Worst ever customer service and plumbing knowledge. We called them for detecting a leak which had resulted in the floor flooding. The plumber came visited the house and charged us for the visit. The plumber had no clue, he could not detect the source and wrongly advised that the leak was coming from the bathroom upstairs. They charged us $365 for nothing and never send us a report. After multiple follow ups still till date no report has been given. We ended up calling another plumber who very quickly detected the leaking dishwasher at almost $100 cheaper. He also help fixed the leak and helped us with drying company and dishwasher company.I would never use Andersen Plumbing ever again and advise everyone to stay away from them.Subsequent to this review I had a very good follow up from Andersen and they have since rectified their response and have successfully resolved the matter to my satisfaction.Thank you Andersen for prompt followup.

After a late night leak called Bill Howe. Juan L arrived w/in 30 min and stayed until early morn when the pipe was fixed. He took the time to ensure there weren't any other issues too. Despite the late hour he was friendly and helpful! Returned a few days later to do follow up. Cannot say enough about this great experience!!

Michael S. fixed a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing as he did to clear the clog. Additionally, he took time to listen to our 11 years old questions and comments. He left to get a part he needed for a repair to a our kitchen sink pipe and to grab lunch. I expected him to be gone for awhile, but he came back within 30 minutes. He finished up the job quickly and was took extra steps to clean up after his work. Definitely put Roto Hero number in my contacts, but hope to not have to call them for any more plumbing issues ;0)

The technicians were very professional and thorough. Although the work took quite a bit longer than expected, I would much rather have quality over timeliness. This was an emergency insurance repair and I was very pleased with the work. However, if you are looking for a bargain deal, they are not cheap. But again, the quality is very good.Dave

The water heater in our rental unit died leaving our tenant without hot water. Best plumbing experience I ever had with a plumbing company in Orange County. EZ Plumbing USA helped me identify the hidden leak in the drain pipe. They detected the source without disturbing the system. Their plumber sensed water pressure and noise then used advanced equipment to finally detect the leak. He fixed the leak after identifying the source and without breaking anything. I admire his expertise and knowledge. I do suggest you take their help!!!!

Fuentes is the best in San Diego! I am so lucky that my landlord uses Fuentes for our apartment complex. Exodus Plumbing was the 2nd company I called to fix a clogged sink issue. The first company recommended me to find someone, because they didn't have the tools for the job and were pretty sure they would break a pipe. So I called Exodus and they sent Emilio by in about 60-90 minutes. Emilio was very professional and walked me through all the options available to solve my sink issue at varying costs. After conferring with my housemates we decided upon the jet stream procedure. However, midway through the procedure Emilio found out that we didn't need to jet stream to solve the issue in the first place and saved us a decent amount of money. This company along with Emilio showcase high professionalism and a willingness to not scam their customers. I would gladly recommend Emilio for anyone's plumbing needs!
