I had hired someone to remodel my bathroom but they didn’t install the plumbing to the toilet correctly. I called Cody to come out and take a look and he was able to remove the toilet fix the plumbing and put all back together. Great and fast service.

Cleared the drains and provided video confirmation--great job! Randy at PIC jet washed a troublesome pipe after first videoing the line and then repeated the camera inspection on completion. I came across All Star Plumbing & Restoration through review only and decided to give them a call to fix the slab leak. They promptly answered my call and gave a reasonable quote. They detected the slab leak quickly and suggested what should be done. They rerouted the water pipe through the attic and wall and fixed the slab leak the same day. They rechecked the leak and verified that there is no other leaks. We are really grateful to All Star Plumbing & Restoration for their excellent service.

I’m in the process of purchasing a home and requested Emory’s Plumbing & Camera inspection in order to get a better idea of the state of the plumbing of the home I’m buying. However, I was not present at either inspection because I was on the East Coast for work.Emory Plumbing did what was expected of them; hence, me giving Emory three stars. They conducted an inspection and provided results. However, the manner in which this was conducted and the quality of the report left more to be desired. The visual inspection was completed without any issues. But when it came to the camera inspection, the technician could not complete it because there was no clean out. So, the technician had to come back another day to complete it. Therefore taking more time out of our day. I wonder if this could have been avoided if there were more detailed questions asked of me when I made the appointment and issues like this were anticipated by technicians. Additionally, Emory gives their clients time windows (standard, of course), but having to make another appointment for a house I don’t own was an inconvenience to many more people than just my real estate agent.Considering that I could not be present for these appointment, it would have been helpful to get a quick phone call from the technician to give me a summary of the state of the plumbing. I did not need a full list but a courtesy call would have been helpful to assuage my concerns about the plumbing of the home I am about to buy. Instead, I had to call multiple times and when told that I would receive a call back, I heard nothing from Emory. When I did speak to someone, it was not even a technician. However, she did have a good grasp of the issues but could not speak to the specific detail of the home’s plumbing. Her customer service the best out of the all the people I dealt with, but it did not come without a bit of prompting on my end.I received the report 48 hours after the inspection. The report consisted of 1 page just stating the issue and a repair cost estimate. There were no pictures, no detail about the proposed repair for items that were more technical in nature, no explanation of the repair cost estimate nor did they include labor in their estimate. In sum, a substandard product.I would like to give Emory Plumbing the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps had I been present for the inspections, I would have had a better experience. But when I explained my situation, they did little to address my needs. It does not take much effort to return calls nor to provide a bit more detail in a report. I would recommend that Emory review their inspections reports to provide more detail and be more transparent in their repair estimates and to include an estimate on labor costs. Additionally, I would recommend that Emory improve their customer service procedures to include a follow up with their clients.

We called looking for an emergency plumber to come to our home. A water main had broken and water was gushing out! The service personnel that we spoke with on the phone let us know that the plumber was not available until after 5 (on a Sunday) because he was out in another job. However, she would see if he could call and assist us with shutting the water off. The plumber DID call and walk through the steps of shutting the water off. He even FacedTimed with us and we showed him what the area looked like and he guided us. We’re so grateful for his assistance!! We have to go through our warranty to get it fixed, but we are enterally grateful for the plumbers assistance as well as the friendly service personnel that took our call. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Rooter Solutions came to the rescue. Had sewer problems for year’s and bad smells here and there. They did a total re waste of all my drains. Isaí and his team were awesome, very professional, took care of my home from start to finish. The Community Plumbing team is absolutely amazing - we've used them a handful of times for our kitchen sink, dishwasher, shower, bath faucet, and bathroom sink; basically, anything water-related in our home. They've fixed it all with no fuss, no mess, superb quality, and incredibly reasonable prices. Scheduling with them is easy and they always arrive when they say they will. One of my favorite things about them is they are truly community-focused. They know people around town, they have friends and connections, and they truly care about the community they live/work in. Supporting local important and they carry the Community name well. I could gush about them for a long time, but they're really good plumbers and they might not like things that gush.

Saturday - Just as the tempurature soared to 85 degrees and we are required to shelter-in-place because we are over 65, the air conditioner shut down. I called Morey 7:30am Sunday to get someone out. Ken was very booked, but promised possibly Monday, he could get out. I reminded him that we are effectively locked in a very hot house, and the temp was already 80 degrees inside. He said he would see what he could do and hewas aboe to find a volunteer to work extra time to come and fix the problem. We were cool with-in hours. Thanks again Morey.

I had a wonderful, comprehensive experience with both Lee & Miguel today. They were both extremely professional, pleasant, and patient in providing emergency replacement of our hot water heater.

Nathan and Tony came out to my property to help diagnose a water leak out of the area drain. They were extremely professional, courteous and on time. I got a text they were on their way and arrived at exactly 10am on a Saturday. My window was 10-12 pm.I explained to them the leak had gone on for 3 weeks and they mentioned it could be due to a possible neighbor leak since the underground pipe may be a french drain configuration (holes to absorb water from the surrounding area). Turns out it was a neighbor leak the entire time!After confirming the water meter on my property was not moving at all, Tony had looked at neighbor's water meter and noticed it was slightly moving. They both went into the neighbor's backyard with permission and found a water hose that was trickling water. After that was turned off, the meter stopped moving. Amazing work!! This leak had been driving me crazy for the past 3 weeks making me worried there could be possible damage or that it was a leak from the city water line. Thankfully this was fixed literally within minutes. Thank you guys so much!
