Best Garbage Disposal Installation / Replacement in San Diego CA

Wonderful company, was on time very friendly and knowledgeable. Installed our garbage disposal quickly and reviewed how to properly use it as well as what to do if there was a clog or how to reset if there was a power outage. Most definitely recommended by us and we will be using them again!

The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.

My husband is a committed DYI perfectionist but replacing our tankless water was a more complicated job than I wanted to take on. They creatively solved difficult problems with the installation. We are very pleased with the performance of our new Navien system.

Vic and his team at Ascend Plumbing are lifesavers! My tub in my apartment stopped draining properly shortly after I moved into this unit 4 months ago. We’d been dealing with the tub/shower taking 40-60 minutes to drain every time for a while and I started to panick thinking that maybe my toddler dropped a toy down there and that’s what was causing the problem. I finally reached out to Vic and he and his team were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He brought out his handy dandy cable with a camera on the end of it, saw that it didn’t look like the trap in the tub was obstructed, but saw that the tub was still draining slowly. He brought in another machine that sucked a bunch of stuff out and voila! My tub is good as new and I was able to enjoy a glorious shower in which I was standing in ankle deep water almost immediately. The Ascend team was very friendly and helpful and I’ll definitely call them anytime I am having a plumbing issue. Thanks Vic!

I DO NOT have enough good things to say about him and the company.He knew right away what the problem(s) were, and quickly got my kitchen sink draining again.He was polite, knowledgeable and gave me several “tips” re: keeping my drains cleaner.
