These guys are excellent! Always on time and professional . There have been 2 guys that have come in to help fix a root problem that I have ( roots growing around my sewage line ) and both gentlemen have been outstanding. I was very pleased with Paws Plumbing. When I contacted them, they responded quickly and scheduled me for the following day. They later let me know they had a cancellation and could come out the same day I contacted them. I had a complicated shower head that my contractor did not install fully in my recent remodel. So I was looking for someone in Orange County who could fix the issue properly as soon as possible. I called two plumbers but they didn’t reply. Then I contacted EZ Plumbing USA. They immediately responded to my request and sent a plumber. Their plumber Donald was well-behaved and experienced. He handled the water heater carefully and replaced the safety guard, insulation and access panel. Now, it is working properly and I'm thankful to EZ Plumbing USA for it.
