Great experience. Was kind of nervous as a new home owner finding pooling water on our front lawn. Mike was great at easing our anxiety. He was informative and you could really feel he cared about what he was doing. He gave great tips and pointers. Great information on little things we can do as home owners to maintain our plumbing. Overall, 5 star experience. If we come across any other plumbing issues, Anderson Plumbing will be our first call and we are asking for Mike by name!

First of all, on the phone, Emme was knowledgeable and very helpful. She got a technician out to us very quickly by thinking on her feet and contacting one who had just been rescheduled by someone else. Jeremy got to our house immediately and was friendly and respectful. He diagnosed the problem and we had cold air again within minutes. He talked with me about maintaining our older system and made some helpful suggestions. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service Bill Howe supplied and their employees are wonderful! I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

My 82 year old mother hired this plumbing service to get her kitchen sink to drain. She told them she did not have working email, but they continued to email the estimates to her. In a matter of weeks, the estimate went from about $1500 to over $9000. She never could get a written estimate and was asked to sign for service on a tablet without seeing the estimate of the work to be done. The owner of Mr. Rooter, Mike, bragged about how much work they had done in the area and how familiar they were about the plumbing issues in the neighborhood. One day after the work was complete, the toilet backed up and flooded the bathroom and hall. When we asked Mr Rooter why this would happen, they said we were only asked to get the kitchen to drain. That does not sound like a knowledgeable plumber who knows the issues of the neighborhood. $9000 just to drain the kitchen sink? They also said that they used a camera in the pipes. I know they didn't because there is a Y in the pipes with one side capped off. We found it when the new plumber was called out the next day. Mr. Rooter had no idea. Stay away from this business. They take advantage of the elderly. They are not good communicators. And, if you don't pay the same day, they do not send you a bill. They come out to your house over and over again asking for payment. Unprofessional and not knowledgeable.

Paws Plumbing provided amazing service, Keith was fantastic. He communicated clearly, made recommendations, went out of his way to find a part for me. He was on time, professional and knows what he’s doing. When I called in to schedule, Will was professional and friendly as well. It was easy to schedule and get an appointment and their text communication of arrivals and departures is awesome! My part came in a day early and they were able to come out the next day and install it even though I had an appointment scheduled for next week. Above and beyond, Highly recommend!!

You guys have one of your workers that lives by Radio dr that parks on the corner almost got in a accident because of your vehicle please tell that driver to park on the corner it's a blind spot

Sergio and Levi were professional, polite and very competent. They went above and beyond expectations making a very tiresome problem a pleasant fix. The fix was more complicated than expected and the extra effort was greatly appreciated. Thank you for everything.

The guys who called first showed up on time and solved my problem. This job needed a pro for sure, and I was very happy to pay to remove this enormous gob of roots. The pipes were fine, so they just added a root killer at the base of the toilet. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely use By The Book Plumbing.

Had to replace our electric water heater. Got a crazy high quote from a competitor. Christian came and did a great job installing the new water heater. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I would have no problem recommending these guys.

We had a badly clogged sewer and were unable to use toilet, bath, kitchen sink, washing machine, fish washer, etc. I called (another) 5-star plumber from Yelp and they could not come until three days later. I then called Exodus. Mauricio was available and showed up within 30 minutes! He was super-professional. He have us a reasonable quote and went to work right away. He removed the toilet and found a blockage. Reinstalled the toilet, tried everything out, and remarked that the clog was still not entirely gone. He then repeated the process. So he basically did the job twice and did not change the price. Everything has been running great since and we could not be happier! I sure don’t hope we’ll need a plumber again soon, but if it happens I know who to call! Thank you so much Mauricio.

Although his company did a good job, it was overpriced and no breakdown of the pricing. We feel we got ripped off

Jorge did an excellent job, coming on time, calling before his appointment, explaining all he had to do and the price involved and doing a meticulous cleanup after. We had a clogged sink drain which prevented the use of both the insinkerator and the dishwasher, needing a more thorough clean out with a jetter and a scope rather than just a snake. We are very pleased with the quality and outcome.
