Ask to check 3 faucets for dripping and have been advised just replace the whole faucets, because they can charge you $200 each, easy money. Also when I ask to check the flash toilet, have been advised to change the whole toilet, cost about $1200 then I change the flapper which cost $4 and it has been fixed. Not recommended to anyone to get this expensive not worthy service

Nicholas Schaefer was terrific. We had a clogged kitchen sink on Mother's Day. Nick came out and not only unclogged our sink, but he fixed some plumbing that had been installed incorrectly the first time.

paid 56$ dispatch fee. No diagnosis!!The technicians don't arrive during the appointment slot. They have you wait around all day when they schedule you for a morning appointment 8:00 a.m. to noon. I asked when will the technician arrive and they just respond saying that they will let me know.They also scam you by dividing the services they provide I had an issue with my drain so they had to dispatch a drain specialist at the same time in the same bathroom I had an issue with my shower handle and they had to dispatch another person saying that the drain specialist do not do showers because they're not plumbers. This is just a strategy to charge customers to separate discharge or dispatch fees. And once again I had to wait around for a second appointment only for the technician to arrive late again. This doesn't change if you are VIP customer either.

Bill Howe is my go-to for plumbing with absolutely no hesitation. Today was no different. The plumber was courteous, helpful, and I felt he was watching out for my best interest. I'm an older single woman and so often the older woman is a target to be taken advantage of. I have no worried with Bill Howe Plumbing. I feel I can trust them and I know their service is above and beyond what is expected. I can't go wrong. :-)

I used Mr Rooter for the first time to clean out my kitchen sink that was clogged deeper than under the sink. Technician Francisco came out and was very professional and explained everything he was going to do to clear the blockage. After clearing the blockage Francisco explained maintenance that Mr Rooter could offer to help keep my drains clear. Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

We had an emergency blockage on our main line out to the sewer. Rooter Hero was very helpful in getting someone out that morning. Gilbert was great in cleaning it out and getting things flowing smoothly again.

American Plumbing Group has been nothing short of fantastic. We had them out twice within a couple of weeks for two separate projects (install a new toilet and replace the flush valve on another toilet). Garrett did the service on both jobs. He was on time, courteous, and respectful of our home. He kept the job clean too. Scheduling is a breeze with APG and they'll keep in touch with you along the way until they arrive at your home. I hope that I don't have them to our house too often, but I will definitely use these guys in the future if needed.

I needed a quick appointment for evaluation on a new home purchase. The realtor booked the appointment and I called to inquire about payment options. Pablo responded to my phone call about our plumbing issue around 10pm, he was immediately responsive even during late hours. He offered to come fix the issue right away, but I let him know we don’t mind waiting until the morning. Him and his coworker arrived exactly when they said they would, called and gave me a 30 minute notice and were friendly while completing the task. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and sanitized the space where the plumbing problem took place. 5 stars for Fuentes plumbing and drain!!!
