Brian Blanchard and Justin B spent a very HOT, busy week rerouting our pipes through our attic due to a hot water leak in the cement slab in our La Mesa home. They were role models for what you WISH your plumber could be. They were very professional and involved US in the decision making needed to resolve our problems. They treated us and our house with respect and consideration. EVERY evening they cleaned up the areas where they had worked diligently all day. I cannot IMAGINE what the temperature was in our skinny attic! They didn't just cut off at a respectable closing time, they worked well into the evening hours. I scheduled air conditioner tune-up services on Sunday. The customer service immediately scheduled an appointment at my convenience. They removed brush and debris, cleaned the condenser coils, replaced filters, refilled refrigerant, and ensured that the condensate drain was clear. Very satisfied with the promptness and expertise. Jacob and his team were insanely helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. Jonathan scoped out the water locations,: checked for mold, opened area for dry out, installed equipment for dryout, subbed the asbestos testing and drywall removal, returned to check for dryout and remove any laminant and equipment. He was professional, on time, well informed, pleasant, easy to talk to, and trustworthy -- a bright spot amid a difficult experience!
