I am beyond impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness of PIC Plumbing. I reached out to PIC plumbing and was greeted by Blanca. When I expressed that I preferred to speak with a technician about my specific issue, she took my information and a plumber called me back within 3 minutes.The technician on the phone (I have forgotten his name but I believe he is the part-owner?) was very personable, knowledgeable, and so willing to help. He scheduled me for next-day service (I was making this initial call at 5pm on a Monday and I had an appointment for 12pm the following day!)The company uses a great text message feature/system that alerted me of my scheduled appointment as well as when the plumber was on the way to my house.The plumber, Josh, was 2 hours ahead of schedule and called me personally to see if the time was convenient to come early or if I'd like to keep my scheduled appointment time.I agreed for him to come early and my job was done within an hour.There are no hidden fees or gimmicks with this company. Having dealt with 4 other plumbing companies in SD, this team is honest, reputable, professional, and genuinely good people - turning the stereotype around for the bad reputation that plumbers can typically get.PIC Plumbing is my go-to company for all my plumbing needs for as long as i am in San Diego!Thanks, team!

Powers Plumbing has worked on a couple of jobs for me and both times were very positive experiences. They work quickly and are fairly priced. Janet is very good to work with. Fernando just fixed a leak for me this past weekend and was very professional and knew how to fix the problem immediately.

I scheduled air conditioner tune-up services on Sunday. The customer service immediately scheduled an appointment at my convenience. They removed brush and debris, cleaned the condenser coils, replaced filters, refilled refrigerant, and ensured that the condensate drain was clear. Very satisfied with the promptness and expertise. All Star Plumbing is the best in town!

Rooter Hero left the site without a proper fitting clean out cap. When I used the washer the clean out cap came off the flooded garage.

Collins provided excellent customer service and a high quality of workmanship on some complex plumbing (cast iron sewer line replacement, new tankless Hot water heater and two washer hookups). I received several quotes and their pricing was very competitive, Aaron was the consummate professional and Jose and Jordan were top shelf technicians. Very knowledgeable, responsive and great to work with. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

The main water line going to the sewer broke in my house. It was a huge job that was going to take up to 10 days to do. Our technician Isaiah was awesome. Super polite and professional. He not only did a great job on the repair but worked tirelessly around the clock and got the job done in 4 days! Highly recommended him and this company!!

I would recommend this company so much. I reached out to Miguel on Monday very professional. He told me Alex would call me back i was thinking I was going to wait hours for call back.Alex called me within minutes he also was very professional on the phone and explainedp the process, everything was fixed within 2 days. tank less water heater i needed was not available at the moment.They removed my old tankless water heater still under warranty (w/ original make company) they found local warehouse were i could swap for new one.Mickey and Alex were very wonderful and explained everything about the process efficiently.questions I asked questions they answered.
