Technician expressed there would be no charge for his visit as he was in my home for 5 minutes. I was subsequently charged $150 for a 5 minute visit, with no repair needed as there was nothing wrong with the appliance. Would not recommend.

Fantastic!I made the appointment Monday @ 11pm on the Yelp app. Zach Davey from Core came out Tuesday morning. Inspected my water heater. Let me know to start saving for a replacement. I asked how much. I asked if they could help me out. Zach Davey made a call to his boss and we agreed on a plan. Zach Davey made coming back real easy as I had another appointment from 12noon till 130. Zach Davey andApprentice came back with parts. They were setting up; not wasting any time. Zach Davey is all business with a kind heart. While to work was being done. I asked to watch. I'm glad they did not mind. I'm extremely curious and more then pleased when Zach Davey took my suggestion as his own. They finished with a clean purpose. I am more and happy to have core plumbing work on my house again.

My house is older and has some big trees on the property, so I have had ongoing plumbing issues over the years. I've just had the plumbing system replaced by Anderson, which was a two week job. Every single person who came out was professional, experienced, communicative, and knowledgeabe. There was also some follow-up work to be done, and again, the technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable.I really think that Anderson has some of the best customer service of any company of any kind. It is not just a slogan, but is completely true.

I had a coggled kitchen sink drain that they fixed with no problem. Raphael was the Sr. techician & with him was an apprentice. They were both very helpful.They took & put back stuff under the sink & even took out my garbage! They also clean my drain.Yes, I would recommend this service to my neighbors & friends.

I had issues with my daughter's toilet not draining. I called Mr. Roto rooter and they gave me an aftwrnoon appointment. I recieved a call an hour later saying they had freed up and could make it within 30 minutes. Rep. Luis arrived on time and gave me two possible scenarios. He was able to fix the issue using the snake. I was even given a coupon to use. I am happy I used this company. It even has a 30 day guarantee!

It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. Emory Plumbing was referred to me by a family member who has used their services off an on for many years with great results. They lived up to their reputation with my first service call. After two handyman had tried to troubleshoot a malfunctioning shower and advised I'd probably have to rip out the handle mechanism by making a hole in the wall, I called Emory for a third opinion. Their plumber showed up on time and did not leave until he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. (..and it did not require making a hole in the wall but instead was a faulty part). I was very pleased with their professionalism and expertise and won't hesitate to call Emory first next time.

We had a leak in the front yard that became a huge issue very quickly. They were responsive, extremely friendly and accomodating. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. They did an amazing job, the front yard actually looked even better after they were done. They even took the time to meet our dogs so that they were more comfortable and wouldn't bark as much while they were working. And they worked overtime to finish BEFORE the estimated time. Seriously, if you have anything, call them.
