Customer service is top notch. Jose called when he was on the way and arrived between designated time. Once here I discussed the problem with him. He told me what he was planning to do and gave me an estimate. Once he opened up the wall he had me come over and take a look at what he discovered. Jose gave me the options on how to proceed and gave me his opinion. I could tell that he really likes his profession and has great work ethic. After giving him the ok to proceed, he finished the job in a timely manner. I would recommend using this company especially Jose. Great communication, very professional, does a great job, very helpful if you need suggestions or references and cares about the work he does. I will use again if when I have other plumbing issues

Called and answered phone (unlike 2 others I tried to contact). Very professional and informative. They listened to my concerns and exceeded my expectations. I have a repetitive clogging issue and they scoped it and advised me on long term solution options. Other plumbers simply unclogged and left. Highly recommend if you want great service and honest answers regarding plumbing issues.

The plumber phoned to let me know when he was on the way to my home. He was on time, was cordial and installed my new bathroom faucet and new stainless steel risers. I called day of and Rooter Hero was very prompt. They sent someone over within the hour. Jeffrey was our plumber who was phenomenal! He was very kind and professional. He was helpful, and showed me the issues with our drains. I can't say enough good things about him and the company!

Charlie was at Home Depot. I was there looking for a wax ring thing to fix the leak on my toilet. Mind you I have never fixed plumbing and hearing him talk plumbing with a client I ask this nice man if he was a plumber. He said yes and I asked him if he thought I could lift my toilet myself. He was so accommodating as I asked him to come and look at my leak. He came after another job the same day on a Saturday and fixed the problem. So neat as he worked and very knowledgeable. Charlie is great and I will use him again. Great guy great service. Thankful I bumped into him. I would of gone without a toilet on a weekend. Thank you Charlie

Adrian was awesome. Super quick to arrive. Ran down the exact plan and made us feel extremely confident moving forward.

We busted our main water line from the street over the weekend and called Emory based on positive past experience replacing our gas lines. On Saturday evening, Jose was on site within 30 minutes to assess the situation. He had to pick up some extra parts and returned to complete the job to restore our water in under two hours from when we called. Great turnaround time, up front about costs, and great service. We felt comfortable with Emory despite what could have been a crisis over the weekend. Look forward to working together in the future.

Also, no surprises on price because he informed us what each repair was going to cost. To top everything off...you would have never known that he was here... except for the fact that our bathroom smelled cleaner than it did before he arrived.
