Dante did a great job of replacing my garbage disposal today. I bought the disposal (consumer reports has great recommendations) and Dante switched it out for the old one in about 1.5 hours. He was courteous, quick, and fixed a leaky pipe as well!Also, when I called the company to set up the appointment, it was easy and they had great availability. I will definitely use this company again.

Paws went out of their way to move up my appointment which was great. Technician Michael was extremely professional and detailed, diagnosed the location of my clog and quickly addressed it. Assessed the old cast iron pipes I was concerned about and provided multiple options for future repairs - no pressure or up-sell. I highly recommend Paws.

Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

Brett and his team was fantastic. They kept us in the loop, worked quickly and did everything they could to help explain to us what was going on and fix the problem quickly. I was so frustrated with our outcome but Brett put our minds at ease and reassured us we were doing the correct procedure. We were so happy with his and his teams work, we couldn't possibly appreciate them more. They were responsive and easy to talk too. And dumbed down questions for even me to understand while my husband was at work.

So I was looking for someone in Orange County who could fix the issue properly as soon as possible. I called two plumbers but they didn’t reply. Then I contacted EZ Plumbing USA. They immediately responded to my request and sent a plumber. Their plumber Donald was well-behaved and experienced. He handled the water heater carefully and replaced the safety guard, insulation and access panel. Now, it is working properly and I'm thankful to EZ Plumbing USA for it.

Jorge A from ALMCO was awesome. Came in fixed my drain and provided detailed explanation and recommendations. He did a great job and was quick and efficient. Clearly he demonstrated knowledgeable expertise in his field. I already have asked him to return to repair a broken cast iron pipe cleanout.
