My water tank was leaking and had to call someone because I wasn't sure what was going on. Jonnie Brayall was the tech that came in and had my water tank replaced. He was very professional but he also made sure I am completely comfortable and aware of the job he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer so many of my questions.I'm definitely at ease and satisfied with his job and would definitely recommend him to anyone. 10/10, for sure

Our techs Jonnie and Richard were absolutely amazing. Jonnie had originally came out for the quote on replacing the water heater. He gave our family all options available from the most budget friendly to the top of line. He was transparent of what needed to get done. Jonnie and Richard came back out recently to change our home’s 39 year old regulator. They arrived on time, kept us in the loop for everything and their work was absolutely impeccable. They were so professional and friendly that they definitely gained loyal customers. Great thing is that their company - you have the ability to request your tech and trust me that’s a real game changer.

My water heater began to leak at the end of the day, and AWHAP was able to send someone out the very next morning. Jonnie was my installer, arriving at 8 AM, and he did a great job assessing the water heater and answering all my many questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable about water heaters, plumbing codes, and home maintenance in general. I opted for more than the basic replacement. Even with a good amount of conversation between us, he removed the old water heater and completed the installation of the water heater, water alarm, new pressure gauges, and the hot water recirculating pump in about 3 hours. He is a huge asset to the company! I’m very pleased with the install. Even though the water heater was an unexpected large expense, I feel good knowing that the equipment and warranty is better quality than what could be acquired at the big box stores. This company has been around a long time, and I feel confident that any problems that may develop will be addressed with quality and with lightning speed.

Affordable Water Heaters was amazing. The reps over the phone was professional and courteous. James, Lee and Mota came out and took care of our problem right away. They were all professional and new exactly what needed to be done. Will definitely be using them again.

Called AWHs for help with a water heater on a Sunday at 3pm and they sent Jonnie Brayall out, who arrived less than an hour later. He diagnosed issue quickly, walked me through all the options and had us up and running by 5:45 pm! Jonnie is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend him.

My water heater was leaking and Jonnie Brayall was available to come out on a holiday weekend to repair it. He was very knowledgeable and inspected and explained the various components and provided several options. On top of looking at my original issue, he went beyond and tested the water pressure and thermal expansion. We now know what to look for in the future as he made sure to pass knowledge on. Definitely would call him again for any water heater questions.

Jonnie showed up promptly in the service window, was thorough in his inspection and explanation of service options, and performed a same day new water heater install in the matter of just a couple of hours. Very satisfied with the service provided, and at a competitive quote price compared to other sources. Highly recommended.2/28 edit - city inspector showed up today for the permit inspection and remarked this is one of the cleanest installs I've ever seen - can't get much better than that.

Jonnie did a great job replacing our hot water heater. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered. There was no pressure to upsell. He just wanted to find out what would work best for our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Lee and Miguel were great. We called them about a leak in our heater and they found out that there were other issues that would require repairs. They were honest, thorough and clear. Gave us options and helped us make decisions. Thank you! You guys were great!

I called them when my hot water heater tank started leaking. They came out and told me it was irreparable. They offered me two different options for installing a tankless gas heater. The heater they offered costs between $1600 to $2000 on line. Their quote was $7397! Another local plumber offered a similarly priced unit for 6200. Finally another local plumber will install a $1200 unit for $4200.These people do not live up to their name. They are not affordable. They take the opportunity to extort vulnerable homeowners who need a quick fix for their hot water needs. I was most displeased.

Our 3 1/2 year old water heater pilot was unable to ignite. It couldn’t have happened at a worse time!! We went 2 days without hot water until I was able to reach the manufacture warranty department of which they sent out DIY replacement parts. After receiving the tracking number, parts would be delivered in the next 10 days. Not okay! After calling back and waiting on the phone for another hour, they were able to expedite the parts. When the parts finally arrived, they were not compatible with the water heater. This is when I called Affordable Water Heater to help.My first experience was with dispatch (Diane) was very professional and over accommodating. She offered same day service.In the first attempt to reignite the pilot, Kellen came out and spent over an hour trying to determine the problem. Unfortunately he was unable to re-ignite the pilot as the whole assembly was defective. He recommended the replacement parts.Once the replacement parts arrived, nothing was lining up and I didn’t want to take the chance of messing up any of the components as this is propane heater. I called back to Affordable and they sent Lee and Miguel. These two worked for over three hours trying to configure the new parts. They got it lit but unfortunately it failed after a few hours due to the manufacture parts parts being incompatible.They were all very upfront and honest with me. They shared their past work experiences with my specific brand and told me these are very common problems. After all the hard work they put in I trusted them with their opinion and expertise and decided to replace the water heater.Lee came back out over the weekend and installed a new heater and also went out of his way to restructure my water pump to a more efficient use. Everything was done to perfection. He clearly takes great pride in his work. He educated me on his work and I was very grateful they were able to get out and help me so quickly.In summary, we were without hot water for 10 days waiting for warranty manufacture parts. Thankfully the warranty was still in place and I was offered a store credit for my purchase from the manufacturer. I did not choose to have the same brand replacement as these problems most likely would arise in the next few years again.I am a local real estate agent and pride myself on customer service. It’s nice to experience companies that also have the consumers best interest in mind. I would never hesitate to recommend Affordable Water Heater and Lee, Kellen, and Miguel to perform any of the work.

Jonnie was very knowledgeable and informative about options for replacing and maintaining a tankless vs traditional water heater. He took his time with us but scheduled promptly when we made our decision. It couldn’t have been done any quicker!

Lee Frei serviced my water heater found no major problems. Did a regular maintenance flush that was badly needed. Then he found the ACTUAL issue of a broken pressure regulator and repaired it quickly and professionally

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called on Thursday about 3 pm and Affordable Water Heaters had installed our new water heater at a very reasonable price by 8 pm. The installer, Kellen, was on time, professional, competent, courteous and just a really nice guy. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Miguel whom performed the majority of the job was available and kept us informed through the 2hr timeframe. Affordable Water Heaters came on the early side of the 8-10 window. Met with Manny who reviewed the situation, looked it over, gave his honest opinion and quote. My neighbor who has a water heater guy said the quote was on par. So I agreed to have Manny work on my water heater. Very professional, kept his mask on when I came out to see progress. Total of 2 hrs , cleaned up, reviewed all parts of the water heater with me. I would recommend Manny and AWH.

Beware .. This company has a strategy of sending you a sticker that you place on your water heater for when you have an emergency. I called them and they were quick to reply, came over and analyzed the situation, long story short I ended up buying a new water heater from them, a water heater that was advertised as contractor grade a term which really has no meaning but at the time I figured that I was buying something superior to a tank I could get at Home Depot. After everything was installed, very professionally by the way, I researched the tank and it goes for $900-$1000, plus installation, plus a bunch of things that make no sense since they will not itemize the bill for you, it ended up costing $3100. The fair value of the entire thing is $1500-$1750. Thinking back at the situation I am at fault for buying into their sales pitch/tactics. However it is important to warn everyone else to not fall into their trap. Go to Home Depot and call your local plumber, stay away from these guys.

The install was done quickly and professionally.The only concern was that one of the workers (Matt) did not a wear mask the entire time and had to be reminded to wear one . Even after being reminded he wore it a short time and then removed it and did not wear the mask.Other than that both Lee and Matt were courteous and professional.
