I highly recommend this company if you have any issues with your kitchen sink. My sink was having issues draining and after attempting to sort out the problem on my own with a snake, I decided that I needed an expert.Nick showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and solved my problem.Now, our sink is working as good as new.I truly appreciate working with someone who is trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable. Just purchased a new place and found we had to deal with some old plumbing and decided on a few upgrades.These guys showed up and we went around the property, they listened to my requests, answered my questions and within 20 minutes of completing the assessment they had a quote for me!I approved and they went straight to work. The job wasn't going to be a small one, so they called in a couple more guys and had it done in 2 days. Everything was left clean, and they fixed a few things they found along the way without charging extra!!These guys do it right, so don't expect the lowest price, but you'll get the highest quality and great customer service! 10/10 would/will call them again!

Dylan Davis was awesome! He discovered that our water pressure was too high and replaced our water pressure regulator yesterday. Dylan and his coworker (sorry I didn't get his name) arrived this morning and installed our new water heater in approximately 3 hrs. They did a great job! Highly recommended.

I was in the process of moving, as I started moving things out of my sink I realized I had a slow leak that have been there for a while I didn’t know what to do. I got in contact with Elite Rooter and they replied quickly with multiple times I could choose for the same day for a technician to come out and take a look. Robert (senior technician) was right on time they called me an hour before to let me know they were on their way. When he got here he had booties to put on his shoes so that he wouldn’t track anything into my home, which was so appreciated because I have only carpet. The whole time Robert was very communicative about what was going on and what needed fixing. And cherry on top he was extremely kind to my overly anxious and excited dog.Thank you again for all your help!

William did an excellent job in installing a new water heater. After discussing the job, William immediately started with the installation and within one hour and completed the task. He gave me instructions on how to change the settings and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. Before leaving he cleaned up the entire area and left it very clean. He was very professional throughout the installation, and I recommend Bill Howe plumbing for any services. This is the second time I have used them and have been very pleased with the price and the service.

These guys are AWESOME! Kevin and Fransisco are masters at there trade. I am so amazed and pleased at what they were able to do ...it blows my mind. I am now cast iron free of piping under my house. I was having on going plumbing issues with the old cast iron for years. Javier (supervisor) was clear on the options and amount it would cost. One call to these guys and they fixed the problems for good. If I could give more stars I would.

Dissatisfied with service technicians job performance. Didn't finish job.
Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

Have to add more to my previous review - to again sing Mason's praises. This time was a much bigger job - leak in shower that led to kitchen ceiling on first floor. He came out on a Sunday to diagnose, then came back ON HIS DAY OFF to fix the issue. Who does that? Someone who really understands customer service. He went above and beyond, and we got a very fair price for the work done. I think he's the best plumber we've every known, and we've known quite a few. Can't thank him enough...This is the best plumbing company! We have used them various times and never been disappointed. This time, Mason came out on a Sunday (no extra charge), and was able to come 5 hours early than we expected. He wore a mask, so took care to keep safe. He did the work quickly and professionally. They sent us a $50 off coupon that was very helpful too.We highly recommended and will use them again for all plumbing needs. Given all the times we’ve used them over the years, we’ve noticed they hire very skilled, professional, technicians. We have never had a bad experience.

My shower stopped working and James Kim from Collins Pacific was excellent! He diagnosed and fixed the problem and even went and double check the pressure. Another company easily could have taken advantage or overcharged me, but Collins Pacific was fair, honest, and extremely competent. I would highly recommend them.

Xavier Harrison did an awesome job hydro-jetting my drain. He was punctual, very knowledgeable and the price was very fair. He did this in the pouring rain.Beecher Prak then came out the same day and did a camera inspection. Very professional.I would recommend My Plumber to anyone.

Called for an appointment and the customer service person was so helpful and amazing…had a service repair technician here within an hour!!! Fixed the issue and gave me valuable information to help me in the future…have used them in the past and will continue in the future!!!

Plumbing Tree is just a great plumbing business from the first phone call you make to them to getting the job done.My first introduction to them is when my friends on the island needed plumbing work and I stepped in because they were out of town.During my recent plumbing issues I knew exactly who to call and again they did not disappoint!Freddy made everything happen and very promptly over a weekend.Tony came and did the repairs and was courteous, clean, thorough and explained everything along the way.All of this made an unpleasant situation just disappear in a matter of a few hours.Don’t hesitate to call them with any plumbing issues and I will never hesitate to recommend them.Another great job Plumbing Tree!!!

I called EZ plumbing 24 hour emergency line and they helped me over the phone. I was so grateful that they walked me through the process and also used photos and text to troubleshoot. They also saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to spend for them to come out on Labor Day weekend. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me in my time of need. It’s nice that we still have companies that care about their customers and have great employees such as Anthony. Thanks again!
