I was concerned with a gas leak reported by my neighbor who was smelling gas in her unit, but I couldn’t smell it in my unit, After trouble shooting, and upon making an enquiry regarding the leak to my neighbor I was amazed Brian found the leak by cutting a small hole in the wall behind my stove within 20 minutes. Couldn't believe it. He fixed the gas leak in my kitchen, cleaned and removed all debris and mess and left the place clean and tidy.There was great communication throughout starting with Ken the owner of the company to Shannon the personable lady taking the calls in the office. Everything that needed explaining was explained well. Our AC leaked through our ceiling and we didn’t know what to do or how to fix it. We were in a major time crunch because we had company coming into town in the middle of a heat wave! I’m so happy we found Morey. They sent Brian out the very same day and he gave us several different service options on how to fix the issue, from a basic super affordable option to a gold level option to do it all & avoid future issues. I loved the efficient iPad system where we could pick and choose to make it within our budget. He even came out the next day on the weekend to complete the work, just in time for our company to arrive in a couple hours! We plan on having Brian come do some more work, as well as regular maintenance so we don’t have future issues. Super impressed with this company from start to finish! Thank you!

They are professional experts at reasonable prices. In addition to installing a new a/c & heating unit. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. I contacted Morey Plumbing for a clogged toilet Shannon set up appointment she was friendly . Shannon offered same day service with a two hour window . That's great service . Shannon called to let me know that Paul would be arriving in 30. When paul arrived he was knowledgeable and friendly . Paul fixed the problem in a timely manner . I would definitely recommend Morey plumbing to family and friends.

Morey's was recommended to us by our neighbor who had great experience with them.They were correct. Got a call informing me that the Tech would be there within 30 minutes...he arrived in 15. The Tech was Leo and from the introduction I felt comfortable. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very informative. Answered all my questions and resolved the problem within 30 minutes. Price was fair and without any 'hidden' last minute add-on surprises.Very satisfied with the Service provided and the Personnel.

Morey just replaced the Heat Exchanger to my HVAC system. As always, they were honest and helpful in explaining the issue (25 year old - carbon monoxide leak) and in helping me decide the approach to take. Their office staff are the best, and Jeff's works was fast, friendly, efficient and effective. Have been working with them for 25 years!

Job included replacement of old A/C condenser/compressor system in addition to upgrade/replacement of all air tubes in the home itself. The installers (Cam, Paul at start with Brian and the owner, Ken, finishing and checking at the end) for the work performed with great expertise, efficiency, neatness and with virtually no interference to the normal activities in the home itself. A 30 minute notice call was made by Shannon (most accommodating receptionist) from the main office each time the technicians were to arrive The experience, overall, could not have been better!

So glad I found Morey. Had a different company come out to check on air conditioning. Long story short, he couldn't seem to fix anything and tried to get me to replace it with a $5k model the next day. Obviously I needed to call someone else. The tech from Morey got here on time, no dumb questions, thoroughly inspected and even cleaned up the unit, fixed some of the insulation that had come loose, cleaned and inspected the ducts inside and out. Then gave me several options and suggestions. Did the repairs on time without interrupting my business and even came in a little under the estimate. I now have a three year service contract with Morey and feel relieved.

I have been a satisfied Morey Plumbing customer for about 10 years. I have used them for both service and construction and am consistently pleased. I give them my highest recommendation!

Saturday - Just as the tempurature soared to 85 degrees and we are required to shelter-in-place because we are over 65, the air conditioner shut down. I called Morey 7:30am Sunday to get someone out. Ken was very booked, but promised possibly Monday, he could get out. I reminded him that we are effectively locked in a very hot house, and the temp was already 80 degrees inside. He said he would see what he could do and hewas aboe to find a volunteer to work extra time to come and fix the problem. We were cool with-in hours. Thanks again Morey.

Had the water main replaced due to a leak.
MPHC were prompt, knowledgeable and honest. They came in with the best bid and did an outstanding job replacing the pipe. Highly recommend!

Brian and Cameron came to determine why the cooling air flow had become so low. They researched the problem and quickly discovered that the system air filter was massively clogged as a result of a recent bathroom remodeling project. The filter is a plastic type with a lifetime warranty. Brian cleaned it and the system returned to normal operation.Brian and Cameron worked very professionally and quickly to solve the problem, which I greatly appreciated.

Ken was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. He also wore his protective mask and wore his booties before entering our residence. Our A/C works great now and keeps our house nice and cool. Thank you Ken and great job.

Brian is always super friendly and diligent about thoroughly checking out my heating and air conditioning unit, as well as suggesting maintenance that I can do myself to prolong the life of the unit. He is also happy to answer all my questions about heating and air conditioning and spends lots of time explaining the system to me.
