I contacted Discount Plumbing and got a call back from Jose. Even though I decided to go with another company (no fault of Discount Plumbing) I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Jose.

I will definitely use this company again ( if ever needed) .
I would also recommend this company. From start to finish , a job well done also very prompt.

Powers plumbing is great. My dad called them over to our house when their was a clog in one of our drains. They fixed the drain problem and my dad asked me to write a good review for them which I am happily doing. A great San Diego plumbing company!

Our tech Mr Johnny came to our home on time to perform our yearly VIP check up on our thoroughly happy unit we purchased 2 years ago. He gave us recommended ideas on how to better improve our use and up keep in maintaining our flow of air to last forever. At this time we chose not to purchase more filters but we may do this online at a later time. He has come to our home 2 times and i hope he can come again when we do our next system check up. Mr Johnny still knows how to give customer service and we really appreciate it. Thank you!

This is the 3rd time we have called Bill Howe Plumbing for new faucets and water line hookups for 3 different areas in our house. Every time the service and professionalism has been outstanding!! We have a new construction house and the original plumbing installer was always “too busy” to come back and do faucet and water line installs for parts which were delayed in arriving due to supply issues. Bill Howe Plumbing was very responsive and arrived within 48-72 hours, or less, of each call. Darryl was our Technician for 2 of the visits and ran into issues which required creative problem-solving. We were certain the job might not be completed due to these issues. However, both times he completed the job!! We were very happy and will continue to call Bill Howe Plumbing!

Keith was super nice. He got our leaking water heater switched out and brought up to code in about 3ish hours. Will definitely use Paws Plumbing in the future.

I use a different company who is really awesome, but I needed an appointment time sooner than they could offer. I entered my request online and received a response by phone within the hour. They had a availability for the next day but it didn't work for my schedule. But they had something the next day. They give you a 3 hour window, but call you with about a 39 minute arrival time. I needed a new hose bib, to replace the old one. Sean arrived, very professional. Explained the process, gave the estimate and began work, waived my right to qait 3 days. He was done within 20 minutes. Receipt by email.I would highly recommend them. Have used a few plumbers in the area and Colepepper is in my top 2. Thanks a lot. Now I know for sure.

Our garbage disposal broke off the drain in our kitchen. Plumbing Tree came over and immediately wanted to do a whole house assessment. They quoted almost $700 to replace the garbage disposal!!!! I went over to A plumbing supply store but Home Depot would’ve been fine and bought an insinkerator which is a very big brand and apparently very good for $140. Took me 10 minutes to install. The guy said it would take him an hour and a half. Then he went on to quote $450 to replace two little water valves underneath the sink from an old style to a new valve style that you can buy for $10 at Home Depot. You just screw them on. He also wanted to sell us a new water heater. We paid him his $79 charge for coming come out and sent him on his way.

17Mar20Had a patio area drain clogged with dirt and roots. In the past drain cleaners had successfully cleared with power snake with root cutter head. Biannual maintenance.My normal plumber’s schedule was impacted and needed work done before next big rains to avoid flooding.I had rcd mailer from Rooter Solutions so I decided to give them a try. Dispatch answered and listened while I described exactly what I needed done & how . Was somewhat interesting to learn they covered 3 SoCal counties.. hmmm not locals I wondered.Dispatch scheduled someone for within a couple hrs. Juan called & showed up in an hr.He did not have a cutter head for snake but offered their jetting solution, called office and Isaih showed and discussed solution. Juan / Isaih offered to video the pipe so I could see exactly what was going on as part of free estimate. WOW. Was I impressed.The jetting was more expensive than I was used to, but the they agreed to an more accommodating price since I was only doing the one patio drain and not the whole house sewer.Once we agreed, they provided a written estimate. Juan went to get the giant jetting machine, started work and had the line cleaned in just a couple hrs.Hats off to Juan & Isaih for expedient , professional , clean job. Well worth what I considered the extra cost but probably in line with competitive market.... Highly recommend...ThanksJW
