I can not say how happy enough I am!! They came within an hour of me calling!!!! The sweet guy that came out was name Jose who’s also a vet! He gave a super great deal and a huge discount that SAVE ME SOOOO MUCH! I appreciate what he did for me and my new family! The best part is that this is a family own business which I love supporting family owned especially now a days in this pandemic! He was clear and explained EVERYTHING that he was going to do! He called me about my problem before even arriving and help me understand what needed to be done or possibility of being done. The communication that he had and that the company have is OUTSTANDING!!! If I ever need a quick plumbing fix I would always call on them from now on! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYONE WHO LOOKING FOR PLUMBING!

Jose R was very diligent about getting our drain cleaned out. He initially had a shorter snake for the drain. When he couldnt get the drain unclogged he drove from La Mesa to Solana Beach to pick up a longer one. Got it unclogged right away all this within 2 hours. and they came out initially within 40 min. $89. Thank you!

Chris from Bill Howe got my new sink, dishwasher, and fridge water line all hooked up for me and left nothing but a tidy work area and functional, leak-free plumbing when he left. He was also accommodating and patient when I was missing things required for the install. The Bill Howe service reps were also communicative and helpful in responding to my various questions before the appointment.

All around perfect experience. Paws ended up installing a new tankless water heater for me. Paws was one of the few companies who came out to my house for a free consultation, every other company was charging just to come out. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Had a clogged shower that was threatening to overflow and could’ve been a huge disaster. Called Rotor Hero Plumbing and Jacob was here within 90 minutes. He was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping solve the problem. He keep working on the clogged drain until he could pinpoint what the problem was and then solved it. The Emory Plumbing team saved us :) We had an emergency gas leak + lock out. They were a little far from their normal service area, but they came, identified the issue, worked with our city and gas provider, and got us unlocked in a very short amount of time. The Plumbing Tree has been a pleasure to work with! I had them replace two 1980s toilets that were super small and leaky. The options in terms of toilet replacement were great and high quality. Toto toilets are well known so I knew I was getting a quality product and installation with Plumbing Tree. I joined their Customer Program which included an en-longated warranty on the equipment and a 10% on total cost of work. Also the pricing was all inclusive. Cost of equipment and work was already factored in and knowing the costs of Toto toilets I thought it was well worth the price! Not to mention Tony and office staff were super easy to work with. Great team, honestly, I know I'll be working them whenever I have any plumbing work that needs to be done. I am going to replace some sinks soon, and re-do laundry connections at some point as well. So I'm definitely going to use their Customer Program! I highly recommend Plumbing Tree!!

We had a water leak under the toilet. I called other companies and got little to no response. I called Exodus and they picked up immediately. Mauricio came over within the time given and fixed our toilet. Excellent service and a fair price plus friendly staff. Overall, highly recommended.
