Best Emergency Drain Cleaning in San Diego CA

Tried this place for a second opinion, turned out to be cheaper.
Two calls now, clog in one area, leak elsewhere.

It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. Max unclogged my kitchen sink and was able to give me pointers on how to keep it free and gave advice on the garbage disposal that I never knew. So he fixed it and had class at the same time yet I hope it doesn't happen again but if so I know who to call. Thanks for your good service will recommend to anyone

Made a call in the morning (10-11am) and was given to dispatch and a confirmation number, with a time time of Anytime-- That translated into having no idea when someone would show up. Four people are waiting to get their sink unclogged and I continue to call in and get forwarded to dispatch. Called that someone will be out there in an hour, an hour passes again, and it is now 6:20pm. This is literally 5mi away from the house. I still have no clue why someone hasn't shown up. Why is there a 49.99 service fee included when you have to ruin your entire day waiting on people that don't show up or even mention when they might show up?!

Called the business and was quoted $105 for the service and $80 for a weekend fee. When the technician arrived. He stated that it would cost $375 dollars for a mainline cleaning. Do not trust what the business says over the phone, their prices are joy consistent and will give you a new price at arrival. I’d recommend going to a different business if you are looking for honesty, if they would have just been upfront the service was otherwise fine.

I needed a quick appointment for evaluation on a new home purchase. The realtor booked the appointment and I called to inquire about payment options. The staff was super friendly and I really appreciate that they give military discount. The whole interaction was effortless and very customer friendly.

There were so many issues with this company. One being, they did not honor their military discount when asked. They did not honor their 30 day warranty. They did not honor their 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed for a refund. We hired them due to a clogged toilet at our rental property. We were told they needed to hydro jet the pipes which cost around $1,660. We decided to go through with them because our tenants needed a toilet, of course. Stan, the technician told us and our tenants that there was a 30 day guaranteed warranty if the problem occurs again. A week later, the same problem occurs. We called back the technician, Stan, to let him know the situation. Stan then proceeds to tell us that we are going to need to replace our pipes and quoted us for around 8,400. We asked if they could honor their warranty and do the hydro jetting again and Stan told us that it would be pointless because the pipes needed to be replaced (this is without re-checking the pipes). We asked for our money back from the hydro jetting since it didn’t work and he told us that he could only give us $500 back towards the 8,400 project. Not only did they offer back this pitiful amount, it was towards another expensive project instead of directly to us. After this quote, we did not hear anything else back from Stan. We contacted 3 more plumbing companies and received quotes for the issue. We were told that the pipes did not need to be replaced, especially being that the building was only built in 2004. All companies said there was nothing wrong with the pipes which proved that Colepepper was trying to take advantage of the situation and get as much money as they could. I contacted the company and got a response from Dan. Dan then proceeds to tell us that he will not refund the full amount and will only do 10% since the military discount wasn’t calculated. So now it went from $500 to about $160. I am absolutely disgusted by this company and would not recommend anyone to use them.
