We used Team Rooter Plumbing of San Diego to unclog our shower drain. Arturo was here right on time and was able to fix our shower very quickly. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Josh was excellent. He was at our house immediately to take care of emergency leak that we had. He was able to fix the problem within 1 hour.We have used them on our other properties, and we will continue to do so.

I needed a water heater replaced ASAP and Powers was able to help same day. Plumber David came within the timeline promised by Janet in the office and he did a professional job. We have also purchased hard-to-find parts from Powers for some older fixtures in our house. They are a great resource!

I have an old heater with a lot of problems but getting a change of $75 to be told that and can’t be worked on. Requested a control valve replacement quote only. So $75 for info I already knew and a 10 minute flashlight inspection. Guy didn’t even have a lighter to test the pilot. Never addressed me as sir or Mr and just walked out after signature. No have a nice day sir, or even bye. Had to sweep up after his dirty feet too.

We wanted to share our experience and thank Bill Howe ( Douglas) for a great job.We had a gentleman by the name of Douglas come out to our home and clear a kitchen drain clog. He was extremely professional did a very thorough job ensuring the drain was completely clear. Also, Douglas wipe down the entire work area to ensure he left the area neat and clean. He even requested that I inspect the area. Thank Douglas for a great job and effort.Also, I wanted to thank Bill Howe and his boss, for running a great company. It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. I needed to re-pipe my house, so I got a few bids from different companies. I chose Collins Pacific Plumbing because they were competitive, and they had availability to start right away. They were very organized and communicative. I got a text message every time they were on their way on who was coming to work in the house. They looked for ways to perform the work with minimal damage to the house and were able to re-pipe the shower without destroying any tile. During the process they helped me trouble shoot some other things that came up and offered good solutions. They also helped me with the permitting process by creating drawings and attending the rough-in inspection. Aaron and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. They were honesty and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Disappointed - Look out...plumbers and used car salesmen. Most plumbers are looking for easy quick jobs to make a fast buck (and over charge).Tried 3 different plumbers do diagnose and fix a water hammering problem in a business with a 90 gallon tank and tankless unit.EMORY advertised as being a commercial plumber. I requested a seasoned professional in hopes of getting someone who's been around. Instead a got a young guy who vaguely appeared to know what he was talking about. He did diagnosed the problem and discussed a couple ways to fix the problem. Stated he would forward a quote with pricing per each fix option.I got a phone call from the receptionist with a $1000 quote for a fix we had not discussed. She stated the tech spoke with co workers who made the suggestion on the fix. What they suggested replacing was a virtually new regulator. No one asked me how old the regulator was or if it had been replaced.This is the problem I had with the previous two plumbing companies...suggesting replacing/installing random parts for big $$$$.To make matters worse, made two phone calls in an attempt to speak with the tech...no return call. Requested a manager give me a call back...no return call.It appears, if you need a new hot water tank, a leaky faucet or something basic, you'll be ok with EMORY. But if it's anything complex, make sure you get at least 3 quotes.

Mitch tried everything he could and broke it down when explaining to us in terms we could understand. He also told us what to do and get in order to save some money when called back to finish the job.Another discount plumber messed a lot up and was not insured and Mitch came to the rescue.Highly recommend Mitch, he will do what he can to get the job done
