Customer service is top notch. Jose called when he was on the way and arrived between designated time. Once here I discussed the problem with him. He told me what he was planning to do and gave me an estimate. Once he opened up the wall he had me come over and take a look at what he discovered. Jose gave me the options on how to proceed and gave me his opinion. I could tell that he really likes his profession and has great work ethic. After giving him the ok to proceed, he finished the job in a timely manner. I would recommend using this company especially Jose. Great communication, very professional, does a great job, very helpful if you need suggestions or references and cares about the work he does. I will use again if when I have other plumbing issues

Alex and Kenny showed up less than 30 minutes after I called the main number. Quick to diagnose and resolve a challenging clean out with multiple intersections and even sent a camera through the main line to make sure it was clear. Excellent price. Very impressed with their service and would highly recommend. Outstanding!

Super happy with PIC. I had a slab leak that looked like it would require a straightforward reroute, but it ended up being much more complicated because of some prior plumbing work that had been done by the previous owners. It ended up taking much longer than they'd anticipated. Not only did they not charge me for the extra work, they actually lowered the price a little because of the inconvenience it caused me and my family (because they had to come back a second day). On top of that, they had the best response time of all the plumbers I contacted -- they were out at my place within a few hours of calling them. Josh and Eric were both prompt, thorough, transparent, and friendly.

They replaced all the cast iron underneath my home and went above and beyond what they needed to do to ensure I was satisfied which is rare these days, so I really appreciated it.

A very honest company.There was dampness near my water heater so I called Bill Howe to lake a look and estimate replacing the water heater. The plumber they sent was very polite, and quickly determined the water heater was not leaking, the drain line was just slightly open. He easily could have tried to sell me a new water heater. instead he tightened the drain line and was on his way. I appreciate his honesty.

Luis came early to clear a line . He worked quickly, was very friendly, understood exactly what needed done. Great!! I wish I had called him first three days ago when I called a well known company. I will call Rooter first from now on. THANK YOU

Gilbert installed a new water pressure regulator at our home. He was friendly, professional, and quick. Aaron scheduled an appointment right away. I really appreciate the deal they had on the install- couldn’t say no! Will definitely call them again

As far as speed goes these guys get 5 stars. They were the first out of ten to respond and they immediately said they could send someone out that day. The REASON they can I guess is because most people go into cardiac arrest when they see the estimate. I had installed a new sink. I had the drain pipes in place but they were leaking. I also had to have the disposal hooked up and the hose from the dishwasher hooked into the air gap. I was correct in thinking it was about 2 hours worth of work. The first estimate was for $1,550. When he first said it I thought wow, great price, $157! Nope, $1,557. I had the appropriate response after that, WHAT? We got it down to $760 by agreeing that we could use the plastic pipes I had in place. He was done in 2 hours, used one of their parts.If you have a dire emergency, then call these guys. If you're worried in the LEAST about the price, then don't even consider them. The guy that came was very polite, quick, courteous .. . but $760 for 2 hours of work and ONE 4 inch pipe? How can it be justified? They know if you called them then you MUST be desperate and they're going to take advantage of it.

We had a surprise water leak late on a Friday. We called Exodus and they took the job showed up on time at 5pm and resolved our plumbing leak. The team was courteous and made sure to take care as they went about their work. We had them come back several days later to reinstall our appliances after the remediation work, again, they were on time and courteous.Highly recommend them.

I am writing to recommend, in the highest possible terms, Jacob from Steve Fox plumbing. He showed extraordinary integrity, thoughtfulness, and competence (unlike our previous plumbers from Point Loma plumbing). Jacob corrected several errors produced by the previous plumbers and tested each of his solutions thoroughly before proceeding to the next step. In my experience, this kind of service, thoroughness, and integrity is unequalled. I plan to use Fox Plumbing henceforth for all plumbing needs.

I had Ascend out to replace some very old cast iron drainage piping beneath my house. Randy was responsive even though he was out of town at the time of my call and quickly made a plan for a house visit. After the estimate, he had Rafael come out to complete the work: removing the old piping and replacing them. Rafael was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was patient with my questions and overall took care of everything I needed. I would absolutely use Ascend Plumbing again. They provided great service, at a great value.
