Best Heater Maintenance in San Diego CA

My 85 year old grandparents were conned by 3 individuals who raised the price on them from $425 to nearly $4k for 1 day of work.They took nearly a week to provide an itemized invoice yet wanted acceptance of the estimate immediately.Be very careful when allowing them into your home and get itemized details before agreeing to any work.

Technician showed up an hour and 15 minutes later than set an expected which caused us to stress out because at 4:30 it’s double the fee per hour. Once he was here he did a decent job and I noticed later on the charges there was a charge for a bowl wax which I had to have already and only cost me six bucks at Home Depot he charge me 8.69and then listed other Supplies which absolutely none were used because I had my own bolts and nuts to refasten the toilet and so there was an overcharge there for supplies about 20. Bucks. I feel David was a but dishonest, in the extra charge.

With his excellent technical skills, Timothy quickly diagnosed the problem with our Rinnai water heater. He implemented a temporary fix while the broken part was ordered. That meant no more cold showers!

Had a leak on my hot water valve under my bathroom sink. The valves were super old and I tried to close the valve which caused the issue. Andrew with Anderson Plumbing showed up within 20 minutes. He replaced both hot and cold valves and was out the door within another 20 minutes. He was very professional through the entire process. I will definitely be calling him back for any more plumbing needs.

Had a main line back up in my house I just bought, my home warranty company suggested another plumber which had terrible reviews and didn't call me to schedule so I hired Bill Howe instead. Tony came out and quickly removed the clog and recorded all my lines with the sewer cam. The company my insurance chose didn't even call until 4pm that day, almost 24 hours after I called them and an hour after Tony had solved the problem. Sometimes it's better to pay out of pocket to just get it done right by a company that actually cares about their reputation for good service than wait for the insurance low bidder. Tony was on time, courteous, and professional.UPDATE April 2020: Trevor just did an excellent job fixing my supply line leaking under a driveway slab.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Mr. Rooter. My technician, Rob, arrived promptly and cleared a thicket of roots that were clogging my sewer line. I will be using Mr. Rooter from now on for all my plumbing needs.

The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

Roto-Rooter sent Doug to the rescue and it was by far the best house-call I’ve had in many tears. My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.

I had a water leak in the crawl space under my house during the rainy season so I didn't see it on the ground or driveway due to the rain water. Once I discovered it I had them come out that day. It was a weekend so there was an extra charge, however, during our severe drought and with the price of our water it was worth the extra expense. Pablo came out, got it fixed, and asked me probably 3 times if I had any questions. When was the last time you had a plumber ask you if you had any questions? I highly recommend Fox Plumbing. While you may not see commercials for them on TV remember that the customer is actually paying for those commercials.
