The repairs were done in a few days and they left our house looking better than when they found it. James is an excellent technician. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and a quick worker. Core sent out 2 very nice guys to install a faucet and pot filler that I purchased. They couldn't give me a quote over the phone and when they gave it to me in person it was over twice as much as the others I got. It went in with no problem later that day with another company at a reasonable price.

First of all, on the phone, Emme was knowledgeable and very helpful. She got a technician out to us very quickly by thinking on her feet and contacting one who had just been rescheduled by someone else. Jeremy got to our house immediately and was friendly and respectful. He diagnosed the problem and we had cold air again within minutes. He talked with me about maintaining our older system and made some helpful suggestions. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service Bill Howe supplied and their employees are wonderful! Mr. Rooter responded to a septic overflow in minutes. It was raining none stop and the septic started overflowing and coming through the bathtubs and toilets of the house. When they arrived they took care of it immediately. They worked on the septic, they helped us find the location of the septic tanks which nobody could find when we moved into that property, and they also helped with the plumbing inside of the house. The service was so good that we’ve called them back for other plumbing services and will continue to use their services for all our plumbing needs. Very caring company and good people.

Used this company's services twice in 2:weeks. I'm sure the technician recognized me, but was kind enough not to point it out. He was completely professional and accommodating both times. Expensive, but very reasonable when compared to other companies.

I scheduled air conditioner tune-up services on Sunday. The customer service immediately scheduled an appointment at my convenience. They removed brush and debris, cleaned the condenser coils, replaced filters, refilled refrigerant, and ensured that the condensate drain was clear. Very satisfied with the promptness and expertise. We have a few day old baby and the last thing I needed was a toilet that stoped emptying. Mike came and saw a disheveled shell of a man and quickly found the issue and presented a solution. No sooner did I agree and asked how long it would take he smiled and told me to return to my new baby and he’ll tell me when it was done. And done it was! No stress. He made this new Father feel he had control of at least on thing in his life anymore and for that I am grateful to Mike and Rooter Hero.

Corie Proctor had to improvise two times to get a Sloan Flushmate replacement tank for my toilet to fit perfectly. It really did not fit properly
and I thought I was going to have to send it back, but its perfect now!

Everything about the company was great. I requested a quote on replacing my old hot water heater and Ryan provided a clear and fair estimate on all my options. Ironically my old one started leaking the very next day and he was able to schedule me very quickly. He installed a new tankless and it works great. He was professional and courteous and very efficient. He was recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Honestly, I’m amazed at the dedication EZ Plumbing USA serves with. House construction was going on and we needed plumbers help to fit the underground pipeline. I came across them through their website. We scheduled the meeting. Their plumber arrived and saw the work. He quoted the amount and time which was lower than other plumbers in Orange County. So we agreed. Daily, they would arrive on time and work well with the team.I closely monitored their work and I loved it.
